Finally flipped and HOLY MOLY is it awesome to start seeing the flowers coming in for the first time on your first grow. Super delayed flip to flower and I am manually switching the lights/opening tent every day due to prioritized spending. BIG HUMIDITY PROBLEM. As I have still not hooked up an outtake fan for the tent I don't see my girls surviving past the next couple weeks so hopefully I can get that figured out. I'll open it up to 95% RH by morning and it sits around 60% even with an open tent. Other than that, I'm happy with the bud sites gained from my first ever grow. Just feeling my way through Topping, Fim, SCROG, and LST was fun a rewarding for sure. Just have to make sure they reach the finish line. TUES: Cleaned tent floor and walls with disinfectant wipes, seemed to get rid of the smell so far. Still worried about the humidity in the closed tent during the dark period. Need a duct fan hardcore before the buds start coming in. The first sight of trichs already sent me into a Powdery Mildew panic. 😱 THURS: Humidity break. Down in the 45% range and have been able to keep it in the 80s with a huge bowl of dried pasta in the tent lmao no coffee whitener or rice on hand 😒 Defoliation of light blockers and bunch ups to improve the airflow in the canopy. I'm hoping the UV lights in my LED set up are enough to keep mildew at bay and can get the dark period RH% down before buds fatten and there is risk for rot.

Oct 22 - start of week 4 and she’s strong and vigorously growing. Very god thing and think we may be topping a little early - we’ll see how it goes. We’re at 5th node now but she’s lookn real strong and the stem is really thickening up. I could probably top er now and clean er up but I’m gonna give it one more day to stagger out with her next feeding. Per photos her 3rd node growth and side shutes are coming in nice so should have a solid base For the manifold. She’s been worked hard with the feedigs recently so got a plain ph’d rinse today to wash out any lingering mineral buildup. No big deal, no issues, just preventative. STAY TUNED, first topping come’n up!👍 Oct 26 update - manifold day! First topping and 6th node just poken out. No worries on this plant, she’ll recover just fine from the trim and top.😎🤞. This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Hi all another week down almost . I’ve recorded a couple of videos (beginning or week and back end ) as you cannot see the big girl properly with a photo . She has soo much going on ,I’m not only proud of myself but super pleased with this girl . Having germinated only 2 seeds and got 2 plants granted one was weak from the start , that easily could have been my doing as a newby , I really cannot fault GHSc . Feed has been easy to work with and without dramas . Shouldn’t be long now before I start flushing ready for harvest . Thanks for being here with me , I don’t feel I’ve got any hope regarding the compition but that wasn’t my hopes anyhow , I wanted to see how I did as a newby growing same as some veterans . The girls are looking very good. Starting to put on some weight now that the stretch has finally finished. The ladies are very tall but they look like they will yield well. Buds are developing quickly and are starting to look frosty as well. Have been using the Plagron Green Sensation to help bud development in the later stages of flower. Will be happy to see how these ladies turn out. They are starting to smell a bit stronger every week. Since I am using the Blumat drip system these ladies are pretty much on autopilot from here. Dear friends, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I can’t say that something more important happened to me this week than your time spent with your family)) But I’ll tell you a couple of things! Firstly, I set up a camera and recorded timelapses, enjoy)) Secondly, I started new pallets while both bushes are on the same, but will stand on different ones when they grow large. In third place this week, but the most important is automatic watering. One pump waters 2 plants with a solution at once, watering occurs evenly at 1100 ml per minute per plant. At this stage, I water the plant 4 times a day, 300 ml each. 700-800ppm. pH 5.8 is strictly observed. In fourth place is the news that I cut off the tops, after that I will try to bend them in different directions before installing the scrog mesh. Next week we will install a scrog net, a co2 tank, an automatic co2 supply system. By the way, I forgot to tell you, all growbox systems work from the application on the phone: watering, nutrient solution, fans, and we will add co2. next week. Hey still hanging in there ...lost a 200w led ...replaced it and lost the replacement due to loadshedding...i also had aphid infestation due to ants ...yea who knew ...but luckily i got rid of them using some dishwashing liquid (it desolves the oily protection layer on their skin) ...so i got my hopes back up...

Day 42 Flowering and the frosty monster has paid a visit. The glistening of the trichromes when the light hits them right. The Red hot cookie looks so good bud wise and I am gutted to not have a full version to sample. The same with the sweet Afghani Delicious too. They should offer a few joints but that will be about their total. Amnesia Haze is absolutely stomping it now.. Her bud growth has been excellent this week and they started their swelling a few days ago. The Los at 60Lstruggled to keep the. fed so I have also introduced the shogun sumo boost and pk warrior 9/18. She has now got a lot of frost on her mains and sugar leaves but is till producing fresh happy white pistils daily. She has at least 2 weeks left tobswrll before the ripening starts. Her buds are rock solid to touch and give off a fruity/diesel terpene smell. seeing her many mains and the beautiful buds she is producing now is a welcome site. She has spread out excellent for the lights footprint and seeing all those side branches become such full mains is a relief. I love this strain to grow so far . Seeing how well she stacks up for long colas is an inspiration for future grows and certainly a new growers dream 1st grow. She is an hungry lady and easily takes the full 8L of feed every other day with just a touch of run off. I plan to do a controlled drought for approx 8/9 days at day 49 amd then a last feed before harvest following. There is a lot of study results to suggest this increases thc content and oils similar to stem splitting and other methods , so I thought I would give this a go too. Lets see how it works.... CAFE RACER 22/4---->13/8 Everything was fine until week 4 when i brought her to my garden. The changing environment slowed her down. Week 7 starts to appear preflower. Streching lasts for 3 weeks(streching x2) Week 4 of bloom starts to smell ( weak) Week 7-8 of bloom: rains a lot so the humidity is high so i harvested her by week 8 of bloom. Nov 16th: Day 52. SPIDER MITES! Chopped a leaf that was inside the plant getting no light and little airflow. Noticed a couple little dots on the leaf so checked the back with my loupe and seen spider mites and eggs... RECOVERY ATTEMPT: Lowering room temperature and increasing humidity slightly to around 45%. For the last few days it's been at 40% all the time due to the 0 degree weather outside! Spraying and wiping down affected leaves with this organic spray: https://mygoodgreen.com/collections/all-products/products/ferminator-organic-plant-wash Also sprayed Neem Oil on some leaves Nov 19th: Day 55. Keeping track of how many mites I find on each plant everyday to make sure they're going away.

Did a little move around as the gorillas we're taking over the light so we get better light spread buds packing up nice and tight not much else to report....added the 3rd light not a hps though a mars hydro 960 thougt id better do it due to the gorillas taking over and just trying it out gonna try one for the last week in my gorilla and gsc diaries also see what there like thanks for reading happy growing guys
