Zusätzlich darf ich demnächst die DryRocket testen, worauf ich mich sehr freue. Ein Teil der Ernte wird mit der DryRocket getrocknet, ein anderer Teil zum Vergleich mit DryFerm Bags. Kurzinfos zur DryRocket: DryRocket ist ein app-gesteuerter Trockner für Cannabis-Blüten, der speziell für Homegrower entwickelt wurde. Das Gerät regelt die Luftfeuchtigkeit automatisch auf Basis des VPD-Werts, wobei die vorhandene Umgebungstemperatur als Referenz dient. I found this seed in bud that I harvested from my Barney's Liberty Haze plant. It was grown in my grow room and you can see my GrowDiary log of that plant. I am not sure exactly how I ended up with seeds... maybe there was light or temperature stress which resulted in a herm. In any case, I decided to grow this seed as a fun experiment. I didn't even know if the seed would germinate... but it grew just FINE. I didn't top it, or give it any special treatment. I guess you could say she grew 'native' or 'au natural.' I have never grown outside before, but I had space in the garden, and the seedling looked healthy, so I hardened her off and popped her into the dirt. She ended up going into a huge monster of a plant. Standing over 9 feet tall I had to laugh out loud each time I climbed the ladder to inspect her top cola LOL. I had so much fun growing this plant. I called her Majestic Haze (we live on Majestic Drive) because I'm not sure if Barney's would want me calling her Liberty Haze. I can't verify the genetics for sure :) I wonder how plant breeders handle those kinds of things??... This bud is fun for parties and conversation. It starts out with an energetic vibe and then settles into a relaxed chill stoned feeling. We vaped our dried bud, and then we tried some of our hand rolled hash... then we settled in for the night. Woke up a sit high still LOL but it's Saturday and we don't need to go anywhere so it's all good LOL... This one is the bud of choice for house parties and silly Netflix watching. PS if you haven't see The Good Place... you need to get stoned and watch it. The total dried weight of bud from this plant was just under one pound @ 310g and we also ended up with around 120 g of frosty trim. We also rolled up about a gram of hash which has some serious kick :)

I don’t know why I took so long to grow a lemon haze strain, I wanted to do it forever, and it turns out to be a great decision! I love everything about it, the lovely smell, the intense green, the awesomely pleasant feeling of inhaling and the high overall! Great strain!

Buds are starting to fatten up! Can’t wait for the outcome, the smell is so strong and fruity! I love it, i think i will be using these nutrients more in the future!

3 weeks in already, plants seem to be looking good, little bit of Nute burn on the plant on the right but only on 1 of the older leaves so not too concerned. Fastbuds GSC starting to smell, piney fresh ganja smell, are are now stretching a bit more. Really happy so far and loving my new hobby, excited to see what the next weeks brings! Happy growing!!!

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! They have jumped again in height quite a bit this week; they are big plants to say the least. Each plant is approximately 5 ft (60inches) tall (2 are a little taller than that) and they are all about 4 ft (48inches) wide. They drink like horses do! I didn’t expect these plants to fill out their 10 gallon pots so quickly, but they are pretty well root bound. All in all these ladies are doing pretty well; this week I gave them a 70/30 mix of Gaia greens all purpose and power bloom, amongst a few other Gaia green products to boost phosphate and potassium, and continue to supplement with advanced nutrients additives once a week. I defoliated this week; and actually got quite violent with them to try to allow some more light to penetrate the canopy; you wouldn’t even know it 😑 Slowly they are changing their growth patterns; we are also loosing daylight in my hemisphere at the rate of about 2.5 minutes a day, hopefully that helps continue to ease them comfortably into flower 🌺

Mildew was detected in the beginning if the week, the plant sprayed with solution of hydro peroxide to kill spores and then solution of apple vinegar to stop prevent new mold. It worked. I decreased the concentration of the watering solution and reduced light. A couple of daye left before harvest.

Estamos en la tercera semana de crecimiento vegetativo. Nuestras plantas ya tienen unos 15 centímetros aproximadamente, y han superado la fase crítica. Recordamos que hasta ahora solo estamos regando con agua, aún no hemos incorporado los fertilizantes. Seguimos manteniendo la humedad relativa bastante alta, y la temperatura entre 22 y 24ºC. Pero aumentamos la potencia al 50% de ambas luminarias.

The second week of flowering and they're absolutely still stretching, hopefully it comes to a stop before the tops reach a 55 DLI level - height 😅 They've been so thirsty and blooming wonderfully! Even the two pots with my pollen chucking Do-Si-Do/Blue Blizzard cross have been doing well 😎 Even though they haven't been top dressed or had direct light in a month! It's almost as if they grow like weeds 😆 It's been a pretty easy time so far, I think I might even be done tucking branches as I've got a canopy that's even enough for me.
