Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

I've been pulling the top small fan leaves to allow the side's to catch up. One plant is really tall and stretchy , One plant is very short and compact . The other 4 plants all look very similar to each other at this stage .

Seit dem Letzen Update vor 4 Tagen. haben 2/3 Ladies den Rand des Topfes erreicht. Etwas LST rundet den heutigen Tag Ab. Es wird nu auf die 3te Pflanze gewartet - Danach wird der vertikale wuchs angestrebt. Im großem Zelt habe ich ein Abflusssystem eingebaut um das Potential für Trauermücken gering zu halten. Das Wasser fließt durch Löcher in den Auffangschalen in eine schräge Rinne runter. Diese entleert sich durch den Boden mit 2 Silikonschläuchen. Ja, dazu habe ich das Zelt angebohrt - aber besser als stehendes Wasser oder händischen Abpumpen. Da ich CO2 nutze habe ich mich für ein geschlossenes Lüftungssystem entschieden. Die Luft wird durch den Luftentfeuchter gezogen und zurück ins Zelt geleitet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 43 – Vegetative Phase: Today, each plant received approximately 9 liters of water adjusted to pH 6.3 and supplemented with 1 ml/L Cal-Mag. In addition, nematodes were applied as a preventive measure. Since the last update four days ago, two out of three plants have reached the edge of the pot. Some additional LST completed today’s work. We are now waiting for the third plant to catch up — after that, vertical growth will be encouraged. In the large tent, a drainage system has been installed to reduce the risk of fungus gnats. Water flows through holes in the drip trays into a sloped channel, which then drains out of the tent through two silicone hoses installed through the floor. Yes, the tent was drilled for this modification — but it is preferable to standing water or manual pumping. Since CO₂ is being used, a closed ventilation system was chosen. Air is drawn through the dehumidifier and then recirculated back into the tent.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week 9... which is the final week for these utterly rapid F1 hybrids from Royal Queen Seeds. Day 60: Well well well, while doing a quick loupe check I realised these ladies were about ready! So they were harvested and are currently drying! Harvest update to follow after dry. It is sort of hard to see the amber trichs under the microscope because in the actual buds themselves is where they were most developed, but it was easy to see with the loupe, and you can see some here and there on the sugar leaves and many "on the turn" and yellowing. Anyway they are drying now... and I have REALLY BIG NEWS. 2024/05/05 : I was away for a few days, there are buds everywhere now... gave them a shot of bio PK. The height is 48 cm : LED is 20 cm away but I can move it up. I wait to see if Blueberry can handle it as it is, it shouldn't stretch much more. DLI between 34 and 42. It drank 12.5 L last 5 days. Fan leaves are dark green and the smell is present (lemon for the moment) : last watering with bio PK in two weeks and I shouldn't do anything else until end. I like Autopot+Biotabs!😍

I gave it the final pinch to complete the process. Pablo is one of most densely packed plants I’ve grown. Wir befinden uns heute an Tag 70 insgesamt, was Blütetag 35 entspricht. ​Das Höhenmanagement hat uns anfangs etwas Sorgen bereitet, aber wir denken, wir haben die Situation jetzt sehr gut im Griff. Wir haben ich Scrog-Leinen eingezogen, um das Wachstum zu kontrollieren und eine gleichmäßige Lichtverteilung zu gewährleisten. ​Beide Pflanzen entwickeln sich prächtig und zeigen erste Anzeichen für eine vielversprechende Blütenbildung. January 11.2021 Helloooo everybaaaady. Well, another solid week of packin on mass! I'm getting excited for these gals to be done already! Lots of smell coming from the tent when the light is off. :) Been fairly easy so far, I was going to feed them tonight but I think I can push it a day or so until then.. i'm lazzzzzzzzzzzzzzy. I seriously am in love with the #marshydro ts1000 it's amazing. I am wanting to upgrade my tent also to mars hydro, just trying to decide which size! WOW. She’s going to easily double. I’m going to have to do some serious bending. She’s developing quite nicely but I didn’t expect her to double based on her description. Maybe I have an odd pheno? Oh well, I’ll do the best I can to control her.

Day 22 22/07/24 Monday Nothing new to report. Starting to see them beautiful fans appear that's all 😁✌️ Day 23 23/07/24 Tuesday Feed today, giving them straight all nutes Inc flowering nutes. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. This should be some epic smoke as her buds are absolutely crystalized with trichomes and her smell is AMAZING! 😛💚 9/10- Well she's been in the dark for 24hrs. now with 24 more to go. I'm keeping temperatures in the low to mid 60's℉ and the RH @ 45%. Tomorrow is 'Chop Day'! I'll be taking some pic's of her when she comes out of the dark and during harvest...Stay tuned, this is some 🔥! I am continuing to water while she's in the dark with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 @67℉ to keep her hydrated. 9/12- Well she's out of the dark where she spent roughly 60 hours. I kept the temp's @ 64℉ and the RH at 45%. After I brought her out I shot a few pictures of her, then plucked off all of the shade leaves. I then cut her off at her base and hung her whole. I'll keep the RH in the room @ 50% for the first 24hrs., then raise it to 55-60% for the remainder of the drying. I have the temperatures in the Dry Room at a constant 65℉ to help preserve the terpenes. Hopefully she'll take 10-12 days to dry to the point that she's ready to be trimmed and jarred! 🌿 Woche 23 – Mentha de Croco von Terpyz 🇩🇪 Diese Woche stand ganz im Zeichen einer ziemlich radikalen Entscheidung ✂️🌿. Letzten Samstag habe ich beide Pflanzen stark entlaubt und ungefähr die Hälfte der Triebe entfernt. Alle unteren Buds mussten weichen – übrig bleiben nur die Top Buds mit der besten Lichtexposition ☀️🌸. Mein Ziel ist dabei ganz klar: Qualität vor Quantität 💚. Ich möchte die Luftzirkulation verbessern, das Schimmelrisiko im kommenden Herbst reduzieren und gleichzeitig die Geruchsentwicklung aus Rücksicht auf meine Nachbarn möglichst gering halten 🌬️🏡. Bei einem möglichen Erntezeitpunkt Ende Oktober oder Anfang November möchte ich einfach nicht riskieren, am Ende einen Großteil der Buds wegen Schimmel wegwerfen zu müssen 🍂🌧️. Natürlich tut es im Herzen weh, aus solchen majestätischen Pflanzen so viel Biomasse herauszunehmen 😢🌿. Aber am Ende interessiert mich nur das Ergebnis. Lieber weniger, dafür hochwertige und gesunde Buds, als eine riesige Menge, von der später ein großer Teil im Müll landet 🙏🌸. Die linke Pflanze ist mittlerweile ca. 2,18 m, die rechte sogar 2,33 m groß 📏🚀. Durch das starke Auslichten hat sich der Wasserverbrauch erwartungsgemäß ungefähr halbiert 💧. Die linke Pflanze sieht momentan allerdings noch etwas unglücklich aus 😕🌿. Dazu kommt, dass die Sonnenerde langsam deutlich an ihre Grenzen kommt und ich rückblickend wahrscheinlich noch stärker hätte topdressen müssen. Die letzten vier Tage war ich wieder beruflich unterwegs und meine Frau hat das Gießen übernommen 💧❤️. Leider wurde offenbar die gleiche Wassermenge deutlich schneller ausgebracht, wodurch jedes Mal Drain entstanden ist. Ich vermute, dass dadurch teilweise auch Nährstoffe ausgespült wurden und sich das bestehende Defizit dadurch weiter verstärkt hat 🌱💦. Ich versuche jetzt gegenzusteuern. Am Freitag gab es einmal BioBizz Grow, TopMax, Bloom und Heaven nach All-Mix-Schema auf 5 Liter Wasser 🌿. Heute folgt zusätzlich noch Almicanna Flower Komposttee 🍵. Danach heißt es erst einmal beobachten und schauen, ob sich vor allem die linke Pflanze wieder erholt 👀🌱. Die rechte Pflanze steht momentan deutlich besser da und wirkt insgesamt kräftiger 💚. Auch beim Reiben am Stamm ist ihr Geruch mittlerweile deutlich intensiver 👃🌿. Interessanterweise ist dafür die linke Pflanze in der Budentwicklung weiter 🌸. Die beiden Phenos zeigen damit immer deutlicher ihre unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften – und genau das macht den Vergleich so spannend 😍. Jetzt heißt es Daumen drücken und beobachten 🤞🌱. Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie sich die beiden nach diesem massiven Eingriff in den nächsten Wochen entwickeln werden 🍂🌸. 🌿 Week 23 – Mentha de Croco by Terpyz 🇬🇧 This week was all about a rather radical decision ✂️🌿. Last Saturday I heavily defoliated both plants and removed roughly half of the branches. All lower buds were removed as well – I’m keeping only the top buds with the best light exposure ☀️🌸. My goal is very clear: quality over quantity 💚. I want to improve airflow, reduce the risk of mold during the upcoming autumn, and at the same time minimize the amount of smell for the sake of my neighbors 🌬️🏡. With harvest potentially coming in late October or early November, I simply don’t want to risk losing a large part of the crop to mold 🍂🌧️. It honestly hurts a little to remove so much biomass from such majestic plants 😢🌿. But ultimately, I’m only interested in the final result. I’d rather have fewer high-quality, healthy buds than an enormous amount that ends up in the trash because of mold 🙏🌸. The left plant is now approximately 2.18 m, while the right one has reached an incredible 2.33 m 📏🚀. As expected, the heavy defoliation has roughly halved their water consumption 💧. The left plant doesn’t look particularly happy at the moment, though 😕🌿. On top of that, the Sonnenerde is clearly starting to run out of nutrients, and looking back, I probably should have used a heavier top dress. I was away on a work trip for the last four days and my wife took care of the watering 💧❤️. Unfortunately, it seems the same amount of water was applied much faster, resulting in drainage every time. I suspect this may have washed out some nutrients and contributed to the further development of the nutrient deficiency 🌱💦. I’m now trying to correct the situation. On Friday I gave them BioBizz Grow, TopMax, Bloom and Heaven according to the All-Mix schedule in 5 liters of water 🌿. Today they’ll receive another dose of Almicanna Flower Compost Tea 🍵. After that, it’s time to observe and see whether the left plant starts recovering 👀🌱. The right plant is looking significantly better at the moment and appears much stronger overall 💚. The smell is also noticeably more intense when rubbing the stem of this plant 👃🌿. Interestingly, however, the left plant is further ahead in bud development 🌸. The two phenotypes are clearly showing increasingly different characteristics – and that’s what makes this comparison so interesting 😍. Now it’s time to keep my fingers crossed and watch closely 🤞🌱. I’m very curious to see how these two plants respond to such a major intervention over the next few weeks 🍂🌸.

Swolling like crazy

First day of week 4 more videos to come I’m in desperate need of putting another light in there now so gone be getting it this weekend debating on finishing them with a led and my 315cmh or chucking another cmh in there. Growth is crazy they just have shot right up! I’m being a pussy with lst them and I didn’t too any because as it’s my first grow didn’t want to do any damage it’s never to late to scrog it tho I might do that 🤷‍♂️… weather has been awful as well and my tents managed to pick up condensation as my lights not enough power to take on the crop now the temperature dipped with the outside weather, everything’s looking good bar one grape Walker is growing funny it’s the one 2nd one on the left in the middle of the tent my video on it might not be enough for anyone to help diagnose me but I’ve turned my fan of to help regain heat cos I think I stressed that baby out! Excuse the state of it all as I said I’m a newbie…. I will keep this week updated Daily so keep a eye out to see the week out because I think this is gone be my hardest week so far with the drastic shitty weather change effecting my space and my lack of equipment atm so yh thanks for stopping by I’m all eyes and ears for constructive criticism.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. They continue to be very hungry. Mid week I had to change the reservoir and decided to go with full flower nutes from canna. They seem to like it and the flowers start to stretch along the colas. So far so good, I am really curious how they Turn out in the end. Plants have been defoliated heavily one last time to enable more light in the lower canopy.
