Today the Blue Cheese Pheno 1 became the first time rinsed, and now only gets 0.4 Ec water for the next 10 days ca :-). Everyone else needs a while. otherwise there is not much to report this week. Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Welcome Back!💚 Nach der fünften Woche des Wachstums entwickelt sich die S Apple Apple durch das topping etwas gehämter. Scheint so, als hätte sie das nicht so gut vertragen / kann aber auch sein, dass ich sie zudem etwas Überwässert habe. Daher habe ich die Pflanze nun ein paar Tage nicht gegossen und langsam erholt die sich etwas. Allmählich ist eine reguläre Triebform erkennbar, dennoch bilden sich die Triebe sehr langsam und eng anliegend aus. Daher habe ich ein paar Beugungselemente an die Seitentriebe angebracht. Sie fasziniert mich sehr und ich bin so gespannt, ob sie dann auch ordentlich so die Triebe ausbildet. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich die Pflanze entwickelt. 25-2: Throughout the week, I'm observing two phenomena simultaneously: a portion of the upper leaves turning a lighter green and/or appearing to have a yellowish hue. One plant has curled leaves at the top of the plant but limited to one layer of leaves. The tips are yellowed with dark spots. Due to rapid growth, the plant flew too close to the sun and burned its wings, was my assessment. In other words, light burn. The leaves becoming lighter are located in several layers from the top to halfway down the plant. I suspect there is a deficiency and perform a slurry test. The EC is low at 0.24 and the pH is good at 6.3. The soil is still too wet to feed, which presents a dilemma: feed with the risk of wet feet or wait a bit longer with the risk that the deficiencies become more severe? To mitigate this, I gave foliar feeding (Terra Bloom 0.5 ml per liter) by spraying the leaves without really wetting them. I did this just after the lights were out. A day later, I first flushed the plants with a few liters of water pH 6.4 and then gave them nutrients with EC 1.3 and pH 6.4: Terra Bloom (+/- 4 ml per liter), Sugar Royal (1 ml per liter), and a tiny bit of Great White and orthosilicic acid. And hung the lights back at 30 cm. It seems to be working because I see the color coming back slightly and the yellowing has at least stopped. Furthermore, I'm keeping the day and night temperature a bit higher at about 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 21 at night. This is to limit the humidity at night and during the day to increase the VPD to about 1.45. At the end of the week I see the end of the stretch and standing 87 cm tall at average. This girl is looking grey and she is gaining some good size considering she is only in a one gallon pot... i keep thinking she's flipping a flower, but she hasn't. So I don't know if we have a photo on our hands, because like I said she's only in one gallon of dirt, I figured she would be flipped by now... I'm going to give her another week.And if she is not in flower and showing sex i'm going to put her in my other ten and put her on a twelve and twelve cycle ... either way she has 9 finger leaves showing some good haze traits ... On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

9.1.25: My Do-sì-dos P3 had to be destroyed due to the irreparable damage that was caused by the stem snap, twice! Very sadly 😕 Do-sì-dos P3 is looking pretty good 💚 I've been readjusting the LST. I just took all the pegs out and reshaped her. Flowers are coming soon! Watering with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish.
