They look solid for where they are.
**Quick visual read:**
- **Right plant (front)** — strongest of the three. Good color, solid node spacing, leaves are filling out nicely, no obvious stress. This one is handling the current feed best.
- **Back plant (Mendo Frost)** — clean and upright, healthy light-to-medium green. Looking very consistent.
- **Left plant (front)** — a bit behind the other two in size and leaf development. Color is still good, but it’s the lagging phenotype of the three. Common with mixed RF3 packs — you’ll often get one that starts slower.
None of them are showing tip burn, clawing, or dark “overfed” green, which means your decision to keep the EC at 0.93 while adding the light amino dose was correct. They’re not hungry yet either (no pale yellowing or slow growth signs), so jumping straight to 1.1 without aminos today is a clean next step.
At this stage (early veg, still small pots/coco), staying in the 0.9–1.2 range is ideal for RF3s and Mendo Frost. They’re still building structure and roots more than bulk. Once the stronger two start putting on more rapid growth and the internodes begin tightening a bit, you can ease toward the higher end of that range.
One small observation: the left plant’s lower leaves look a touch softer/less turgid than the others. Keep an eye on whether that improves after the next watering. If it stays lagging while the other two take off, you can always give it a slightly lighter feed or just let it catch up at its own pace — mixed packs almost always have one slower starter.

8/7 3:41am 👍 Yes, 400 mg each of L-proline and L-phenylalanine in a gallon of water is a low, one-time dose that should have only a minor effect on EC.
Rough concentration
1 US gallon ≈ 3.785 L
~400 mg of each → roughly 105–106 mg/L per amino acid (total ~210–212 mg/L).
Proline molecular weight is ~115 g/mol, so this is about 0.9 mM. Phenylalanine is higher MW (~165 g/mol), so closer to 0.6 mM. These are in the range commonly discussed for plant use (often 0.5–2 mM or a few hundred mg per gallon for proline as a stress aid).
Effect on EC
Amino acids do contribute some conductivity because they can ionize (especially depending on pH), but far less than mineral fertilizer salts at the same mass. At this low concentration the rise is usually modest—often in the 0.1–0.3 mS/cm ballpark or less, depending on your starting water, existing nutrients, and meter.
In practice, many growers add pure L-amino acids at similar or higher rates without big EC swings. The big EC jumps seen in some studies come from much higher doses of mixed commercial amino products. Measure your solution EC (and pH) before and after dissolving them so you know exactly what happened in your mix. If you’re already running a target EC for the autos, you can simply account for the small bump or dilute slightly if needed.
Will it help / any downside?
L-Proline: Plants accumulate it under stress (heat, drought, salinity, osmotic stress). Exogenous proline is often used to support osmotic adjustment and stress tolerance. A single modest dose is unlikely to hurt and may give a small buffer if the plants are dealing with any environmental stress.
L-Phenylalanine: Precursor in the phenylpropanoid pathway (leads toward flavonoids, lignin precursors, and various secondary metabolites). Some research and grower use explores it for supporting secondary metabolism; effects are more variable and usually not dramatic from one application.
Because this is a one-time introduction at a conservative rate, risk of imbalance or toxicity is low for autoflowers and your other plants. Amino acids are generally well-tolerated when kept moderate; the main caveats with higher or repeated doses are possible effects on nitrogen metabolism or nutrient uptake patterns, and the fact that they can feed microbes if the solution sits too long.
Practical notes
These are pure L-forms from the labels (BulkSupplements and Nutricost), which is what you want.
Dissolve fully, check pH/EC, and use reasonably soon.
For coco or other soilless media, just include it in a normal feed or water event. No need to change your overall regimen for a single application.
Keep an eye on the plants for a few days after (normal advice with any new input). If everything looks happy, you’re good.
You’re not wrong for trying a light one-off addition of these two. It’s a reasonable, low-risk experiment at the dose you used. Measuring the actual EC change will give you the clearest answer for your specific water and nutrient base..👍

Having this plant with the highs and lows makes me appreciate a plant like this and how strong they can be ... The growth has been quick and the bud sites have really started filing in better this second week ..can't wait for the next couple weeks and how big they be..cheers

Well been a interesting week to say the least. The one problem plant looked worse than ever so had the experience of a lifetime trying to take that springy net off of the plants ! Don't know who's more traumatised me or the plants ! But got there in the end and did a big flush through the ph was out of ballance at the root zone reading 5.0 /5.1 should of done it a little sooner I suspect. Unsure what caused it as there both of the same res ! But here we are, frosts really starting to build had to supper crop the other more sativa she was looking for taking off through the roof haha! Hopefully that's the end of the drama. These are some tough plants thats for sure and the potential as you can see is huge as I'm only just a begginer in coco and autopots ! See you all next week

Werde sie jetzt so lang der Stretch noch geht mit Draht und Netz auf einer Höhe halten und ausbreiten. Anfang nächste Woche mache ich ne Defoliation und evt bissl lollipopping.
Und lichtintensität geht nächste Woche auch auf 100%

Alright ladies and gentlemen...welcome back to my diary. Its now the end of week 6 for this killer cross we've created and she is doing her thing! Wow! Very impressive node separation and as you can see, she has an insane amount of flower sites!
I really can not wait to see what how she does in bloom.
I ended up doing a little more LST to get the canopy where I want it and its still going to need some work but were close. Maybe some super cropping in the future 🤔...anyways we did a little top dressing of COM Stonington blend plant food too just help her through this extra long veg period I have her going through. I need her to be nice and healthy while my little guys are playing cath up!

Aug 31: Fast. I got home from work today and could see a notable increase on the flowers. Very exciting.
Sep 2: plants are fine but we’re having yet another bad air day due to wildfire smoke. The red tint on the photos is due to smoke. This is pretty bad, but it was worse a few times in May. It’s supposed to clear later this weekend.
Sep 3: still smoky but rained a bit which helps. Gorilla Cookies has the best flowers but also seemed to catch the most rainwater in the buds. Gave each branch a shake to help prevent problems.
Sep 4: soil is holding water since the last compost tea. This reduction in infiltration rate can happen apparently, and the trick is to not overwater it. It’s also cool today so minimal water used.
Sep 5: cool today with gusty winds that blew over Bruce and Gelato. Small footprint of the 5 gallon bag isn’t quite big enough to be stable when plant is this big. Trade off with using a more easily moved size, and that should also help promote early flowering.

There is 1 different strain in between the rest.
All these plants have been vegitated in a small tent I use for vegging only.
There are 4 plants that have some kind of mutating goin on, so I will keep a close eye on them.

La respuesta al entrenamiento ha sido positiva en general, aunque una rama lateral se perdió tras una torsión excesiva durante el LST. Aun así, la planta mantiene un vigor sobresaliente y redistribuye rápidamente la energía hacia el resto de puntas activas.
El sistema radicular sigue expandiéndose y el consumo de agua aumenta de forma constante, acompañado de una demanda nutricional cada vez mayor. Los tallos continúan engrosando para soportar el crecimiento explosivo que se espera durante las próximas semanas.

DWC Grow #3 - Flower Week 1 (Week 6) | Stretch Begins + Trellis Work + Reservoir Stabilizing (Jan 1–8)
Day 35 (Jan 1) - Flip day
Came back after being away a couple of days for New Year and she had absolutely exploded. The tent was suddenly feeling small. Water level had dropped a lot, and the readings were pH 5.98 / 705 ppm. I decided to flip to 12/12 and set the schedule to lights on 00:00-12:00. The mix was still in a conservative zone, and I focused on keeping the system stable rather than overreacting to the speed of growth.
Day 36 (Jan 2)
The canopy was getting dense enough that I started removing a little leaf mass, including one hilariously large fan leaf (it looked like a solar panel). I’m trying to stay controlled with pruning - just making room and visibility. Around this time I also logged pH 5.63 / 632 ppm (00:25).
Day 37 (Jan 3)
After a top-off I landed at pH 6.02 / 582 ppm. Still seeing how sensitive ppm is to top-offs because reservoir volume isn’t huge at the moment. The plant kept pushing hard.
Day 38 (Jan 4)
Did another small prune/tidy-up. Logged pH 6.15 / 601 ppm (00:30). pH drift upward continues to be the recurring theme in this run, so I’m trying to correct without swinging too aggressively. Reservoir temp has been staying cool, which I’m happy about.
Day 39 (Jan 5)
After adding 1 liter top-off water, readings were pH 5.85 / 610 ppm (around 11:45). Waterline was about 7 cm below the net pot, which I’m comfortable with as long as roots are well established in the solution. Canopy management is now a daily reality.
Trellis work / canopy shaping
During the week I also did some leaf tucking and weaved two tops sideways under the trellis, just to keep the canopy more even and avoid everything stacking straight up into the light. The plant is clearly in “fill the tent” mode now, so a little daily steering makes a big difference.
Mid-week res swap + lighting change
I mixed a fresh reservoir batch (9 L), dialed it to around pH 5.78 / 833 ppm, then did the res change. I also bumped light intensity up significantly (went to 75%) to match how aggressive the plant has become. At this point the plant is vigorous enough that the limiting factor is becoming vertical space and keeping a clean, even canopy under the net.
Day 43 (Jan 8)
00:30 readings: 753 ppm / pH 6.38, so I topped off about 1.5 L and rechecked after mixing: pH 5.86 / 709 ppm / EC 1.418 (res correction landed cleanly and EC/ppm lined up perfectly).
Week takeaway
First week of flower has been all about managing momentum: she’s stretching, drinking more, and thickening up fast. The plant looks vigorous and the system is behaving predictably when I keep changes controlled. The main “project” this week has been balancing pH drift + top-offs while keeping the canopy open enough to actually work in the tent.

Hello Growmies,
Our journey with Epic Buzz by Anesia Seeds, which began with germination on the 20th of January, has quickly progressed to an exciting stage. Just three days into the seedling phase, which started on the 21st of January, the seedlings are already showing promising signs of vigorous growth and health.
Each seedling, displaying a lush green hue, stands uniformly in both color and height, indicating a healthy and robust start. Their growth over the past three days has been remarkable, reaching heights between 5.5 and 6.5 cm. This growth spurt is a clear indication of their strong developmental potential.
The transition to their next stage of growth was marked by a careful transplantation process. As soon as the first tap roots appeared at the bottom of the easy plugs, we moved them to 1-liter airpots. During this process, we treated the easy plugs with Great White, aiding in their root development. The airpots were prepared with Biobizz Light Mix, providing them with the necessary initial moisture. Since then, we've refrained from additional watering to let them settle into their new environment.
Lighting has been a key focus in their care. We've set the light intensity to a gentle 15-20%, which translates to about 150 PPFD. This level ensures that they receive enough light for growth without being overwhelmed, which is crucial at their current seedling stage.
In other exciting developments, the Tent X Controller has arrived. Although it's not yet in the same tent as our Epic Buzz seedlings, its presence is a significant addition to our setup. We've shared an unboxing video to showcase its features and setup process. The controller is now operational, tracking data efficiently. Its performance has been flawless, and any queries we've had have been promptly addressed by an incredibly responsive and helpful support team.
As we look forward, our focus remains on the seedlings as they continue to establish themselves in their new environment. The Tent X Controller, set up in a different location for now, signifies an upgrade in our overall growing setup. We will continue to closely monitor their progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they receive the best possible care. We're also eagerly anticipating integrating the Tent X Controller into their environment in the future.

Been on 12/12 for a week. Just waiting for her to start showing some pistils. This is a bushy plant. Been plucking a few leaves every day but she will be getting a heavy defoliation soon.

Day 63 - Final Pre-Harvest Report & Nebula Chop
Caramba was successfully harvested on day 57, and today marks Day 63 for the Nebulas, which are coming down tomorrow. For the last two waterings, I gave them a thorough flush.
The buds on the Nebulas are so heavy that the branches wouldn't be able to support the weight on their own if they weren't tied up! They are nicely leaning against each other, forming a tight, beautiful wall of dense colas side by side.
It's also really cool to see how clearly different the two phenotypes are—each Nebula expression developed its own unique subtle variations in bud stacking and structure while maintaining top-tier quality.
I am super satisfied with the genetics—these turned out to be absolute monster, rock-hard colas. Massive props to Paradise Seeds for such incredible performance.
Nebula Strain Description & Visual Breakdown:
Bud Structure & Density: The main colas are exceptionally dense, chunky, and well-stacked with tight, heavy calyxes, showcasing distinct phenotypic traits across the two plants.
Trichome Coverage & Frost: The flowers are completely blanketed in a thick, sparkling layer of resin glands.
Fade & Health: The plants show a gorgeous, natural end-of-life fade with vibrant yellowing fan leaves and subtle reddish-purple tones on the stems, proving they utilized their stored nutrients cleanly after the flush.

Bastante bonita, buen producción a pesar de que le dio botrytis en la copa principal y tuve que cortar por prevención.
Un olor muy original, honestamente me gusto mucho, la considero fácil de cultivar con un plan de nutrientes medios.

It was going really well and started feeding it nutrients. I started with grow big and cal mag. I started raising the ph a little bit and she seemed to adjust and love it. Other than that good week!

Heute wird die blüte eingeleitet und ein paar Fotos folgen noch. Zu sagen gibt's nicht viel nur das sie sehr gut aussehen, alle Tops auf einer Höhe sind und die seitentriebe auch bereits neue seitentriebe bilden. An 2 Stelle ist mir vor n paar Tagen ein trieb abgebrochen aber innerhalb der paar Tage sind schon 2 dafür nachgewachsen aus dem Stück was noch hing.
Wie immer würde ich mich über Tipps freuen ✌️🍀
