Moving pass the transition a little more this week and slowly switching to bud development. The feeding has been holding up and I've decided to top dress and just let them ride out on what they have available in the medium.

This week was a quiet week to avoid disturbing the beginning of flowering. I think the deficiencies are under control and there's no worsening to fear. Nevertheless, I will need to remain vigilant. The plant is starting to smell.

This girl took very well to LST and defoliating. Didn’t notice any sort of stunting from the defoliating, she chugged on as if nothing happened to her.

The buds on my Medusa are showing off a mesmerizing range of hues, with shades ranging from pink to purple, adorned with hints of red and green. It's a botanical masterpiece that feels like walking through a vibrant artist's palette! Now, let's dive into a fascinating aspect of the final weeks: stopping the feedings. As we approach the grand finale, I've decided to halt all nutrient supplements. Why, you ask? Well, it's like preparing for a fancy dinner party. Just like we ease up on appetizers before the main course, withholding additional nutrients allows the plant to focus its energy on ripening those gorgeous buds to perfection. It's like providing a VIP treatment, pampering the flowers as they reach their peak potency. Speaking of peak, I must admit, I've become quite the trichome enthusiast. Every day, I examine those tiny resinous structures, observing their development with a level of dedication that might make my Medusa think I'm an extraterrestrial trichome investigator. Just at the end of week # 2 in bloom , LST training is going well and the canopy is pretty full , cooler outside temps allow me to use my co2 burner and they are all looking great with lots of bud sites and liking the nutrient balance, made new nuits today and it went from 1400 to 1150 in two feedings , one more week of stretch and then I will finish the under canopy cleanup and plan on a light defoliation at week 4 of bloom. The 8 Ball Kush is really showing great growth and it’s early on , should be some huge buds this crop , the Blue OG Kush is healthy , it’s my first time with it so I’m not sure what it grows like . no signs of pests during the grow. only one time i had ants trying to infest one plant but easily got rid of them by using cinnamon around the stem. she grows easy and is fun to train, you don't have to be an expert. in the late flowering i got some budrot in both plants and stalled the harvest by inspecting and cutting it away daily, haven't lost a lot due to it. i would recommend this strain as she is a high trichome producer, big yielder and easy to grow plant that gives nice buds with a good smell and greath high. she is a strain that makes you talkative, giggly and euphoric and is surely gonna give you a good sleep. be sure to go easy on her as she is a strong breed. an amazing strain to grow. she creates colourfull purple buds filled with trichomes that is really good for the chilling occasions, be sure not to have to go somewhere as she will last long and prepare for a joyfull evening with lots of laughing and good talks. i'll post more pictures after the drying process!
