šŸ’Ž Black Diamond Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno A | Week 1 Flower | A Diamond Beginning to Shine Every grow has one plant that naturally draws your attention, not because it’s demanding, but because it quietly keeps outperforming expectations. Black Diamond Auto Pheno A is quickly becoming one of those plants. From the very beginning, she has shown remarkable vigor, stretching confidently while maintaining excellent health, strong branching, and beautiful symmetry. Now, as she officially enters her first flowering week, she’s proving exactly why documenting individual phenotypes is so rewarding. Although every plant in this project shares the same environment, feeding program, lighting, and training philosophy, every seed expresses its genetics differently. Black Diamond A has chosen height, elegance, and relentless vertical growth, creating what is already becoming one of the tallest structures inside the tent. This grow continues using my favourite challenge: 12/12 From Seed. Rather than extending the vegetative stage, every plant is flowered from the day it emerges, allowing each phenotype to naturally reveal its own strategy for growth, stretch, and flower production. It creates a unique opportunity to compare genetics while maximizing efficiency inside the grow room. āø» 🌱 Environment Just like the rest of the flowering room, Black Diamond A has enjoyed another week of remarkably stable environmental conditions. šŸŒ”ļø Day Temperature: 31.1°C šŸŒ™ Night Temperature: 25°C šŸ’§ Relative Humidity: 72% 🄤 Nutrient Solution Temperature: 21.6°C ? Root Zone Temperature: 21°C ā˜€ļø Light Schedule: 12/12 šŸŒ¬ļø COā‚‚: 639 ppm Rather than chasing perfect numbers every day, I focus on creating consistency. Stable root temperatures, balanced humidity, continuous airflow, and healthy root-zone oxygenation allow each plant to dedicate its energy toward growth instead of constantly adapting to environmental fluctuations. āø» 🌿 Training & Canopy Management Training remains intentionally simple. Throughout the week I’ve continued using gentle Low Stress Training while regularly tucking large fan leaves behind developing flowering sites whenever needed. No defoliation has been performed so far. The goal isn’t removing leaves—it’s allowing them to continue acting as efficient solar panels while simply repositioning them to improve light penetration and airflow. As new flowering sites develop, small adjustments are all that’s needed to expose each future cola without unnecessarily reducing the plant’s photosynthetic capacity. With such vigorous vertical growth, this approach is producing an open canopy while preserving every bit of energy available for flower production. Sometimes patience is the best training technique. āø» 🌾 Feeding Program As Black Diamond transitions fully into flowering, her feeding schedule continues to bridge vegetative growth and bloom development. Current feeding includes: • Plagron Terra Grow — maintaining enough nitrogen to support the final stretch. • Plagron Terra Bloom — increasing phosphorus and potassium availability as flower production accelerates. • Plagron Power Roots — keeping the root system active and healthy throughout the transition. • Plagron Sugar Royal — supporting terpene development from the earliest stages of flowering. • Plagron Pure Zym — improving nutrient uptake by recycling old organic material around the root zone. • Plagron Power Buds — encouraging the hormonal transition into full flower while maximizing bud site initiation. This balanced nutrition allows the plant to continue stretching strongly while simultaneously investing energy into building the foundation for the weeks ahead. āø» šŸ’Ž Phenotype Spotlight Black Diamond Pheno A has become one of the true standouts inside the room. Standing at approximately 100 cm, she is among the tallest plants currently growing under this project, displaying a graceful structure with long internodal spacing and exceptionally vigorous vertical development. The flowering transition is now well underway. Fresh white pistils are emerging across every branch, and bud sites are beginning to stack from the lower nodes all the way to the main apex. Rather than producing isolated flowers, she’s already showing excellent distribution across the entire plant, promising multiple productive colas instead of relying solely on the main top. What impresses me most is how effortlessly she carries her size. Even with her height, the branches remain well balanced, the stem is thick and healthy, and the overall structure feels surprisingly stable. She has responded beautifully to gentle LST, opening the canopy naturally without ever looking stressed. There is still plenty of stretch left, but the focus is clearly beginning to shift. Every day more pistils appear, every node becomes more defined, and the framework for what could become a very productive harvest is steadily taking shape. Sometimes a plant doesn’t demand attention—it simply earns it. āø» šŸ” Looking Ahead Over the coming week I expect Black Diamond A to continue stretching while the early flower clusters begin merging into recognizable bud formations. Leaf tucking will remain the primary form of canopy management, helping maintain even light distribution without removing healthy foliage. Nutritionally, the transition toward a full flowering program will continue as her appetite increases and flower production accelerates. If she maintains this pace, there’s every reason to believe she’ll remain one of the dominant plants in the room throughout the remainder of the cycle. The structure is there. The health is there. Now it’s time to watch those flowers begin to fill every branch. āø» A huge thank you once again to Zamnesia for providing the genetics that make projects like this possible, and to Plagron for supplying the outstanding nutrient line that continues supporting these plants through every stage of development. Finally, thank you to the incredible GrowDiaries community for following this journey week after week. Your comments, questions, encouragement, and shared passion for growing are what make documenting every phenotype such a rewarding experience. I hope these individual journals help demonstrate just how unique each plant can be—even when they’re raised side by side under exactly the same conditions. Until next week… Growers love and happy Growing! šŸŒ±šŸ’š

Days 74 - 80 (from seed) 4/15/24 - 4/21/24 Lamp distance: 13" @ 50% power (estimate PAR?) VPD: not checking - humidity set to 40% Feed schedule: feed schedule once a week, 1/4 gallon water per plant daily - FPE added at 2oz per gallon every third day IPM: visual inspection only Notes: Final push, fading occurring on all plants now and some amber starting to show during trichome inspection. Cookies & Berries taking the most time of the group to finish while Mango Sky crossed the finish line first. All four plants will be chopped next week on the morning after the full moon, April 24th - according to the moon gardening calendar it is "best time to pick medicinal herbs and plants, while flowers if cut during this time have an intense scent and endure longer." They're close to finished in my book so it can't hurt to follow the lunar suggestion.

Don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Aug 24: still going strong. It’s been cool for the last few days but will warm up again here for another 5 days of high 20s C which they should all like. Aug 25: did another lazy compost tea. Had not done one for a couple of weeks, and plants almost immediately look happier. Aug 29: hot again at 32 C today. Still growing quickly and looking really good.

This week was very hot week you were in a heatwave temperatures reached upwords 100 degrees while the heat index was around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.. the triple cheese has probably due to genetics did not grow is much as the others in the garden..I would say maybe it is the blueberry but I have grown blueberry outdoors and the trees reach-around 13 ft which isleading me to believe that this unknown plant in the garden could be leftover blueberry from last year.. I have started to review last Summer's grows to try to identify the plant if indeed the plant was in fact in the garden last Summer (took clones last year like I do every year)

flower week 8, 2nd week of flush and my 15th week of crappy sleep due to this VIVOSUN 4"high cfm fan. I would just get rid of it as it does not owe me anything (2 full grows) but I am planning on gifting my old complete set up to someone I know that's in need. and shit.... Spider Farmer never even got back to me....so my next grow will include my first HLG to supplement the Spider.... no contest this month due to...... well I gotta move. I don't think id be winning any contest but on the off chance I would.... address change. lol HAPPY FRIDAY

Believe or not, this baby just started flowering, I think my decision to defoliate will bare results, like how lamb’s breath turns out. She’s the last to flower but she’s one of the first plants I planted, it took longer than I expected to start flowering,

Week 14: Final Countdown (Flower Week 9) šŸŒšŸ„Š We’ve reached the final ripening! This Banana Purple Punch Auto by @FastBuds is finishing its 14th week from seed and its 9th week in full bloom. At this stage, it's no longer about volume; it’s all about ripening, resin density, and terpene complexity. šŸ’Ž Living Soil Performance: Following the 9 Cardinal Parameters, my focus is currently on: • VPD & Humidity: Keeping humidity low (around 40-45%) to drive transpiration and protect these dense, frosty buds from any late-stage issues. šŸŒ¬ļø • Temperature: Dropping the night temps to 18–19°C to encourage those deep purple hues. The anthocyanins are really putting on a show! šŸ’œ • Nutrients: No flush needed! In a true Living Soil setup, the plant naturally senesces as the soil microbiome slows down nitrogen availability while still providing essential minerals for trichome maturation. The "autumn fade" is looking beautiful. šŸ‚ Trichome Status: šŸ”¬ Observation shows about 85% still not ready and 10–15% milky. I’m looking for that perfect "sweet spot" to capture the full sedative punch and overripe banana flavor. šŸŒ It’s been an incredible journey with this organic ecosystem. The plant is incredibly sticky and the smell is overpowering. Harvesting very soon! One love growmies šŸ§‘šŸ»ā€šŸŒ¾

So, I start the harvest last week, but didn't get time to post here, first were the top bud, and this week I got the rest of the plant, it is a good strategy as the lower buds could develop a little more! Amazing growth! I am very happy with the wield, it was my 3 growth at all and my first LST! Great results! Thank you all for the support! Now I will stop for 3 months, going to Africa for a little bit! :-)

Growth has been consistent, made it to 30" where I believe it's done with vertical growth. Not much to report, letting buds build now.

Lots of growth this week! 😃 So far, the indoor girls are looking fuller to me. They seem shorter with tighter nodes and more nodes than the outdoor girls. Also one of the outdoor girls seems to be a little bit of a runt. I'm hoping she catches up eventually, but I'm noticing the runty looking girl is also not symmetrical for some reason. I think this is a good comparison. I'm glad I'm growing 2 outdoors and 2 indoors so we can see a more fair comparison. If I only had one of each it might be a genetic thing causing the differences. Btw... the indoor plants are under 315w CMH on a 19/5 light cycle, 24" from the canopy. The outdoors are obviously dependent on the sunlight which is between 15-16 hours here now. I don't care that the outdoor girls have stretched more than the indoor - they don't have a ceiling to deal with, nor will they grow too close to the light (unless I'm really lucky šŸ˜‰ ). I am very happy that so far I do not see any damage due to bugs on any of the plants. I'm still feeding at 75% of the Fox Farm schedule. That seems to be the right level to me. I'm almost out of Big Bloom, just ordered another gallon. What do you guys think? Please comment! Thanks!!!

Starting autopot system and root aeration this week. Stay posted for updates. Day 1 You remember that movie "Training Day"? It's sorta like that. With a light trim for the buried leaves on lean. Day 3 continued lst, also some defoliating to encourage growth and light up the nodes. Day 7 did a final pin for the week. #5 and I had a tug of war, We both lost. Start somewhere other than the top when tieing. But otherwise I am real proud of my pinning and hope it's right on the money.
