06.07.26 Das Hitzegewitter hat die kleineren Autos gar nicht groß geschüttelt, die Temperaturen haben etwas nachgelassen aber auch bei 25 Grad läuft das Wachstum gut weiter. Allerdings ist es zu 90% Blütenwachstum und kein Höhenwachstum mehr. Daher habe ich Mitte letzter Woche Topdressing für die Blütephase ausgebracht. Gemischt mit der doppelten Menge Erde hat jede Auto folgendes bekommen: 50g italpollina 4-4-4 30g Guano Kalong 7,5g Patent Kali Der Wasserbedarf ist etwas zurück gegangen und bis auf einen einzelnen ausgewachsenen Thrips habe ich keine Schädlinge entdeckt und vernichtet. Zur Sicherheit habe ich ein paar Tüten mit Raubmilben bestellt und werde sie wohl Ende der Woche erhalten und ausbringen. Die automatische Bewässerung habe ich am Wochenende mal aufgebaut, bin aber noch nicht ganz zufrieden und spiele an der Einstellung. Gute Woche und weiterhin Erfolg beim Abbau euch allen!

Hello This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of veg. Going good in here. Got some trimming done. Got the bottom trimmed up and sucker branches taken off. I've taken off enough leaves that you can barely see through the plant now. Don't take off too much. It will take a few days for the plants to get over the trim up and heal up, and then I'll start to flower next week. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 As soon as I walk into my grow room I can smell them and when I open the tent it's a slap in the face. Though it's a lovely slap it isn't gentle, it's a 'where've you been?' slap. A 'welcome to Caramel city' slap. 😂😂 Jokes aside. This strain's aroma has me "Enamorado". Pictures taken day 42 of flower. The Green Sensation seems to be doing it's job. Buds are really starting to fatten up fast and are looking very very luscious. I should have started using it in week 4 so I'm a week late on that. *Made a little reminder for the next run.* I can't seem to get a good shot of the buds but i'm working on it. Let's see if for next week I can get a good close up. In flower I water with nutrients in every feed and every 10 days or so I water with only water and Enzymes to help break down the old roots, gives life to the microorganisms, helps out the new roots and helps to prevent root rot. It's great if your using mineral nutrients as there's times where those minerals stay stuck to the roots and can cause root burn. I use alga based nutrients so I don't have a problem with that but I like to use it, I've noticed a great difference im flower before and after using. Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function.

Buds poppin' off nicely. Rigged up some bamboo skewers to spread the canopy. Scent's a wild mix - citrus vibes with that diesel kick. Like fuel-soaked shop rags, no joke. Word is this strain ain't a monster yielder, but don't sleep on it. Sometimes the lowkey ones surprise you. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Gonna be fire.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ya estamos de nuevo fumetillas, vamos actualizar la cuarta semana de floración de estos ejemplares de dutchfem, Casey’s rollex O.G. Es una variedad predominante indica y la verdad que no es que vayan muy rápidas pero se están poniendo bien de polen. . La humedad esta al 45% la temperatura está entre 21/27grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. . AgroBeta: 1 ml x L Flowering black line , vía radicular. 0,2 ml x L Beta shark, vía radicular. 0,3 ml x L Tucán , vía radicular. 0,1 ml x L Betazyme, vía radicular. 0,05 ml x L Gold Joker, vía radicular. 0,2 ml x L Silver, vía radicular. . 04.08.21 gibt nicht viel zu sagen die bilder sagen mal wieder alles.......... bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt läuft immer alles ok und dann kommt mein Problem wie in jedem grow immer ab der 2ten woche der blüte ich werd wahnsinnig ich bekomm das noch irgendwann in den Griff hoffe ich zumindest hab mich für diesen grow damit abgefunden das ich wieder ein Problem habe denke mal das ich den vegi Dünger zur blüte Umleitung unter dosiert habe und jetzt mit vegi ausgleichen is glaub ich eher kontra produktiv werde mit etwas mehr blüte dünger nochmal versuchen die Pflanzen wieder etwas vitaler von der Farbe her zu bekommen aber ich glaube das wird nix mehr. Hab mir aber für die nächste Runde Gedanken gemacht und werde auf Light mix umsteigen damit ich mehr gefühl für das düngen bekomme da ich dort dauerhaft düngen kann und werde wohl auch den Dünger auswechseln,entweder alte schule mit guanokalong oder powder feeding von greenhouse seeds bin mir da noch nicht sicher muss mich mehr informieren über die Handhabung beider Dünger

week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

The end is near! My behemoth plant is putting in the final push to fatten the buds just the way I like. Trichomes are starting to get cloudy, and pistils are changing from white to red/brown. Buds are plumping. Hopefully i can chop next week, although I am considering a multi-stage harvest. Anyone care to weigh in on that?

Start of week 2 of flower all is well smells really coming through stretch is well underway. The frozen biscotti is going to be the biggest stretcher. Having humidity issue putting an extra fan in there and maxed out extraction fan already got dehumidifier running, hoping to get this resolved by week 3. Papaya frosting is getting some colour back after a little lockout hiccup. Will be lollipopping in around 10 days ish ready for them to start packing on weight. Finishing off with PK13/14 & overdrive. Might take some clones&monster crop the frozen biscotti as it has all the characteristics I’m looking for 💚 ps photos from week 1 videos are now day 9

I'm guessing there are 2 weeks to go? The trichomes still look mostly clear, but the amber is definitely creeping up. I may have started flushing too soon because the ingoing ppm almost matches the outgoing ppm. Trying not to miss the first harvest date! I'm going to purchase a USB microscope to take better trichome pics.

Finaly she is looking and getting better. Becaue of my low humidity I had to spray her with water each time 15 min before the light when out. As you can see it helped allot. She is a tough lady and this genetics with the Plagron line is golden. I am almost ready the flip it to 12/12. I will do it this saturday. She only had water this week because the bat mix soil has enough nutes for her as you can see.😃 Also I dimmed my 250 watts to 175 watts and hang the light higher and what a change. After I flip it to 12/12 I will go back to 250 watts and after 3 weeks of flower i will 10% more. And I wil lower the light too. Lets hope she gets some nice colas.😅

Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Updates will be coming throughout the week!

I missed a bunch of weeks, but the plants have been living outside full time for a few weeks now. I supported them with plant wire and bamboo. They didn't get nearly large enough before flowering.
