Aug 2: Sunday Punch EV continues to be a great plant. Third week of 12 h darkness is now done and lots of nice buds are starting to form. The buds even have their first bit of frosting showing this morning. Quite hot today but it will cool off a bit tomorrow. Aug 3: started leaving plant outside again so back up to 15.5 h of daylight here now. Continuing to use far red light at dusk as a bloom booster. Aug 7: rained over the last few days. Have been shaking water from the colas to keep them dry to prevent bud rot. Some rain on young buds is fine and plants love the rain, but wet buds can cause bud rot. Have stopped using molasses now. Great for growing, but not for smoking, so avoid using in the last four weeks or so of flowering.

SUNDAY 6/23: I had to suspend my indoor operation for a couple months and within a week I'm so bored that I don't know what to do with myself....so... I'm gonna grow 5 total plants in a secluded, mostly shady area on a nearby property and see what results. 1 * CC4 (Candy Cane #5 x C4 #3 - the purple pheno) 1 * Early Candy (Candy Cane #1 x Early Miss #2) 1 * Candesia (Candy Cane #5 x Auto Amnesia #2) ...plus a couple others which will be in other diaries. I'm using the complete Biotabs line of products for this stealth grow..hopefully a few less sneaky midnight trips required to keep them happy. I floated the beans today, They are under a dome, on a heat mat now. Once sprouted, I'll plant the seedlings in rockwool cubes with Great White and Mycrotrex. They will be planted in 3 gallon pots when ready. I'll probably let them get to about the 3rd internode before I move them outdoors. TUESDAY: I floated a second CC x EM seed today. The first one sunk and cracked open but still hasn't sprouted. Both the CC4 and Candesia beans sunk and also cracked open. I should be able to dip their tap roots into the Great White tomorrow and plant them in cubes. For stealth purposes, simplicity in transfer to the grow site, and to give the seedlings an advantage, I've decided to transfer the rockwool-cubed seedlings from the dome to some 6" pots (1/2 gallon) that I've prepared with startrex and silicium flash. I'll grow the seedlings under my 2000w blurple light for a couple of weeks before taking them outside. I should be able to carry all of them in a big box out to the site without injuring them. This will give me time to start sneaking the big pots out to the site. I'll pre-mix the startrex and silicium flash on-site and add the mycrotrex when I transplant them to the 3 gallon pots and give them a good douching with bactrex and orgatrex to get them started well. My soil has been recharging for several months with tons of good stuff added (earthworm castings, bat guano, azomite, biochar, bokashi, nectar for the godz one-shot and myco), plus I'll be growing them with the biotabs line of products, so they will have a good chance. I figure that I'll probably fix up their first batch of PK booster compost tea right away and douche them with it in their first week outdoors. Every little thing I can do to help them strengthen for the oncoming heat they'll experience...probably some extra kelp too... THURSDAY: They are all planted in cubes now. FRIDAY: Still waiting on them to emerge. SATURDAY: Still nothing...so...I floated the following: 10 x Candy Cane x Amnesia Auto (Seedsman) (F1) seeds 1 x Candy Cane x Early Miss (F1) seed 1 x Candy Cane x White Widow(CKS) (F1) seed 1 x Candy Cane (S1) seed If my luck changes and a bunch of them sprout, not sure what I'll do. Knowing myself, I probably won't have the heart to kill them, but I can only spare about another cubic foot of soil, so the extra plants may end up in 2 gallon nursery pots (1.67 gallons) with Osmocote Plus for food...and maybe even a few of them in 6" pots (1/2 gallon) if I get really lucky and they all take off... I also floated a Fastbuds C4 and a mystery breeder Sour Diesel bean, but they probably won't be included in this diary if they do grow...or maybe I'll change the name of the diary.. TUESDAY: Maybe the "distilled" water I used before had chlorine in it, so I bought another gallon of distilled water and even left the lid off for a night so as to ensure any chlorine dissipated. I planted half of them in rockwool cubes and half in rapid rooters. WEDNESDAY: I see several sprouts breaking through.. I decided to go ahead and float 2 x Candy Cane x White Widow Auto (Seedsman) seeds produced in February as backups. I also floated another 2 x Candy Cane x C4 (purple pheno) beans. Worst case scenario is they'll end up growing in 6" pots if everything else takes off...or maybe I'll get some more soil.. so, the list is now: 3 x Candy Cane(CKS) x C4(Fastbuds) (F1) seed 3 x Candy Cane(CKS) x Early Miss(CKS) (F1) seeds 10 x Candy Cane(CKS) x Amnesia Auto(Seedsman) (F1) seeds 1 x Candy Cane(CKS) x White Widow(CKS) (F1) seed 1 x Candy Cane(CKS) (S1) seed 2 x Candy Cane(CKS) x White Widow Auto(Seedsman) (F1) seeds FRIDAY: As of today, this diary includes: 5 x Candy Cane by Amnesia Auto sprouts 1 x Candy Cane by Early Miss sprout 1 x Candy Cane by White Widow Auto(CKS) sprout 1 x Candy Cane (S1) sprout There's still another handful that might emerge..3 x CC by C4 and 2 x CC x WW(seedsman)

Smell of the plant is amazing. Smells like red Berries. Buds got huge and medium dense. I only harvested the 3 main buds as they are developed the most. The rest of the plant can stay for one more week. I Also removed some dead leaves.

MID-WEEK UPDATE: Gave the twins their second last feeding today. A few nights of 14-16 Hour Dark periods as well due to plans/not having timers but as I said before I think the longer Dark periods have really sped up the flower development. PURPLE IS STARTING! Some very nice purple is starting to come into the cals and sugar leaves 😈 Going to push some lower temps in week 8 to get as much colour out of them as possible. Arnold still heavy fan leaf fading. Ran straight water through the medium before todays feeding incase any build up nute locked it. Never fully bounced back from the last feed but also getting near the end. I have a feeling I'll pull Arnold first in week 8 then maybe let Danny go for a more couch lock. Danny: GRAPE SMELL. Holy, I don't know if it's more of a Grand Daddy Purp pheno or what but holy is the grape smell off of Danny insane. Almost like a different strain compared to the smells off Arnold. WEEK 6! HOME STRETCH OF GLAZED GROW #1! The smell is insane. What started as a premature musk has slowly evolved into sticky ass chocolate goodness, fresh mint/herb, and even some grape/fresh fruit smell on the fingers after defol and mold checks. Noticing a hint of that GASSS too as we start to enter the final ripen. This will also mark the final week of Nute feeding. Fed today and probably two more Weds/Sun. Then will switch to Molasses/Water for Week 7 and plain water for first half of Week 8 before the dry out. As you can see, Big Arnold is showing cal/mag and PH problems. Always bounces back after PH perfect feedings and I've been defoliating the faders as we go to save bud energy. It's been rootbound since mid-flower and I'm sure the whole root zone is a mess. The extra work I've had to put into a soilless peat-based medium like ProMix with a photoperiod plant has been great practice and experience but I'm looking forward to a few round of autoflowers and soil grows to dial back the difficulty settings through the winter months. Broke out the good camera for some shots since we're getting to the good stuff 😎 - Canon EOS 760d - 75-300mm - 50mm Have the twins hanging out with the SoundLink again for those good vibrations 👊 PLANT PLAYLIST: Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp A Butterfly Sublime - Sublime Shad - TSOL

Greetings, fellow growers and cosmic adventurers! As we bid farewell to Week 10, we find ourselves at the culmination of an extraordinary journey with our beloved Apolo F1. Join me as we embark on a retrospective voyage through the highs and lows, the triumphs and challenges, of this cosmic odyssey. Our journey with Apolo F1 began ten weeks ago, a small seedling filled with potential and promise. From those humble beginnings, she grew and flourished under our watchful gaze, unfurling her leaves and reaching for the stars with each passing day. Through meticulous care and nurturing attention, we witnessed her transformation into a true botanical queen. Throughout her growth cycle, we employed various techniques to coax the best from our cosmic companion. From LST to topping, we shaped and sculpted her canopy, encouraging lateral growth and maximizing light penetration. As a result, Apolo F1 flourished, her branches reaching skyward in a testament to the power of cultivation and the wonders of nature. Central to Apolo F1's journey was the nourishment provided by Aptus Holland, our steadfast companion and sponsor. With their nutrient lineup, we crafted a symphony of minerals and organic compounds, tailored to her specific needs at each stage of growth. From seedling to harvest, Aptus Holland's nutrients fueled her cosmic voyage, ensuring robust health and abundant yields. And now, the moment we've all been waiting for: the harvest. With bated breath and eager hands, we carefully snipped each bud from the canopy, marveling at their dense, resinous beauty. Apolo F1 had exceeded our wildest expectations, her compact stature yielding a bounty of cosmic goodness. As she hangs upside-down, her buds curing in the cool darkness, we reflect on the journey that brought us here—a journey filled with wonder, growth, and boundless possibility. Before we bid adieu, let us extend heartfelt thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for crafting the genetic marvel that is Apolo F1. Their dedication to excellence has brought joy and inspiration to growers around the world, and we are grateful for their contributions to our green adventures. Likewise, a shoutout to Grow Diaries and the entire community for their unwavering support and camaraderie. Together, we have cultivated a garden of dreams, and the harvest is sweeter for it. As we gaze upon Apolo F1, our cosmic queen, we are filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment. She is more than just a plant—she is a testament to the power of cultivation, the wonders of nature, and the boundless potential of the human spirit. Until we meet again, may your gardens flourish and your green adventures be ever cosmic. Things are starting to be exciting. The NT is a bit slower than the Fat Bananas, even so, they developed nicely this week. Planning to top them at the 6th node this time and give around 5-6 weeks of veg.

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Go off site to my instagram for HD/DSLR content: https://www.instagram.com/glazedgrow/ Dark Devil Auto from @Sweet_Seeds coming along nicely. Great colour coming into the buds and decent thiccc factor coming it. Very similar in smell profile/build structure to the Purple Lemonade Auto from @Fast_Buds. Not as fat overall in terms of buds yet but the base is there for a very strong finish in the final weeks. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Has a lot of bud sites on the main cola adding to the chonk but will need to give the sugar leaves a pre trim before the final bulk to avoid bud rot/mold. Seems very dense in there. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Big thanks to @ViparspectraJennie for putting a new XS1000 in the mail to test on my next grow. The FB testers finally came in so excited to get some of those in the tent and under the new tester. *Sponsored Content* Feel free to check out/save some money on your next @ViparSpectraLED using discount code "GLAZEDGROW" at this link: https://www.viparspectra.com/?aff=378&utm_source=affiliate (Again check out my insta, very limited quality content will be posted here) Thanks for checking out the latest #GlazedGrow🍩 -- Go off site and check out my Instagram for better content: https://www.instagram.com/glazedgrow/ Go off site and check out my CannaBuzz profile: https://www.cannabuzz.app/users/GlazedGrow

My first grow. It's been a long time coming. This grow is 4 plants, 4 strains in a 90x90x200 with a 440w LED. Bruce Banner #3 Gorilla Zskittles Amnesia Haze Blue Gelato 41 The Banner and Skittles broke the soil successfully this week but unfortunately the Amnesia and Gelato didn't cut the mustard. Successfully germinated on second attempt however this means they are a little behind the the other 2 for now. I have the light dimmed to around 20% as the ladies were showing signs of having too much light, a slight yellowing to the ends of the leaves on the Skittles? This was with the light at around 50%. Will ramp this up slowly over the next couple of week once the other 2 break soil. UPDATE The Blue Gelato and the Amnesia Haze broke the soil a couple of days ago so they shouldn't be massively behind the other 2. Looking forward to seeing these ladies grow!

Day 8 - very healthy sprout a. the roots are already into the pool, forming ladder roots b. I changed the DWC out, always from top watering you will get some gunk in there from the root riot/hydro rock dust, tends to build up on the roots, it never hurts anything, however it couldnt be good for the nutrient absorption. c. water source is mountain water, 130ppm from spring. d. TS1000 is at 100% intensity at 75cm away from the top, they love this day 9 - growing fast a. she is growing fast, and the roots are developing nicely b. keeping the ph 5.8-6 Day 10 - looking very nice a. this seedling is very healthy, strong Day 11 - growing fast a. this is a very fast plant, having to keep knocking the PH down Day 12 - growing very well a. had to move her to the corner of the tent to make way for my Afghan kush plant, it got too cold out in our barn for the Afghan kush b. the seedling is growing very well, she still gets a good amount of light Day 13 - growing well a. she appears to be growing fine despite her tent mate b. will be nice to move the Afghan out of here next week when it is supposed to get warmer Day 14 - nice environment a. the Afghan Kush and the Big Bud are friends now, lol b. all is growing well here c. video of our friendly environment
