Howdy, So this is now the first day of week 14, which is 99 days from sprout, 53 days from when I flipped the lights to 12/12. Still maintaining nutrients at the same levels, topping up on alternate days with RO water or Nutrients. Checked the trichomes under the scope yesterday, but forgot to save the video. So will post a video in a couple days time when I check them again. So far it’s looking like they’re about 75% clear, 24.5% cloudy and the other half percent are made up of translucent amber trichomes. I think she’s still got another 2 weeks in her, as I’ve read that people make the mistake of cutting early because they go off breeders flowering type from the day they flip lights when you should do it from the day you see pistols, which for me was about 8 days into 12/12. Really struggling to keep humidity down, so have a 10L per day dehumidifier coming this week to aid me in the last couple weeks to make sure all this hard work wasn’t for nothing! I needed one anyway to use once this lady is hung up to dry. I am still having to cut off about 5-10 buds per week that are burning unfortunately. I am also in the process of building a grow room around the tent, if I can get it finished, that will mean I can give these ladies some more space and finally be able to raise the lights. I think the better quality smoke will be just under the canopy as I have a feeling the lights are frying off the THC faster than the plant can produce it. Hopefully it can recover once I raise the lights... Anyway, waffling over. 🌱

Just in time for the start of the 5th week, the first pistils appeared, so I started adding Bio-Grow to the fertilizer. The plant now takes up almost the entire surface area of the grow box, but fortunately it has stretched a little and gained some height. The LST was adjusted again and again and a few leaves were removed from time to time so that as many shoots as possible received enough light.

Week 3 By week three, the plant begins to show more structure. Internodal spacing is moderate, resulting in a balanced but slightly open form. Leaf size increases, and the stem thickens gradually. The plant appears healthy overall, though a mild lack of uniformity remains visible in the canopy. Growth feels steady but not particularly energetic.

I think I found the one! --- Both of the Garlic Budder phenos (OG#1 and OG#2) are getting pretty dank! --- Both have been curing for a good 6-7 months (since 12/13/24) and now taste completely different! The #2 pheno now has a pungent earthy fuel profile which has made her a keeper! The #1 pheno is more on the purple sweeter terp profile side, which is not really enough to be a keeper, but the smoke is definitely smoother and terpier than before. --- Still searching for more keepers, but now have a potential mother to breed with. Getting hyped! --- Wow curing really does make a huge difference! --- As for the Gorilla Goat phenos, they have been curing for about 3 months (since 04/08/25) and taste okay but nothing special. The #1 pheno still has a pretty loud lemon cleaner nose, but nothing to special on the smoke. Yet. I think. --- Also, for this cycle, plan to probably reduce the 18/6 harvest flip from 7 days down to 4 days. Growth looks healthy and green so I’m happy! --- Wow TKO is bushy and getting enormous! She has already started to fill in the front left quadrant of the tent. - [16:23]: Alright! Time to start scrogging and training out the canopy. Let’s go! --- Temporarily took the PVC scrog frame out of the tent. - [16:35]: Okay time to re-string the frame! --- Like always, used mason string for the netting and double-looped each screw. Strung the vertical lines before weaving the horizontal lines over and under the vertical lines. --- Also covered the top of each corner with foil and masking tape. - [17:14]: Done! Scrog frame is re-strung and looking great! --- Set the frame aside for a bit. - [17:15]: Going to give Vivosun’s High CFM (cubic feet per minute) Support Kit a try. --- Once the scrog frame is installed, the back area is difficult to access. So need to install the kit before placing the frame back in. --- The kit came with 4 identical support bars which snap snugly onto the vertical tent bars. --- Assembly was pretty straight forward and the bars snapped and screwed together with ease. --- To make the process a lot easier, I installed all the corners first. The bars easily snapped into the corner pieces and once fully secured, the whole tent feels a lot more stable. The kit also widens the tent to keep the fans from hitting the sides. --- Left the front bar off for now (only have the front corners installed). --- To ensure that the support bars are level, decided to place the bottom (back and front) bars just above where the tent bars snap together (about 41 inches from the floor). Seeds looking great! Lots of healthy tap roots! Some have yet to sprout. --- Probably could blend and feed, but going to wait even longer. --- Rinsed the seeds with RO water. Mixed them around in the water for a bit before draining. --- Placed the jar back onto the heating pad and wrapped it with a towel. - [21:17]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Tanks are still full and no leaks found. --- Ca-Caw! Going well

Im 20 days into veg. Recently gave them a feeding of compost tea with a top dressing of worm casting, they have responded very well. I topped 3 of the 4 plants. Only because the 4th somehow topped herself🤷‍♂️🏽. Put up a trellis that i had to maneuver around the AC, but seemed to turn out ok. Also added a small oscillating fan to go along with the other small 6 inch fan.

I am awaiting her soil to dry out and I will be transferring her to the 25 gallon pot. She is ready for flowering.

Getting it ready for the SCROG

Keeping this just for maybe flowering it later. It doesnt like small containers

the buds are getting thicker and the odour more intense. it's my first almost buds and i'm really impressed by her performace. she's currently still getting biobizz top-max and she seems to like that and lots of sun. :)
