Hey Growers. These FastBuds Afghan Kush are coming along nicely. These girls are in their final week/s. I’m just watering and watching trichomes. I removed a bunch of leaves especially the damaged ones and the buds bulked up immediately and the frost poured on. The trichomes are bulbous and granular, they’re so big. The buds aren’t massive, but they are firm. I think that may be because of the XS2000. They are quite similar to the super lemon haze from last run. I’m totally fine with a bunch of buds the size and firmness of golf balls!! A bit more time and I’ll chop them down. Happy Growing 🌱

In dieser Woche wurden die Ladies einmal entlaubt und normal gegossen! Klimabedingungen sind gut, (Ich habe den Abstand etwas vergrößert auf 40 cm und fahre jetzt bei 100% um den korrekten ppfd wert zu haben und etwas mehr Wärme rein zu geben ) und die Blütebildung ist in vollem Gange …. Das Wachstum war diese Woche sehr gering…1-2 cm! Diese Woche gibt es das letzte mal Enzyme und der EC Wert steigt auf ca. 2.1 . 1 Pflanze (die kleinere) hat deutlich zugenommen und hat jetzt die gleiche Größe, die Blütenbildung ist jedoch leicht versetzt, so ca. 1 Woche zurück ! Tage der Keimungsphase = 5 Tage. 5/07/24 day 15 I was worried with how small she is, I started her a little early for outdoor so she hasn’t been getting proper lighting but she’s not too far behind other plants at this age. Hopefully she’s set her roots deep and is ready to grow upwards 5/11 she’s loves the sun so much. I was worried about her but she’s gonna be fine 🌱 5/12/24 I gave her a tsp of Terp Tea Grow 711. This last week she had grown very well, she has 3 nodes total and is working on more

A bit more mild LST yesterday just to space the tops out a bit more. I've defoliated a lot of the inner leaves and I'm continuing to foliar feed on top of my regular feed the Flower Karma Induction by Madame Grow at a strength of 0.7g per Litre. I'm foliar feeding this once every 2 - 3 days an hour before lights on or straight away after lights off (depending if I'm awake early enough haha). Moved the girl onto her first flower nutes now and the Jamaican bloom P28-K25 will be her staple until she starts to swell and I switch her to Bazooka Bloom K30. She's definitely in the swing of her flower stretch as she's grown between 1 -2 inches over the last week.

The Amnesia haze 2 is turning light green yellowish some told me it could be deficiency or it could be just flowering taking energy from the leaves but I’m not sure I used Gaia green bloom recently thinking it would help I’m going to too water that haze from here out the other have and sour I’m going to continue to bottom feed I took some trichome pics I don’t think there ready yet but I think I’m getting close to the date I feel the the amnesia haze 2 is going to hit 90+ days tho kind of hope not cause the other haze and sour are probably going be done sooner I want to fry them all at the same time March 7th I think the haze #2 and Sour d is ready but the other Haze is not I’m pretty sure I have another week pre maybe even two for it to be near ready I need the tent to harvest and dry what’s ready I’m going try leave the ready ones in for another week in hope it doesn’t mess them up

she has developed really well. due to lack of space i have now moved her from the greenhouse to the outside. where she also got a nice rain shower straight away. due to the LST training she has stayed nice and small and has developed some nice little buds. i hope she copes well with the move to the outside.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Nice sweet smell... could say what strain it is because its from sweetseeds sweet auto mix 10 pk of the best.. Definitely going to enjoy this one ... Grow went well and fast 62 days flat...

12/15: Plant is looking real good, the roots are soaking with water and air, increased to the normal nutrient schedule, and have been adding ph down every day to keep it under 6.5. I also just lowered the light about a few inches, the taller bud sites were about 20 inches, I wanted to lower ones to get more light... the leaves haven't had any effect, the other bud sites seem to be thrivingg now. 12/17: water level down about 1/4 inch. Everything looks ok.

Going into week 5. DIY Scrogg net made a huge difference. The girls have grown into gorgeous ladies. Very bushy. Had to perform roughly 30% defoliation today due to fan leaves covering all the important branches. Trying to get an even canopy is much harder than expected however daily changes make a big difference. Added 5ml Calmag solution to current feed & the results are looking amazing. Life is looking pretty good at this stage!! Unfortunately, the camera pictures don't agree.
