The Apple Betty babies had some good growth this week. Days 14-21. The girls have been dialed in at about 63-65% RH and 76-79 degrees F. On day 18 I dialed up my BP2500 to about 165 watts at the wall, and kept my small tent heater in place for the time being, nights have gotten cooler. The girls seem to be ❤️ the extra light, without causing any harm. Switched from distilled water to tap water that has been dechlorinated for 24 hours mid way through the week, no issues shown. Added 1 ml of Micro, and 1 ml of Cal/Mag to 1/2 gallon of water, PH’d to 6.2 and watered approx. 1/2cup of water per x2 throughout the week, and about 1 cup once transplanted. On day 19 they were all looking so healthy, with some roots coming from the bottom of my starter pots, I decided to transplant into 2 gallon nursery pots. My final pot will be a mix of 5 and 7 gallon fabric pots. Next week the LST begins! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Day 64 - I've been patiently waiting for the time to come, and it's finally here! Changed the lights over to 12/12 to send the tent into flower. Current light settings R99 W99 B50 as suggested by California Lightworks. I did a full reservoir change - switching over to bloom nutes. I also added some Si28 and P31 Microbes to the reservoir to test out this new product that I was fortunate enough to receive samples of. I've seen the results of others with crazy booming root growth.... Let's see what happens! Day 65 - I swear, it's like she's been waiting for me to flip the light cycle. I kicked one plant out of the tent so now there's even more room for improved air circulation and light distribution. This plant is a serious beast! Day 67/ Day 3 of Flower - Last massive round of defoliation before I sit back and let her do her thang. ✌️

Einige Blätter werden langsam gelb-lila farben, was hoffentlich auf den Fortschritt der Blüte hindeutet und nicht auf einen Mangel. Wenn ihr da mehr drüber wisst bzw. Sagen könnt, gebt mir doch gerne mal ein Kommentar. Möchte nochmal erwähnen, dass ich kein Profi bin sondern dies mein 2. Grow ist. Falls ihr Tipps für Verbesserungen habt oder Anregungen für Veränderung, gerne kommentieren! Habe die Zufuhr von Stickstoff nun angehoben um auf den erhöhten Bedarf zu reagieren, da mir die Blätter etwas zu hell aussahen.

Week 8 for Moby Dick by fastbuds, Been getting a few spiders webs here & there on this plant... i don't think its spider mites but staying on the look out encase it is. Aphid situation seems to be well handled ATM after i sprayed some organic pesticide on the plant & some much stronger stuff in the surrounding area like i mentioned i planned on doing on last weeks update. Been defoliation very little on this plant just the stuff making shade on the flower growth areas. 😎

That means our girls are today 16 days into the active veg. cycle (measured from the first cotyledons on 10.11) so we are going to make some photos of these beautiful ladies. The Morning Droop Mystery Solved: 💧 You'll notice the leaves in the photos are a bit droopy/downcast. Don't worry, this isn't stress or a deficiency—it's just a routine event: 1. Night-Time 🌕 Application: I hit them for the first time with their foliar spray (PPM) right before lights out yesterday. Foliar feeds must be applied in the dark to prevent light burn. 2. Lights-On shock⚡️ : The pictures were snapped right after the tent lights came on. After a long night, and with the spray still on the leaves, it takes them a little while to "wake up" and lift their “solar panels” back up. They'll be fully standing and stretching within the hour! A Quick Note on Size vs. Time: Some people might look at Week 3 and expect bigger plants, but here’s a tip for anyone running an organic system: Don't panic about size in the early stages! In Living Soil, the plant spends these first few weeks building a massive, resilient root system and linking up with the soil’s microbial life.** 🐛 QUICK UPDATE WITH PHOTOS FROM MID OF WEEK 3- 27.11.2025: Tonight the plants look very strong, so the first training session took place. They are growing very well . I trues top and lst on one og the plants. Just triumf to get a frem for it. Proberbly dosent make sens when the rest is not lst or topped. But had to try

Update on the back right plant that was having issues, flushed it seemed to continue pushing out yellow leaves. We've also just stopped load shedding so hopefully i wont have humidity spikes anymore😇 Still doing same minor defoliation of leaves hiding bud sights. Feels like were getting close to the end now. Starting to have in mind about flushing every plant but don't want to do that too prematurely 😛

These buds are absolutely awesome, very frosty solid dense nugs👍 have been flushing this week as there ready to harvest . Orange pistills cloudy trichomes with some amber's & the clusters have closed up . Will give them 48 hours of darkness before harvest.

Good day Folks 🙌 GOOOOD week so far. I have flushed all the girls twice this week but with -50% nutrients to remove the excess build up (lesson learned from previous grow). Removed all the tie downs used to train her as she has got the structure now. The white widow in the middle is slightly different pheno to the one on left. It isn't as dark as its sister , also the leaves are large. Smell is almost identical yet there is a difference amongst the two. I couldn't make up my mind which one I like more. Maybe my friends, once test it, will be able to tell me the difference. Her clone is growing fast and healthy the same. I will keep this strain for a while 😍 Starting tomorrow, PK 13/14 will be introduced 💪 The entire room, soon as you enter it, smells like fruits and sweets and other shit 😋 ** A slight recap on an issue occurred 2 weeks ago: New leaves/growth did get better immediately after cal mag dosage was increased. I know the spot now (i think) ... me and my big mouth lol 😂 The Cover pic is not 100% natural, Some color was subtracted from the picture in order to compliment the small stuff.
