2018-04-10 Day 1 I gave the girls water and nutrients yesterday so nothing to drink today. Turned them 90 degrees today, to give my girls as much lightexposure as possible. The flowers get bigger and bigger for each day, Overall the ladies look really good, the colors are very nice, they look healthy. This week has been good for these little ones, the runoff was a bit high for my liking so I gave them more water before feeding to help flush out their medium and introduced the bloom nutrients as they are now entering flower. Got one purple looking ones, one green ones and one mixed that is leaning more towards green in terms of colour profile. I remember before when growing these strains I was disappointed in the fact they where not all purple. Now I know and don't care to much. Nothing crazy on the smells so far, hoping they get real juicy and tasty in the next coming weeks. The PH has been harder to lower when the nutrient solution is mixed, it takes more PH down to get ti to the 5.8 that I''m aiming for. Hopefully they explode in growth in the next few weeks.

Week 10/12 - 16/12

Barneys farm Pineapple Chunk 23rd Feb 2020 👆 Shit I love this strain!! I mean check out the thickness of the buds on this girl. 👌👌 And they still have a long way to go too. 😜 This pheno is very Fruity smelling with tropical fruit being the main aroma I can detect. There is also a lot of stickiness amongst those flowers so I maintain the fans general blowing direction over them as I'd hate to see mold set in because of all the humidity we are getting at the moment. We haven't really seen much of the sun for the last 10 days or so as it's been very overcast with the odd Thunderstorm or light rain shower. The Heat's still around tho despite the clouded conditions , with the daily temps still hitting the mid Thirties. The Pineapple chunk lady is on her second day of no watering or feeding to allow the soil to dry a little and allow more air to reach the root zone. When I do water it will be mixed up with a little liquid potassium and Mycorrhizae foor the roots. Not a lot else to report other than I left my radio playing some classical music for the girls in the greenhouse , as I have read that they can respond well to it. Who knows? Transplanted up to 7gal air pruners, rootzones look 👍. Just some last bending of branches to do this week, working towards leveling the canopy, getting close to flowering switch so I will start increasing the hours of darkness 1 incrementally 1 day at a time giving the plant ample time to prepare for the massive hormonal changes. This mimics nature slightly better given hours of darkness changing over the many months. Doing a sharp 18/6 to 12/12 feels like the plant really gets caught unprepared. Added far-red LED to simulate sunrise and sunset 30 mins each side. We have blassttttttt offff. The Cannabis flower is a special one for many reasons. Not only for the relaxed, joyful, euphoric and creative sensations it brings, but for how it specifically expands our consciousness. When the user (i.e. receiver) is tuned into the cannabis frequency, that is, tuned into the plant's intention aligned with our own, awareness often grows into areas of the unknown which instantly changes our vibration. The reason cannabis does this so well is due to its alliance with Gaia and the human template. It's why THC, the primary psychoactive component in cannabis is so welcomed by the endocannabinoid system of the brain. That system is innate to the cannabis plant. It’s familiar and this instantly harmonizes the frequency within our DNA field and the pineal. It can connect with not only our own lives, but other lives recorded on the planet through consciousness imprints while it gathers conceptual data. This includes data from those present on the planet and those who have past. Meaning it can retrieve information relevant to concepts it seeks to illustrate from today or from thousands of years ago. All psychoactive plants can do this through their unique interface with our field. Cannabis brings the underlying operating system to the surface. Shamans have used it for thousands of years for this purpose, to bring mindfulness where there is none so that we can see the world through an upgraded landscape that connects people to something more beautiful than what they know. Many of the shamans of today, those all around us, are just starting to realize it. So let us welcome what is now the full expression of cannabis, marijuana, weed, pot, ganja, etc, imprinting its consciousness on the world, embracing all the beauty it provides if we choose to tune in. Are we ready for new lessons?

Day 35 post flip. Plants are doing phenomenal. Buds are finally starting to fatten up and can tell they are ready to get going. Smell is amazing. They are starting to develop a slight lavender scent. In my experience that means this thing will be focus inducing. Slight light burn on a few leaves. Gonna let it go and continue riding the line. Nothing but recharge this week for its tea. Been hitting it hard and all that build a flower and bananas should be available now. God bless

Day 98 😇 10% amber thricomes, bubble hash with lower side of the plants, I will show you also buds pics in harvest week. Time to dismantle the two growboxes and enjoy spring and summer 👋😎🌞

D13 - BOOM! The new #1 had made her modest appearance. Only the top of the seed is visible so far, but it's a start. :) #2 is moving along nicely, quietly doing her thing. D14 - #1 is still shy and hasn't fully emerged yet, but she is at least poking up more than yesterday, so there's progress at least. #2 is doing great, and I like her structure. Short and stout with large leaves and very short internodal spacing. She is 7 cm tall but already 11 cm wide. I also cut back the cover crop as it was getting a bit wild and partly overshadowed the girls. Since starting the grow, I have yet to water the girls properly, but they did get a little bit a couple of days ago when I had some extra after watering nematodes (against fungus gnats) to our regular houseplants. Better to be proactive than reactive ;) D15 - I started a simple compost tea consisting of worm casting, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, biochar, and molasses. I'll leave it brewing overnight, and then it's watering/feeding time tomorrow. D17 - No idea what is going on with the first girl, but it sure isn't much. The seed has maybe emerged for another two millimeters from the soil, but that is it. The seed hasn't cracked, and no leaves are visible. Hell, I can hardly see the stem. Yesterday, I gave each girl about one liter of the compost tea that I started a couple of days ago. Let's see if that helps, although, at this point, I kind of doubt it. As always, I completely forgot to check the pH of the tea. I have no idea why I keep forgetting that with my teas when I have no problem checking the pH when I use plain water. Oh well. Not the end of the world but something I need to keep in mind for the next tea in a couple of weeks. The second girl looks great, though, so that's something at least. D20 - Alright, it is official. The third girl died as well. The seed never cracked, and the stem went limp. I have no idea why this happened, and now I'm out of Colorado Cookies seeds, so that's that. I have already planted another seed to see if the problem persists with another strain. I will make a separate diary for that one, though. On the positive side is that the remaining girl looks strong and healthy. She is now 9 cm tall and 18 cm wide on this last day in week two of veg. Upwards and onwards!

And she's off 👊🏻 Got a good bit of growth in this week. Super cropped a few of the branches cause they shot right past the others. Perked right back up though no worries. Officially on flower now, she's a light feeder through veg I had to cut the nutes right down, let's hope I can get a bit into her through flower, she is starting to drink a lot more anyway so we'll see. All good here, couple more weeks and I reckon she'll be good to pollinate.
