Our White Truffle by Zamnesia is a very interesting plant, it has slightly irregular internodes, at least this one I got, there is a bit of a need to invent a different main lining than usual, but both Zamnesia and I love to take a gamble and we are sure to bring home a good result. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and one left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed, in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same strain. In this diary we find the plant worked with Main Lining. We topped the second internode and maybe it was a bit too early, or we simply found a plant with slightly irregular internodes and now we are developing according to irregular brunches, I cut some off, I top some and send it to flower shortly. Slow down with nitrogen while doing this technique, you may not need everything that is recommended by the manufacturers, so if the leaves become too dark or worse, the tips of the leaves arch downwards and the leaf becomes "crunchy" we are at the moment to lighten or stop the basic grow fertilizer. . Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be worked very differently, go and see it to compare them. Finally reached the point of flushing her, she has taken a long time to reach this stage at the end of week 12 . She hasn't received the full 18 hrs on throughout her life cyclye due to space and spending time with photoperiods so I guess this is the reason for her being slow to mature. This strain really is a stinker and the spider farmer carbon filter has not done the job of neutralizing the smell. I have had to replace this with a rhino filter which has solved the issue .

Growth, growth, growth…. They are vegging out now! Definitely seeing the size of my tent getting smaller and smaller this week. Getting ready to bloom soon! I do have to note … the funny guys on the side are from a failed attempt earlier grow this year. We def weren’t ready for them… they got cold, the soil wasn’t right. I got all of that right finally but they instantly went into bloom and def weren’t ready. Oh well!

01/08 day 1 of flower for these girls did one last aggressive tick and defoliation of canopy this morning now time to let em rock out raised vpd to 1.2 raised ppfd to 750-800 01/11 gave 4 gallons water 3 gallons feed raised light about 4 inches. And installed second trellis 01/13 gave full 10% watering 14 gallons total10.5 plain water. 3.5 with rootwise stuff, wdg3000, and Saps, also dusted the bed with BB definitely over watered cranked fans up turned vpd up should be ok

So those girls were transfered from main room, theirs veg story you'll find in Checkpoint diary by Sweet Seeds. In reality they veged for 5 weeks, beans didn't want to sprout, so planted two more. One from first two- didn't make it... Everything with them postponed a bit and i decided to try out other training method and new version/interpretation of FIMing. They got 30 hours of darkness, looked sad a bit, but just 3 hours under new sun - they are happy as f@ck again ;))) Will feed them later today with full range of BioBizz. Will update charts. Day 6. Girls loved food, no big stretch yet ... Happy Growing !!!

A ver, la planta va muy bien, crece muy bien, tragando agua sigue igual, al mismo ritmo, cada 2 o 2 dias y medio le hecho sus 3 litros, y a veces riego con 7 para que drene algo. Ahora bien, el amarillo... ¿Porque está tan amarilla!? -Puede ser por haber pecado de ir flojo con los nutrientes. Falta de potasio. -Puede ser por bloqueo por PH o por sales. -Puede ser un hongo. -O puede ser, y es aquí mi teoría jajajaja, que dado que esta planta ya la he cultivado dos veces mas antes, la primera vez, fue bastante mejor que la segunda y pude asegurar el lavado y llegar bien a sus últimas fases y tal (se cagó en el secado que duró 4 dias jajajaja pero bueno, de todo se aprende) y lo curioso, es que en ese primer cultivo, me amarilleo también muuy pronto, con las mismas manchas y de aquí mi teoria: este genotipo alarga el uso del nitrogeno hasta fases avanzadas de floracion y además empieza a tirar de reservas antes de lo habitual (lo cual explicaría que esta es una de esas plantas que en una semana ha madurado y no te das cuenta) y dado que en floracion el ph se baja, yo lo fui bajando conforme arrancó el stretching por lo que le fui limitando las reservas de nitrogeno antes de lo que ESTE GENOTIPO pide, y de ahí el amarillenteo de la mayoria de las hojas. Como tengo todavía varias semillas mas de esta, seguiré plantándola a ver hasta donde podemos llevarla y gracias a cosas como estas, ir aprendiendo por el proceso. PD: tengo ramas atadas o apoyadas a la pared por que se caen del peso xD

WEEK 8 Finally calibrated my ph meter and get everything sorted. Ph is now 5.5 but it should slowly building up to 6.0 I lightened the feeding because of some signs of overfeeding but nothing too dramatic. Very strong citrusy smell. One of the plants is incredibly frosty for it's age and all buds look pretty dense so I can't wait what is gonna happen over next few weeks. Giving them pretty much max recommended dose of CANNA BOOST so I hope it's gonna give me some good results in terms of taste and smell. :) Oh and I finally got new 600W bulb

Day 56: Merry Christmas everyone. Today It seems the K deficency symptoms aren't getting any worse and a few of the smaller and less effected leaves are returning to green already! I guess the other leaves will take time IF they go green at all by the end of the grow. The flowers have swollen again so even though there was a deficiency she doesn't seem to have slowed down too much. Score one for having loads of leaf mass I guess! I'm going to monitor her closely today and tomorrow, he pot is still very wet and humic acid helps soil hold onto water so it may be another 24 hours before she needs watering at least! But I think a water with no nutes will be fine this time. The overall plant has taken on a healthy shade of green, it's just the parts that had gone pale from the k def that are still the wrong colour, hopefully these will gain a healthier green over the day / tomorrow, I think 1 more week and she'll be ready to defoliate and head into the flush stage. Looks like it might be a satisfying first harvest! Day 57: It doesn't look it so much from the pictures, but today the plant is looking a much healthier shade of green, in the leaves in the central mass we still have some leaves that aren't fully green because they were hidden in the depths of the plant. Today I did some very light LST just to pull the flowers out slightly further, I noticed there's a lot of buds on some of the stems and I've tried to expose the light as deep into the light as possible, in about 1/2 weeks I'll defoliate again and try and expose more of the lower down flowers to the light, today I simply tidied up the base of the plant and exposed the main stem base to more airflow, I think the stalk is looking healthy, I've never seen a healthy stalk before but there's a white film that I recognise from being the skin earlier on, raised the grow question to be sure I also trimmed off some tiny flowers near the base of the plant, they were never going to reach anything significant and I understand taking these smaller flowers can stress the plant in the right way to grow the rest bigger, So today I took 3 flowers that weren't even going to be larf by the end. As well as exposing more of each tops stem to more light I hope to stimulate growth along some of the stems that look like they'll produce a good amount of popcorn buds
