IIt’s been a little over a week now, and the buds have slowed down their fattening phase. There is still some growth, but I think ripening has begun. After examining the buds and trichomes thoroughly, I’m seeing mostly cloudy heads, so harvest can’t be far away. When I open the tent, my whole room smells sweet and citrusy. All the plants look perfectly healthy, with only slight signs of light stress—even after reducing the PPFD from 1000–1100 during peak flowering down to around 800 for the last 2–3 weeks. It might just be because the plants are now fully in “fall mode.” Right after harvesting, I’m going to take some macro shots of the nicest top buds. Kings Kush: The terpene profile has stayed consistent compared to last week, but I’m picking up stronger grape or berry aromas now. The buds are huge. Blue Dream: Pure gas with a hint of sweetness. About 80% of the pistils are now a nice orange, but the trichomes are only around 50% milky. It might take a week or two longer than the other plants. Mimozz: Sharp calyxes, frosty leaves, and crazy fruity aromas. I’d say this strain is the closest to harvest and lives up to the predicted flowering time of 7–8 weeks. I really wish I had taken a cutting to preserve this beautiful phenotype. Coco Fresh: The buds are still getting bigger, and even the lowest ones are turning purple and fat. It’s by far the prettiest plant of them all. The flowers smell super pleasant, with a mix of gassy cream and ripe fruit. I can’t wait to harvest them!👽😎

Die vierte Blütewoche ist vorbei und die Pflanze hat im Stretch bisher nochmal 2cm zugelegt, daher wird wars dass nun auf jeden Fall was die Höhe angeht. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von Antonio's breedings. Die Herkunft durch die Ice Cream Cake lässt sich auch bei diesem Strain gut erkennen. Sie verhält sich sehr ähnlich wie die Ice Cream Haze, entwickelt aber schon Mal ein anderes Aroma! Die Pflanze hat nun eine Höhe von 117cm erreicht. Sie hat eine wunderschöne und homogene Wuchsform. Das bin ich von Dutch Passion echt gewohnt. Tolle Strain s! Die Stigmen bilden sich immer mehr aus und es sind schöne und immer mehr glänzende Trichome erkennbar. Die Bedingungen im Growschrank sind für die Blütephase aktuell Top! D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

I fed her some molasses last weekend. Personally I never really notice much difference after feeding molasses but I still try feeding it 2 weeks before harvest anyway. I have beed giving her just water since then. Going to flush real good this weekend, then let her dry out til the following weekend when I am going to harvest her. That should put the harvest date right around 1/27/18, which would be a full 3 months of growth - seed to harvest. The Blue Mammoth has been just a great plant to grow so far. I did not do anything to her except some defoliation. No bending, training, topping, etc... And she looks awesome in my opinion. She's bigger than the Girl Scout Cookies I harvested a few weeks ago, which yielded 2.6 oz. Looking forward to harvest, cure and smoke👍

She is vigorous towards the finish has about 1-2 weeks to go. Beautiful purple tones and fruity orange hints. Flushing her with water as she bows out. Trichomes are 40% clear and 60% cloudy. Thc is looking like 18-20%. All in all I am happy with the genetics and hope for a few seeds.

Eai produtores, sejam todos bem vindos a mais uma semana dessa cepa maravilhosa. Na terceira semana iniciei a técnica de LST e estou muito satisfeito com o resultado até aqui, as plantas desenvolveram vários galhos laterais que estão gigantes e o caule está bem grosso. Rego a planta duas vezes por semana, no Domingo e na Quarta feira e está dando certo até aqui. Na rega de hoje aumentei os ml/L de fertilizantes por que algumas folhas de baixo estavam ficando amarelas e nessa fase da planta ela precisa de bastante nutrientes porque costuma dobrar de tamanho No próximo domingo trago atualizações de como elas estão, e pra quem está acompanhando até aqui muito obrigado espero trazer um resultado incrível, mesmo com um grow caseiro feito de sapateira.
