We grew two plants of Zamnesia Seeds' Alien OG and chose to manage them completely differently, precisely to observe the differences between the two plants. This first plant was left to grow without training or pruning, simply following its natural development. Next week, we'll share our experience with the second plant, which we mainlined. Just looking at this first Alien OG, you can tell it's a truly vigorous strain. The plant reached a remarkable size and proved very productive, developing long, very large colas, which are definitely one of the characteristics that impressed me most. Resin production was also good. The buds had a good amount of trichomes, and overall, the final result conveyed a good sense of quality. The interesting thing will be to compare this harvest with that of the second plant, grown mainlined: two plants of the same genetics, but with completely different management. It will be interesting to see how the technique influenced the structure, bud distribution, and final yield. Regarding this first Alien OG, the verdict is decidedly positive: **huge plant, excellent productivity, very long and abundant colas, and a good amount of resin**. A strain that, left to grow freely, has demonstrated all its vigor. Growth is clearly excellent thanks to a controlled PPFD. We're providing the right amount of light at every stage and are experiencing potency spikes thanks to Zamnesia. PPFD - We achieve a PPFD of 800 μmol/m²/s (shorter plants) up to approximately 1250 μmol/m²/s, using CO2 to reduce clade formation and high-intensity lighting. Dialled nutes down in week 7 & 8. Harvested with Milky Trichomes & 5% Amber. Some parts of bud smell pungent and diesely, where some other parts smelt sweet or grassy. First Grow went well, didn't have the right space but have noted many areas for improvement. environmentaly l had - high lights on temps & high lights off RH. I truly love the dinafem team , there genetics have been great ever since I started out with this company .. Three first seeds I ever bought were from them and the buds I have grown have all been good smoke .. The growth structure is huge on this lady right now .. I will be planting her into the ground over the next week because I want her to get huge in my county backyard ... She will be a beast you watch ...

After 13 weeks of flowering, Lemon Cherry Gelato is finally ready. I haven't watered her for the last three days. Her buds are extremely sticky and shiny. 🍋🍒🍦

Day 57, very happy so far, plants are just taking everything they get, a very easy strain to grow. Added Bud Explosion this week as flower has kicked in, really looking forward to the next month as temps drop in my part of the world. Thinking of letting temps be a little cooler in grow area as they seem to enjoy it. Und es ist ein Weibchen. Jetzt habe ich die Pflanze in ihren Enddtopf gesetzt und lasse sie jetzt erst Mal noch eine Weile im Wachstum. Da es sich um ein Indica Hybrid handelt, lass ich die Pflanze noch weiterhin Wachsen, da ich den Seitenaustrieb noch etwas weiter in die Höhe ausbreiten möchte. Welcome growers Firsth month in flowering for this beauty AYAHUASCA PURPLE 😈 It has reacted well to last week's "massive" defoliation. Day 42 This plant has been topped many times (around 8–12), creating a very wide structure with lots of potential bud sites. However, it is currently in poor condition due to stress from overwatering. Most of the leaves are drooping heavily, showing a clear lack of vigor. The color has faded from healthy green to a pale light green, with some areas even turning yellowish. This suggests that the roots are still struggling to recover and the plant isn’t able to take up nutrients properly. Two days ago, I watered again after holding off to let the medium dry out. The plant has not bounced back strongly yet and remains weak. The canopy that once looked promising now looks tired, with leaves hanging down and a general lack of growth. Given how stressed the plant looks, it may take considerable time to recover — if at all. Because of this, I’ve already started planning to grow a new strain alongside this one. This way I can still move forward with a healthy plant while monitoring this one to see if it pulls through. At this point, the priority is minimal stress: careful watering, steady conditions, and patience. I’ll give it time, but expectations for this plant are now lower compared to the others.

The Critical Purple are about as tall as me at this point and buds are stacking up very quickly,.. had i known these plants would take so long to flower i definitely would have opted for a larger pot size, but these things happen i guess ....I pulled a GWS, a finished CP and another GG auto this weeks as well :)

So we’ve come to a slow down on the stretch and they’ve started to work n creating flowers, I defoliated about 10-15% of the fan leaves and removed stems that had less vigor or was too under the canopy and wouldn’t of created any good flowers as these plants are a whopping near 50” so proud to be a loyal Martian! The lights are so powerful and provide the plants with the power of the sun ☀️

Weathers been great, a little cold in the mornings, but sunny and 25c every day. Flowering looking great, close to week 5. All the LST done, now to just sit back and wait. Heavy top dress of compost mixed with 70/30 Gaia Green PB/AP (20Tbsp). Weekly spray of BT/Lactobacillus/Epsom, occasionally soil drench of Lactobacillus as well, which is 50% molasses (1-2 Tbsp per gallon). Still seeing tons of moth / caterpillar eggs on mesh netting, but the wasps are making short work of them. Nice even (almost) canopy is making for some great uniform flowering. **Bonus last picture** I had an extra GC FF as a "backup", planted same time but early flowered due to root bound 7 gallon I assume, notice all the single bladed fan leaves, stress maybe? Just harvested, looks good, but I'm sure my main plant will be much better.. Early flowering was sure nice.

Recovering from a hard week of losing a third of the leaves. I had nutrient lockout from too high ec which results in the roots not drinking eating. I thought I had some mold so I cut all the yellowing leaves which were the plant’s buffers causing it to lose more leaves in a doom loop until I realized what the problem was. It feels like it’s restarting and I have lost some time

Starting to fill out abit

Defoliated a little bit this week, because the plants were getting really bushy. Froze the defoliated leaves so I can add them to my smoothies. Also added some bone meal since the plants are definitely flowering now and could use the extra phosporus. Stress killer (back) is still stretching as is to be expected seeing as I probably set her back for a week or so by nearly killing her. Gorilla (front left) is looking really pretty but extremely bushy. Solomatic (front right) is looking fine but small.

She’s coming along nicely this girl, only wish that I kept her branches tied Down as she’s grown into a bush 🌳 need more light penetrating her! Happy growing 👊
