I'm 4 days into flower. Topped all the plants nice and even. Then removed all bud sites below the top 4 on each branch. Leaving fan leaves intact. I allowed them to recover for 2 days. Then flipped the lights. Gorilla Zkittles has huge indicia leaves. The plant is growing nice and has no nutrient burn or other defects.

Well… kind of 😄 Because if you followed this diary from the beginning, you already know by now that these reports have a habit of multiplying into several parts. So first of all: sorry 😄 But honestly, there was simply too much happening during this run to compress everything into one giant update without losing important moments along the way. And this final report matters. Because this is where everything comes together: - the seed, - the environment, - the genetics, - the drying, - the trimming, - the curing, - the patience, - and finally… the smoke itself. For anyone only arriving now: everything from germination until harvest was documented throughout the previous weeks in detail. This final report is the complete closing reflection: our honest experience with Nectar Drip after living with the medicine properly. 🌱 From Seed To Finished Medicine This run started under a 12/12-from-seed cycle from day one. No long vegetative period. No giant training sessions. No massive canopy manipulation. Just allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally while observing: - structure, - resin production, - flower formation, - terpene evolution, - morphology, - and overall cultivar personality. And honestly? These girls impressed us almost the entire way through. Compact plants. Fast flowering behavior. Dense stacking. Strong lateral support. Heavy trichome coverage. Beautiful late fade. Excellent flower-to-leaf ratio. Outstanding resin production. And by harvest? They truly became something special. One of the plants was frozen immediately after harvest for future washing and extraction work, which we will still return to later on once the fresh frozen process is completed properly. The remaining plants continued through: - controlled drying, - hand trimming, - curing, - and final evaluation. Final dry cured manicured flower numbers came to: 🌱 337.3 grams Plus: the fresh frozen material still resting for future washing and extraction work. And honestly? For a 12/12-from-seed run with this level of quality, resin, density, and expression… very happy. Very very happy. ? The Cure After drying for roughly 10 days under controlled conditions: - approximately 18–20°C - around 60% RH - with slightly lower humidity during the first couple of days to help remove initial surface moisture safely …the flowers moved into glass jars for curing. And this part matters deeply. Because harvest is not the finish line. Curing is where the flower slowly finishes becoming itself. The flowers were cured for well over a month and a half before we felt comfortable properly evaluating them. And honestly? Even from day one they already smelled incredible. But time transformed them. The aroma became: deeper, rounder, smoother, warmer, more layered, and much more expressive. During the first curing phase we burped the jars regularly: - opening them briefly, - allowing gas exchange, - checking moisture stability, - monitoring aroma evolution, - and making sure the internal humidity remained balanced. Thankfully, everything stabilized beautifully. No excess moisture. No hay smell. No instability. Just clean slow curing. And honestly, there is something special about opening a properly cured jar after weeks of patience. The smell no longer feels “fresh plant.” It smells like the cultivar finally introducing itself properly. 🔥 Smoke Review And now… the important part 😄 This medicine is beautiful. Truly beautiful. The smoke is exceptionally smooth. Soft inhale. Soft exhale. No harshness. No aggressive throat burn. No uncomfortable heaviness. Just creamy, rich, flavorful smoke. After surviving a wicked thunderstorm last weekend the Devil's still stand tall. I was able to get some branches tied down and everything secured. Tallest girl measures just over 9ft, up above the app will only allow me to enter 118 inches as the most for height when the tallest plant is 126 inches tall. The peak of the greenhouse frame is 8ft. Been having a hard time keeping Monster Bloom in stock so been using slightly less and compensating with Alaska Morobloom 0-10-10. Stepped up the Purpinator a little bit to 1 1/2 tsp, and plan to > as flowering continues. Hopefully in this next week they blow up with calyxes. Was also considering reintroducing my waterproof lights in places to be used during the daytime where light is scarce. On the other hand it's kind of nice having a lower electric bill, haha. Hola a todos, día 67 de floración y ya estoy disminuyendo gradualmente los nutrientes, al parecer la grabadora que instalé para los timelapse produjo un desorden de sueño en las plantas, comencé a notar desde la semana ante pasada ramas en estado vegetativo y espigamiento general, espero que esto no cause tanta merma en la producción, tape los diodos de la grabadora con aluminio aunque aún deja salir un pequeño haz de luz, de todos modos la última semana esas ramas empezaron a desarrollar flores así que asumo que el problema esta resuelto. Aún falta bastante trabajo, saludos!

QUESTION: I've been using a 200W LED which is supposed to replace a 400W HPS. She draws actual 200W. Should I now put the wattage used to 200W or 400W ? ? ? ? ? ------------------------ What started as as a 'just for fun' - project turned out to be my longest going grow ever. I cut her down yesterday when it was still 2017. Today it's 2018! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! For the ones wondering why it took 27 weeks: I started under a very small 50W bulb as it was only a just fun project so she vegged for ages. She would have been way faster if I grew her under normal conditions ;) The wet weight is 384 with the branches still on like in the hanging pictures. I only cut the bigger fan leaves off. Haven't smoked it yet so I just put it to 50/50 sat/ind -> smoke report to be updated... :) _________ After trimming, cutting and drying I got 54 grams on the scale. Well, I'm a bit dissapointed considering the outcome in grams but I think the quality is quite ok this time. Smoke report to follow soon... ;)

Beginning of week.. I lost count of the days.. Stupid rookie move.. I know lol.. She is doing great tho.. Roots have made it to the bottom of the cup.. I love these plants.. Cant wait to see what Ethos is all about! Even tho I'm not expecting an amaxing yield since I'm doing 12/12 from seed. Mid week.. She is beginning to sprout branches.. They are still pretty tiny but should be spittin out any day now.. Its crazy how every strain can have different leaves.. Differences in the serrated part.. Skinny.. Fat.. Long.. Short.. This girl here is pretty different than others I have grown.. I feel like Ethos is NOT going to let me down!.. End of week.. I see the branches have came out a little more.. Still kinda small still.. Looking a little asymmetrical as well.. Ugh.. But I think I read somewhere that sometimes great genetics do stupid shit like that lol.. Oh well.. The end product is what matters.. Just trying to keep her happy and healthy for now and so far so good.. Some weird discoloration on one of the leaves but thats looking more like a mutation more than anything wrong with her growing.. Can't wait to see what beauty she blossoms into!

- Day 57 Noticed quite a dramatic drop in pH today, went from 6.0 to 5.3 in one day. I noticed one of my bubblers was blocked, put in a new one and it's fixed now, hope the issue was due to that. the plant is doing good otherwise. Brought the pH back up to 6.2 now. Day 58 Was happy to see today that the pH drift has been fixed! Seems like the broken bubbler was the problem. pH only dropped down to 6.1 today. I topped the reservoir up with some 6.1 pH water to keep it there. Happy this is fixed now . Day 59 Sadly the water bubbler was not the issue :/. pH dropped down again from 6.1 to 5.3. I fear that she is just drinking so much compared to how small the water reservoir is, which makes the nutrient concentration very strong, brining down the pH. I did a res change today, Let's see what it looks like tomorrow. Day 60 pH went up to 6.5 today after the water res change, which seems to be how it always goes. It goes up the first 1-2 days then it drops hard the next days after. I gave it 6.1pH water today topped the res up more than usual because I will be gone for 2 days, hopefully the pH will stay somewhat stable until I get back. Day 62 Back from my long weekend! The reservoir still had about 1 liter in it, she been drinking a lot. Came home and immediately refilled the reservoir. Noticed pH had also dropped so 5.1!! With the newly added water now it's sitting at 5.9 now. Seems like she is doing well however. Some of the of lower fan leaves yellowed a lot more but that is probably due to all the flowers developing right now. Day 63 Water topped up again with 1.5 liters of pH 6.6 water, which brought the pH back up to 6.1.

-5/21//23 Start of Week --Week 9/Flower 3 -5/21/23 (Day 64/Flower 15) --Observations: still clustered, hard to see under the shade leaves --Changes: started giving nutrients in waterings, added molasses to watering (today only) --Comments: don't really know what it looks like under the canopy because of how clustered everything is. started giving nutrients in watering along with spraying twice daily, will stop spraying at the end of flower week 4. doing heavy defoliation at the end of this week, excited to see what it looks like under the canopy. -5/27/23 (Day 70/Flower 21) --Observations: large quantity of bud nodes revealed by defoliation --Changes: heavy defoliation, repositioned some guiders --Comments: this experimental grow style is doing far better than I expected. heavy defoliation revealed a sea of pre-flower beneath the canopy, far exceeding my expectations of what could not be seen before. moved some of the guiders to help with spacing of smaller branches so that everything get good lighting. sent is still mild and hard to distinguish from the lemon basil, should get stronger within the next few weeks. -5/27/23 End of Week
