Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! Had to flush some nutes out of the soil last week, ec was 4.0, pushed 6 gallons and dropped it to around 3.5. I notice some nitrogen tox and clawing going on, so I will continue with heavy saturation and light feeding to balance out the ec.

So happy with the autopots and how well they plants are thriving. Instead of top dressing i decided to switch nutrients to cronks bonnie and Clyde for autoflowers. Did a half does to see how well it does at first. I make water in 2 gallon batches, 2 gallons with food, when empty, 2 gallons of with calmag.

She is getting close to harvest, maybe in the coming week I will take a few colas off if I see any amber trichomes.

The lower budsites have come in nicely over the last couple weeks and I finally got a digital microscope to inspect the trichomes. I have a few amber so far with some cloudy but majority are still clear. I think I have a week or two left before I chop her. She has one more watering+feeding left before I start the flush in about this time next week assuming I get some more cloudy+amber trichomes before then, if not I will continue with current feeding schedule until I'm satisfied.

Winter Greenhouse grow #2 Dutch Passion seeds Hollands Hope 6th May 2020 Well that was a turbulant week of weather for these two poor liitle ladies and from the look of the sky , they are in for more. Last night we had a severe storm here with wind gusts at or above 100kmh an hour and heavy rain of about 45mm in the rain guage this morning. The temp is currently 8 degrees outside at 12 noon and the minimum was 2 @ 630 am this morning. I was half expecting to see the greenhouse had been smashed to pieces but luckily it seems to have survived so far relatively unscathed, apart from the odd rip in the roof that is letting in water from the rain. Both plants got an absolute drenching and you can see by the plant 1's droopiness that they are not liking it . The only thing I could do was move them to another part of the greenhouse that didn't seem to be leaking and when the weather settles down I will line the inside of the greenhouse with new plastic . This will be a grow that I will need to plan one week at a time as anything could happen the way our weathers been here Thanks for stopping by 👍
