Day 85. All is good, could be a bit better, but no care brings such things ... AK's all grow like twins, solid and strong 40-50 g plants. I like them. Og's : one is violet and big, great plant. it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. Después de dejar las plantas 1semana más de lo previsto ya estaban perfectas para cortar, una vez cortadas las manicure todas bien, me gusta manicurarlas cuando están acabadas de cortar porque tienen las hojas duras y me resulta más simple y me gusta más el resultado final. Después las tuve secando 2 semanas a 50% humedad. En el curado las pongo en botes de cristal herméticos y con bolsas de curado (Bóveda) que hacen que se mantengan la humedad perfecta sin necesidad de abrir los botes, después de 5 meses de curado ya no pude aguantar más y empecé con esta variedad, el olor cambio totalmente y tiene un sabor complejo a madera con tonos dulces y sabrosos,el humo es bien denso y blanco. Los cogollos están como piedras y con muy poca cantidad se estira muchísimo, en cuanto al efecto de primeras es energizante y dan ganas de hablar pero al poco rato se convierte en un fuerte efecto corporal que te deja en el sofá sin hacer nada aparte de dormir😵.

Meter got in - TDS of the above feed is 575 with tap water being 210 giving a nuet level of 365 well within seedling and early veg limits, so plenty of room down the road. Will be working it up as I feel right but I am getting a water filter, not RO perhaps but it needs to come down. Heh wont be needing Si that's for sure

So this week I took the decision to bend over her cola to clear the lights. I didn't want to scrape any THC off when she's moved 😂 Week 2 of flowering is going well. She's doing her thing.

(Harvested on day 74) Small enough buds and not very dense by the looks of it. Leaves covered in crystals so didn’t trim buds. Left hanging for only 3 days and then clipped off buds and put them in drying mesh to speed up the drying a bit. Rome is 20 degrees with humidity at 50% Jarred 10 days later. Buds seem damp on the inside but I think it’s just because they are super sticky.

Day 52____________________________ - Not much has changed from last week. Just fighting with the trellis net keeping everyone held down. - pH has been strange recently. I’ve been used to the pH raising as the week goes by, but in the past week or so, pH has dropped. Used to try to keep it at 5.6 and it would slowly turn to 6.0, but a few mornings I’ve checked it, it’s been at 5.4 or 5.3, so I’ve adjusted pH to 5.8, and am just monitoring it closely. - Checking root health has been a struggle as the trellis net kinda keeps everything held down. Removed the net to make sure nothing was getting caught in the drain tubes and make sure no root rot is happening and re-installed. - Starting to get super stinky when the stems are touched Day 55____________________________ - Plants were in desperate need of some under canopy clean up. Removed lots of fans shadowing and lower, weaker branches. Noticed a few leaves not looking so hot that we’re laying on top of net pot. Assuming it’s just from being neglected. Keeping an eye on nute levels and pH just in case. Day 56____________________________ - Removed a few other fan leaves once plant repositioned itself after messing with ScrOG. - Installed small fan blowing through newly opened up under canopy to help plant breath. - Will need a bigger Dehumidifier if opening up the under canopy doesn’t help bring down moisture. Set to 45%, expecting to get closer to 55%, but still seeing times with 75% or higher. It’s averaging out to 63%, which isn’t terrible, but I know I’ll need more juice soon anyway Day 56____________________________ - First pistils are showing!!! Day 57____________________________ - Decided to throw my Amazon.com dehumidifier in the dumpster. It would run all day and only pull a few teaspoons of water from the air. Got a hold of a nice GE unit that can handle 70 pints per day of dehumidification. I have literally zero clue if that’s a lot or not, but it’s 6 times the size of my old one, so I’m sure it’ll do fine.

I think the harvest will be quite satisfactory, considering the problems with the leaves ☘️🌱 I use the new pH and EC meter Aqua Master Tools P110 PRO, the measurement is fast and accurate 👌 So far I have managed to keep the pH and EC as they should be. Although my EC has jumped a little more now, I diluted the watering so that the EC drops. I use Biobizz Bio +/- to correct it. The excellent mycorrhizal powder PRO-MIX Connect to support the roots certainly works very well. All the girls have been very strong and stable from an early age 💚🌿🌲 Training: I did 2x defoliation and 2x LST to all the plants in the tent this week. It didn't work out very well with Purplematic, the basic LST was enough and I cut the leaves and they fell off, they don't have many and they are sick, however the plant needs them for photosynthesis 🍃

Week 2 in the books here and all is still Lookn good. Should be coming up on fim day pretty soon so that we can better manage plant heights through the stretch. Don’t expect to take much more than another week or so before we make the flip to flower. The Ghost Train clone is still fighting for roots so we’ll likely wait and see based on this cut. As soon as she starts to perk up we’ll move em over. Alls well so far👍. Background I’m killing a few birds with one cycle here. Got some famed breeder strains to show off - genetics that we just haven’t gotten around to growing successfully. Details as follows; Outlaw Seeds - Muffin Berry Why these guys aren’t listed on GD is surprising to me. All the hallmarks of a budding quality breeder from what he read although, I admit, this is our first go in real time. Just another addition to the berry strains as we continue our everlasting quest to find that “best berry” of them all.👍 AMS - Pineapple Express Great co. And I’ve got a full stable of their genetics kicking off this year. This strain has been a massive unicorn for us in the past and I still have yet to see one flower out to the finish proper. Can’t wait to see what this one does. The reviews have been terrific so 🤞. OSS - Banana Sherbet A kick in freebie that came with 2 other strains by OSS. Proven and reliable breeder with excellent hybrid combos. I expect this banana sherbet to be no different and early signs are that she’ll be one of the strongest👌. AMS - Ghost Train (clone) Another unicorn that we’ve had issues with. Our outdoor plant that was supposed to be an auto and turned out to be a photo. Unlikely with the typical fall weather that she’ll see harvest so this is an opportunity to take a cut and possibly salvage that grow. Really looking forward to this one for sure. They’ll all sit in bucket company bags and containers and we’ll be irrigating on drip lines with fewer plants than usual in this space. Hopefully we don’t run into any deficiency issues given that these buckets are a slight detraction from our typical dutchies. Only time will tell, here we go again👍🤞.
