Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that moved in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing/fading away and that's never a good sign This is the one with the most visible symptoms, And keep scratching my head around it. Thought for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. No smell yet, the Amnesia takes over in that field, giving her a few more days/weeks until we can start feeling her scent :D That's all folks, have a great week

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. Today is day 36 so we are in week 6 and she has begun flower.. I've been training to make her look a certain way we'll see how she comes out.. fun little experiment to see what I can do with such little medium.. I highly recommend trying it but be warned you have to have the time because feeding is daily and when it gets deep in the flower it's two or maybe three times a day.. Second week of flower out the way plants coming on well had a nice stretch over the last two weeks , one week to go before give them a good defoliation, conditions been spot on and haven't had a issue yet so hopefully all stays well till harvest

Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

she has gotten extremely skunky and funky this week after this long humid rain

I'm pretty much on auto pilot at this point.. im still just feeding compost extracts to keep it simple. There's a couple things I want to point out this week; I've also included a video of my cheese auto and no extra cost to the reader 😅🤣 PROCESS/ENVIRONMENT CHANGES - I've lowered the temp inside my tent a little bit to help keep my VFD between a good range for flower (1.0 - 1.5). I also changed the RH on my humidity controller when the temperature goes down after the lights go off. It's kind of a hassle but it's the only way I can stay in the range I'm looking for. - I've started to raise the pH of my water slowly... I want it to be between 6.6. And 6.8 at this point. - I've increase all my lights.. my Sf4000 is at 85% intensity and both my Ts1000s are sitting at around 75% intensity. - I've increased all my fans running. My intake is maxed out, my exhaust is on '6' and my fans inside my tent are all maxed out.. the cheese auto is drowning my entire house out hahaha its crazy. -I've cut off a whole bunch of fan leaves, larf, bottom branches and a bunch of other unwanted stuff.. I'm hoping that she thickens up fairly like some of her sister's in the tent 🤞 cutting off all the unwanted junk might help at least move more air at the bottom of the canopy.. at most it will help direct energy to other parts of the plant therefore producing a better flower. If she does fill out I'll have to support her side branches so they don't fall over. - Every day I rotate the plants in my tent so that the get to experience the light in different ways. Howdy growfessors 👽, chopped down two LSD, what a great strain! One of these two ladies performed way better than the other and I'm excited to see just how much more weight and bud she packed on. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚 July 11 update, one LSD plant 92 grams, the second plant 95 grams, 187 total. Plants have a great fruity, berry taste and great heady high.

This week was the last week of veg., I will switch to 12/12 (light/darkness) in week 6. The two Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are now 35 and 40 cm tall and have developed nice side-branches, which have grown upwards so they get enough light for good budding sites during flowering. The plants are still fed following the Advanced Nutrients schedule.

25/04/2023 Day 69 I cut the "twins" and finally discovered the inside of the DWC MyPot. I took lots of pics so you can see the unexpected plant of the seed that I lost in the clay and then germinated anyway and found an awkward path to the surface through a tiny hole! Unbelievable! I also found that the watering tube from the pump had moved during manipulation, don't know for how long it has been pressed between the upper and lower parts on the DWC. Pretty sure for that final plants had received less or no feeding solution, and the use of Clean might not have been efficient. I guess it's also the reason why I found the white (?) on the top of the clay, salts and something else, because of lack of watering. Will come back in 3 weeks, will be dry and then I'll can trim and weight. And smoke, yeah! Not expecting much and could be hard to smoke if the cleaning was not efficient. Anyway, the next one will be better!

11/29 - At this point in the game, plants don't ever look much different day-to-day! I'm wondering, though, if this one is showing her starting to fade... it's either that or she's needing some stronger PK nutes... any thoughts? 12/2 - I'm going to start winding her down... gotta pick up some Ripen and some Flawless Finish ... Probably going to have to shorten the period of time I use these products but hell, she's pretty used to me screwing up - LOL! 12/03 - so my local grow store was out of Ripen - so I guess I'm going to forget that one... I'm going to let her go until Tuesday when she will be exactly 13 weeks old and start a 3-day flush using General Hydroponics FloraKleen (they also did not have Flawless Finish!).... Planning to chop her next Saturday unless the amber hasn't really made its presence known... We'll see.... I'm just going to go by what she tells me... but it really IS time, old girl... it really is. 12/04 - Doing a bucket change today, she's going to an EC of 0.2-0.4 or thereabouts and I'm not going to worry about the pH - my tap water is about 7.5 so that's what she's getting unless I relent and drop it to the upper 6's - I'm just not going to overly concern myself with it. I think her bulking has finished and SHE needs to finish up. Found a few amber on leaves in the middle of the plant and I know those can really be rather ignored .... but I'm still concerned about the trichs on the main cola - haven't seen much change between milky and clear for a while now... so it's puzzling to me. Maybe the drop in EC will kick her into truly finishing... if it doesn't, I can always bring the EC back up, the pH back down and keep her going... She's always been my "experiment" - always been my "tester" - so why not experiment at this stage of her life as well?!
