This is probably going to be very haphazard and added to only as new progress is made. working on some selfing, crossing and other misc. breeding projects of various strains. This "week" I am showing the reversal plants in their early stages of pollen sac development. I have reversed plants successfully in the past but really wanted to try a full dedicated project rather than just pollen chucking. The first wave of plants are all pollen donors. Clones and sprouts of the mothers to receive the pollen are in my veg tent waiting to be flipped. Once these mature they will be moved to a separate tent and pollen harvested to be added to the flowering girls. So far all plants have taken to the reversal. I am using STS spray I made myself. I started spraying them one week before flipping to flower and then every 3-5 days until I saw sacs forming. That seems to be the sweet spot for me. YMMV

Over all was an amazing grow, super sticky dense nugs with smell of berries, highly recommended for everyone!!

Harvested the Papayas - Smooth harvest, very sticky bud. Really happy with plant 1 :) Long trim sessions this week - hoping for some better yields from the Sweet Seeds F1 strains.

Week 2 of flower. Blue dream stopped stretching but the holy communion has continued stretching throughout the whole week into the 3rd.

So both RF3🍓🦍 are going strong but the left one is the best one with the buds currently and the right one is pushing with trichomes and terps, everytime i walk into my growing room i smell that nice fresh sweet fruity strawberry gorilla scent 😋 happy growing all 💚✌️😎

Let's go to the finale. The eighth and final week of flowering. The flowers are hard as a rock. The trichomes are milky and sometimes an amber hue appears.

Heeeere we go! Sorry for the late update! This is when I start the flush! I believe the plants are pretty much ready at this point and doing this will just improve the final product! Doing this took me a good chunk of time, mostly because I didn't know exactly how much of water I was going to need (it was a loooot 😫) and how hard/tiring it was to pH it as well. In the end my calculations were off, as I needed far more water than what I had (lol) so I didn't manage to do a full flush... but I still managed to lower the amount of salts and residues to a "decent" level (around 850 to 1500 ppm). I also used flawless finish so I suppose than even when I didn't use enough water that solution alone was enough to help! Besides that the rest of the week was quite calm and relaxing. Before drying, she smelled a little spicy, after drying, she just smells sweet & creamy, amazing smell. Her taste while smoking is insane, it really tastes like you took a spoon of some berry-orange type of ice cream, no spicyness, just bare candy terps. The buds are rock solid and she is covered in frost. Opening the jars is like sticking your nose in a bag of candy. Her effects are relaxing, she really makes you stoned, beautiful night time smoke

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome! Fun grow, treated each plant with a different growing techniques - Fim, Top, Lst, super-cropping, etc. Surprised on yield using basic $130.00 Bestva. Dry weight over 1/3 of a pound. They hung for 5 days. I put time into flushing and Trichome viewing, willing to sacrifice THC content for a more energetic medicine. I nailed the harvest based off of partly/mostly cloudy trichs(pic above). The weed is gas, top-shelve, better than the 21.5% thca GC I purchase through dispensary. Very, Very pleased with results. Biggest mistakes made on this grow: 1) 2 initial pots too small for 10 week veg requiring a tricky late veg transplant. 2) not using cal/mag in mid Veg. 3) allowing humidity to drop too low while drying buds in tent - final product is a little brittle.
