And just like that, the ninth and final week of flowering has come to an end. After months of training, adjusting, observing, and patiently waiting, the girls have finally reached the finish line. Unfortunately, the last week wasn't entirely stress-free. Humidity became particularly challenging, reaching levels much higher than I would have liked this close to harvest. With the flowers now at their densest, this naturally made me more cautious about potential mold and bud rot. One bud on Planet of the Grapes caught my attention, as it appears to be showing either some localized damage or the early signs of bud rot. I have been monitoring it very closely, and thankfully, the surrounding flowers still look healthy and unaffected. With harvest planned for tomorrow, I don't intend to take any unnecessary risks—if the affected area looks any worse, it will simply be removed during harvest. Now for the good news: the girls have finished beautifully. Trichome development is right around where I wanted it to be, with most plants showing approximately 15% amber trichomes, although naturally there is some variation between cultivars and even between individual flowers. Some are slightly further along, while others could probably continue for a little longer. Nevertheless, I have decided to harvest the entire tent together at the end of Week 9. They have matured closely enough to one another that a synchronized harvest makes the most sense, especially since I would rather not set up a second tent purely for drying. Looking back, it's satisfying to see how much the garden has changed. What started as four relatively small plants eventually became a completely filled canopy of heavy, frosty flowers. There were challenges along the way—yellowing leaves, summer heat, stubborn humidity, light adjustments, deficiencies, and branches eventually becoming too heavy to support themselves—but the plants kept pushing forward. And now there is nothing left to adjust. No more chasing the perfect light distance. No more canopy management. No more wondering how much they will stretch or how large the flowers will become. Tomorrow, the scissors finally come out. After nine weeks of flowering and a lot of patience, harvest day has arrived. 🌿✂️

A few things that needed attention 🌱💡 There’s some light burn and bleaching on the upper leaves, which also caused minor deficiencies. I’ll keep an eye on it, but aside from providing plenty of nutrients, I’m not planning to make any major changes. I can’t raise the lamp any higher — it’s already at the top of the tent — and I’m not lowering the light intensity below 700 PPFD at the centre, since that would drop the levels too much in the corners of the grow space. So, we’ll keep pushing! 💪 The leaves below the canopy are still very healthy, so I’m not too worried. I’ll continue feeding nutrients with every watering, as the new growth (especially the sugar leaves) looks fine. However, one of the Purple Lemonade plants looks pretty fried, even though it’s been treated the same as the others. I’m guessing it’s down to genetics. 🍋 So that’s how we roll — still very optimistic! 😎🌿 Stats so far: 💧 Watering: 1.5L every other day 💦 Humidity: ~60% RH 🌡️ Temp (lights on): 22–26°C 🌡️ Temp (lights off): 20–22°C 📈 Avg. VPD (lights on): ~1.35 kPa

D43. The start of a new week, and not much to report. ------------------------------ D46. The reservoir is finally just about empty after 17 days. I'll top water with compost tea and sprouted seed tea tomorrow before filling the reservoir again in a couple of days. ------------------------------ D49. We're at the end of the third week of flower, and things are on autopilot. I'm not completely happy with the soil I'm testing as I'm seeing clawed and burnt leaf tips. Maybe I'm being picky, as it's relatively minor, and the plant looks happy overall, but I have never seen this growing in my own soil mixes. I filled up the reservoir with 7 liters of water @ pH 6.0. I adjusted the pH to be on the lower end since it has a tendency to creep up over time. ------------------------------

Week 11 flower - day 82 flw - day 140 of cycle Uowww finally the harvesting day. Although Black gum is a small plant, it delivered nice tasty buds. Smells strawberry with tha kunk in the end. Can’t wait to dry and cure to have a blast smoking it.

Flowering day 7 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The flowering started last week because otherwise the space in the small tent would end up being too narrow :-) Cuttings were taken from each phenotype beforehand. To change the flower, I rinsed it very lightly with clean fruits. With the next watering she gets a mix of grow liquid and bloom liquid before she only gets bloom. The heating mat works perfectly in the small tent and the parameters are all in the optimal range 🙏🏻👍. Now we hope that everything stays that way and that the cold days will slowly pass :-) . The smell on this lady is absolutely insane. The only way I can describe it is a dank smelling cherry. Trimmed 2 ozs after drying got done and had the whole house smelling. Very impressed with the nose tone and taste of the Cherry Cola and its not even cured yet. Growing this plant has turned me on to the cherry terps and will continue to look for them.

I had bad luck, or beter I didn’t keep the rain out of the structure. So unfortunately the lady’s did get wet! We had a lot of rain after a great summer. I think if I didn’t had rotten flowering 800 gram per plant was normal yield! It is a great plant verry easy to grow and a big yield! I like the seeds of high-Seeds! Its a great supplier! This year a couple of diverent lady’s! Whit a new growhouse.

F+29 20190125 - Plants still gaining more and more resin. Very nice production. I am so happy doing this! Going to give them another feeding tonight. F+30 20190126 - FB#2 has started showing some clawing, and I will have to do some research to diagnose. F+31 20190127 - With the help of some forum inquiries, there was a Nitrogen Toxicity appearing to start on FB#2. To be safe, since both plants got the same amount, they were both flushed with unfiltered, PH corrected, tap water. F+32 20190128 - Both flowers appeared to have improved since the flush. Nice amounts of Resin are easily visible, and the smell is amazing at this point, like a wift warm berries travelling into my nostrils. So sweet. F+33 20190129 - One more flush today, just to be safe. I adore these fabric smart pots. They drain everything but exactly what needs to be there, and they are easy to handle. I also enjoy being able to bust through the fabric to help with LST. F+34 20190130 - Plants still improving. They appear to have bulked up a bit more, and gained some more frosty resin. F+35 20190131 - I can see more pistils turning orange. I estimate about 2-3 weeks to go. FB#1 appears to be behind in it's maturation, but not its bulk or resin production.

🌸 WEEK 5 FLOWER – “Aiming for the Moon” Hello, beautiful people! It’s been a busy stretch, but I’m finally back with another exciting update from our Permanent Marker girls — and wow, what a sight they are right now. Both phenos are truly stunning in their own unique ways. • Pheno #1 is aiming for the moon — nearly 2 meters tall, stretching with grace, and starting to show her first flashes of color. The top buds are swelling, pistils glowing bright white, and the early hues are giving us a glimpse of what’s to come. • Pheno #2 stays more compact around 120 cm, with equally gorgeous bud formation — dense, balanced, and full of life. We did a light defoliation this week to open the canopy, helping airflow and light penetration reach deeper into the structure. The goal is simple: give the photons space to dance and the air room to breathe. The results are already visible — the girls look happier, more open, and vibrant. 🌿 Environment & Feeding Conditions are stable now that the AC is up and running (finally!). Temperatures have dropped to a comfortable range, and both phenos seem to love it. #3 has beautiful pink buds very happy with these girls, hopefully the other two show some colour as the Temperature comes down. Have swapped the 250 red CFL for a 150 blue. May turn it off for the last week to get every last bit of pink possible! Pots have a nice wet dry cycle, have tried to hold back and not over water so I've been watering with a spray bottle. I use a 1L hand spray bottle and fill it up three to four times depending on the weather. Although it seems impossible to overeater with the breathable fabric pots. Which are awesome if I haven't said already. Perfectly fit 11 in my small cupboard which is lucky as I ordered ten as soon as he free one arrived without measuring them! Stoners eyes never lie! 👁️ Buds should be huge if they keep going at this speed! Haven't topped them for the natural look, been a few years since I've done it can't wait to see a big fat cola bud at the end!

Buds are forming nicely, the Hulkberry has a sugary scent, very pleasant looks like very green weed, vibrant. Leafs are showing some cal mag deficiency, I’m using RO water, but supplementing with cal mag, and leafs still demonstrating that for a wile, could be the led to cloase, checked the runoff ec 1.4 and ph 6.5 looks normal, tested the soilless, is between 6.5 and 7. This looks like a more fragile strain, wile by the side i have a heavy feeder, and a normal feeder, runing three distinct diets is out of question at this point... The Purpple kush smells like candy and is really purpple and the unknown strain is like mint with a strong indica look. I’m going to be away for 7days so I intalled a drip sistem and I’m hopping it does the trick...

SUNDAY 5/19: I accidentally left my UV timer in the "ON" position all night and half of the next day...fearing sudden death, I have moved everybody that was almost ready into the dark tent, including the most advanced Candy Cane x C4 and will start harvesting them tomorrow..maximum UVB stress for about 20 hours...if it works out that they are even more potent than expected without turning brown overnight, I'll claim it was "intentional," and purport it as an "advanced technique" 😉 MONDAY: The big one still looks fine after the mega-UVB incident , so she's still sitting in the dark. I flipped on the green light and went into the tent for a sniff test on everybody. She smells more like a C4 than a Candy Cane...a delightful aroma! The others have just about dried out..I'll probably start flushing a couple of them tomorrow and just water the others. TUESDAY: I harvested and wet trimmed CC4 #2 today. She wasn't very big, but her buds are ultra-dense and stinky. I also harvested the big one today(CC4#3) and hung her to dry in the dark tent. I decided to go ahead and flush everybody else today for the first time. I lowered the lights in the big tent several inches and set the light cycle back to 20/4, plus they are still getting hammered by the UVB for 6 hours of the day in 2 x 3-hour intervals. WEDNESDAY: I semi-wet-trimmed CC4 #3 and forgot to take photos..will do it when they are dry, prior to weighing and jarring it up. CC4 #1 was dry today, so I took some photos of the dried buds prior to weighing it and jarring it up. She weighed in at 66 grams after removing the excess lumber. She's very frosty, but her buds are a little bit fluffier than I like. THURSDAY: The last several CC4's will be flushed for the second time tomorrow. 2 more of the harvested plants will get weighed and jarred up tomorrow, but the other two will still need another day or two to dry. FRIDAY: I decided to wait to flush til tomorrow. I didn't have time today, so I'll weigh and jar up a few plants tomorrow. I just stuck the dry ones into some 2-gallon jars with boost 62's for now. I'm seeing about 20-25% amber trichomes on a few of them. They should be capable of putting me on my ass for a while. I killed the first few with just a couple ambers here and there, and the next two with about 5-10%, so I should have a pretty good sampling from them to know what it has and hasn't to offer. Glad I chose to grow these accidental F1 hybrids...muah hah hah hahhhh...😆 SATURDAY: I flushed the last 4 x CC4's with 3 gallons of ph-adjusted spring water today(and the remaining 4 other plants of different strains...my back is killing me..) and took some photos. Their foliage got pretty burnt from the mega-UVB overexposure incident, so I'll my work cut out for me with the trim..but damnit..they are getting super frosty and stinky!😋 I ran out of time, so didn't get around to weighing and jarring the dried plants. So, I just continued the cure in their big jars for the day.

Germination went well can't wait to see haw she comes out .growing in coco core perlite xpert nutrients I have found it's the best way for me over the 19 years of growing .thank you for looking at the diary and tune in for next week and thank you passports for the genetics
