I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

Start by saying 2 are in flush now! (Black cream and sunset sherbet) I used flawless finish on them and then water from then on! Started to see some fades within a few days with the black cream and sunset sherbet leaves have lightened up, just awaiting some fades! And I’m watching under a 50x loupe to aim for the perfect harvest! The aromas are crazy in there got all sorts going on until I touch one and identify it’s aromas but as expected everything is going to be full of terps and resin! On the end road now! Flush next feeds for the purple punch and forbidden runtz! I’ve added a picture of the royal creamatic I took out as it’s just jumped into flower! Glad I took her out now too as she has some coverage and I wouldn’t want to lose no light at this stage! End result with dynomyco! IS… use it highly recommend. I’m using it in all my grows from now on! It’s a great additive providing your plants with a lot more beneficial bacteria that aid the myco and allow the plant to uptake nutrients better and gain a lot more stability so it’s a must! Week 7 looking very plentiful

*Week 4 Flower 09/24* Both Mimosa girls appear to be running fine with Mimosa (1) running a little behind but is catching up accordingly. Small oversight in early growth resulted in a minor stunt but she is improving dramatically. Water Feed has increased by half a gallon ( 1gallon clean - .5 gallon nute feed) *Week 4 Flower 09/28 - Mid week update* Both plants are flowering accordingly - Mimosa (1) is a bit taller then Mimosa (2) Buds are becoming dense and covered in trichomes. No deficiencies - No areas of concern - Potassium and Phosphate feeds continue *Week 5 Flower end of week recap - 09/30* Both Mimosa's are flowering nicely - Budsites covered in frosty trichomes. Mimosa (2) looks shorter but that is because her COLA was tied down to expose bottom budsites.

Week 5: A little yellowing on the leaves this week. We believe we have a Mag deficiency. Will adjust when watering. Did a flush due to this as well with Cal/Mag in the water. Defoliation: We took a lot more off this week due to the growth spurt. LST: using paper clips for LST and it is working amazingly. They have really adjusted well to it. Height (inches): GSC1 21.5; GSC2 15.5; GSC3 15; Delight 17 7.19.22: The back left GSC grew 3 inches overnight - crazy!!! Raised the light to accommodate it and placed the other girls on a box to be at her level.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la décima semana de floración de estas Sagrada amnesia de Seedstockers, salieron las 5 de 5, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas.( Justo esta variedad 2 de 3 son bastante sensibles y marcan en las hojas exceso pero no están las puntas quemadas) Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de floración. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 5 ejemplares seleccioné los 3 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, el fotoperiodo a 12/12, también aplique una buena poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color, ya progresan las flores, llevan ya una tricomada… increíble. Just tucking away 🤣🤣🤣 Last weeks feeding was slightly too high for transition. I am realizing that the amount of fulvic/humid acid reduces the need for full strength ratios. This week we are going to feed 800 again, as the need for ppm’s has increased, but I am going to stay under 850 unless I see deficiency in leaves. The photosynthesis plus has been added to the mix. I know, I have recharge. However, there are certain strains in PP that recharge does not have. Specifically there is a strain for absorbing more from the lights. I have some purple stems from the light being a little to intense. We will be adding a little more cal-mag to the next feeding also. Looks like feeding will take place Tuesday/Wednesday this week. All plants are female and no Herms present for the party 😂😂 10-25 did a pre-feed of cal-mag, 8 oz. Later this evening I will do the main feeding 3 cups. The ratios are still 8-8-8 at 800 ppm’s. The extra ppm’s come in the form of extra cal-mag. Did some tucking as I am in stretch phase. So I work with a grower who is 76 years old. He has some old school techniques that make sense. He pre-waters his containers with 25% water. The remainder 75% is either nutrients OR additives that need to be added to the water. I took it a step further. I added cal-mag to the pre-water stage. Then I fed the nutrients second stage. Cal-mag is the “carrier” for nutrients throughout the plant. “Adding the nutrients after, makes it easy for the nutrients to fully saturate the soil and reach all the roots. This also prevents salt build up.” Ron’s Words. I will say my containers held double the amount of water using his method. 10-28 added some reflective material around the sides. My Growmie at RedmanFarms suggested I add it to the room. I am inside of an open air room for flowering cycle. Today was watering day. First watering was a light dose of cal/mag. Second watering was kelp, seaweed, photosynthesis plus, monk beans SST, fulvic/humic acid. One of the plants ( top left) seems to have a sulpher/magnesium deficiency ( it’s also the one with the soil I don’t like). I made some Iron/Tone tea by Espoma at 200 ppm’s and did a foliar feed. So far I see some progress on purple recessing and the growth has started to match the other 4. I have 1 more week of tucking to do and then I do a HEAVY defoliation on day 21. After than I won’t touch the plants other than feedings and water.

Vegetative week 17 just started for the Crimea Blue ladies. They got into a big storm last week but didn't got damaged at all. My spot is such a blessing, especially for the safety reason :) They got a little taller but mostly they got bushier.
