So this is how things are looking for the Exodus Cheese & GH Cheese. I lost some of the other footage that I had throughout week 4,sorry guys, but didn't do much to these ladies anyway, they started out too short to do much training.

Water Day (half strength) - [ ] Kangaroots, Microbe Brew, Grow Big, Distilled Water, Ph-6.8, PPM-890). - [ ] Lessons Learned - Ph Up/Down from fox farms is super strong, huge upswing in 500ml distilled water with only 0.25ml of pH Up. - [ ] I think I need to pH water before adding nutrients. Can anyone verify this please? - [ ] Will transplant to recirculating dwc soon, until then probably watering every 3-5 days with current nutrient mix. Can’t wait to get it under better lights! - [ ] Most likely going to mainline if it all works out ok. 6/10/19, DAY 26, UPDATE: Water day due to transplant Decided to change plans a bit. Transferred to big fabric pot and fox farms ocean forest soil. Will grow plant out and cut clones. Will then put clones immediately into DWC setup. This mother plant will then be moved outdoors to flower. Hopefully it all pays off! Day 29 6/14/19 Decided to clear all fan leaves that had less than five fingers then top at the 4th node and LST the remaining fan leaves. The goal is to eventually cut two clones off of the the 3rd node and mainline everything else starting at the 4th node. At least 8 colas is the goal, ideally 16. We’ll see tho, Very surprised at how quickly the leaves pointed back up toward the light and recovered from the lollipopping/topping/LST. Any and all suggestions are welcome! Lofty goals for my first grow ever, hopefully it all works out.

Week 4 day 2 since i start germination, and i think they are evolving quite ok. CS1 is for now the queen in all aspects, shes the stronger, the most beautiful formation with no problems what so ever , CS2 is following and CS 3 also but with mutant leaves all over her, i will however keep giving her love and dedication, mb in the end she compensate with some beautiful flowers 🤞 As for the Tropicannas, TP2 its an amazing girl, no mutations and growing as it should, TP1 is recovering fast from her accident 😅🤞 and she is on the way to become a strong and beautiful girl. They are adapting super well to the new ligth 😅 one less solution to find 👌 Day 27 veg And I’ve been kind off busy, sorry i miss 2 days of updates, but between this 5 girls, my veg room and harvesting my flower run, time only stretches so much since one still have a life beyond the love gardens 😅 but non or less here we are and they look fantastic 🤩😆 all showing strong genetics and i thing i will have different phenotypes on the Chocolate department lets see😁 so far the strongest CS still is number one and number three still mutating her self from day one 😆 but she will take all my love till the end ( we never know ) on the Tropicana department, both looking amazing, number one completely recovered from the led accident 😅 end growing in a way t hat i start to think that she will catch up with the rest pretty soon 🤞TP2 is now the tallest plant of them all With 16cm high 👏 Day 28 veg No updates , all going as it should 😅🤞 Little battle between Topicanna Poisen from @sweetseeds vs Chocolate Skunk from @00Seeds (just for fun) TP = Tropicana Poison CS = Chocolate Skunk All i grow is medecine for myself, nothing to sell, dont even ask !!!! Day 64 - The start of week 10 and not much longer before chop. Looking like 2 weeks tops but I’m gonna keep an eye on the trichs and pistils and when they say she’s ready, she will get the chop. Day 65 - Nothing much new today, she’s doing her thing and fattening up. Still thinking about 7-10 days till harvest so will run foxfarm sledgehammer through her next watering and nothing but water till the end. Day 66 - Gave the girl a gallon of water and some sledgehammer today to try and push the nutes out. I’m thinking she’ll probably be getting chopped next weekend or a few days after that. Just want her to fatten up a bit more and get more amber in the trichs. Day 67 - Nothing new today, just letting her suck all the nutes left in the soil and then suck her leaves dry. Hopefully it’s this weekend sometime but I’ll let her go until she’s ready. Day 68 - Checking trichs daily and she’s not require ready yet. A couple amber in there with a few still clear and the rest milky. Once she dries, I will give her another gallon of water and sledgehammer and let her go until she’s done. Day 69 - Coming to the end of week 10 and going to give her one more flush with the sledgehammer tomorrow and will just let her dry up until I decide to harvest. Really can be any day but will probably wait until the end of the weekend. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and gave her a final flush with the sledgehammer tonight. Will let her ride it out without anymore water until it’s time to harvest. Trichs are all milky with a few amber so she’s getting close.

Growing right along. I've got the carbon filter working overtime because these ladies STINK. as soon as the reservoir is empty I'll be pulling them out of the tent for a super heavy final defoliation. Top colas seem to be combining for some HUGE nugs. They are drinking an insane amount of water every day. My 15 gallon reservoir lasts maybe 3 days. Can't wait to try some blueberry headband when they are done.

This week was amazing she changed so much hope that she doesn’t get any taller I removed one plant that was near her and stop the blooming a+b So she well eat the nutrients that she didn’t develop yet 2 weeks more and she will be cut for sure I think Really happy with the results that we’re seeing me and my brother we recommend you to go and grab one from #fastbuds

Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. Other factors include chloroplast number, respiration rate, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, as plants are often in a CO2-deficient condition. 60x60x18=64800seconds x 700 = 45,360,000moles. 45DLI Exposure to 165 µW/cm² of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) light for 3600 seconds = 1 hour, a extremely high, acute dose triggering stress responses and protective mechanisms. . The plant's photoreceptor protein, UVR8, senses the UV-B radiation. This triggers a signaling cascade that activates specific genes to protect the plant from damage. In response to the UV-B signal, the plant ramps up the biosynthesis of protective compounds like flavonoids, phenolic acids, and anthocyanins. These compounds absorb UV radiation and accumulate in the epidermal layers of leaves to shield inner photosynthetic tissues. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. One study found that acute, high-dose UV-B had a greater effect on genome stability than chronic, low-dose exposure. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function.

Purtroppo le 5 genetiche con la p hanno sviluppato le 🎱 🎱 ed ho preferito tagliarle per evitare stupide impollinazioni alle altre 20. Purtroppo si è staccata la corrente ed una vokta attaccata mi è rimasto il display del deumidificatore acceso durante il periodo notturno, CHE SFORTUNA!!! Ma si va avanti ancora più cazzuti di prima! Le piante sono bellissime le ho defogliate e fertilizzate questa settimana ora si finisce il tutto. Vedremo nelle prossime cosa succederà!!! Grazie a tutti per il supporto 🔥🔥🌲🌲

Inicio de floración , fotoperiodo 12/12h. bajo 300W, ATS Pro 2,7 µmol/J. Por lo que hace al cultivo. Una segunda aplicación foliar con Spider boom 3ml/l para prevenir posibles plagas de araña roja. Todo y habiendo unas temperaturas en el exterior de 0ºC en el interior se está bastante bién. 😋 Así de primeras diria que esta luminaria me parece de lo mejorcito que he tenido nunca, reparte la luz como ninguna otra penetrando mucho mejor. Otra es la comodidad para bajar o subir la potencia y la posibilidad de añadirle un controlador que monitorea la temperatura de la sala de cultivo, el fotoperiodo y la intensidad, así como la atenuación de potencia. Esta semana cansado de ir bajando o subiendo la potencia del extractor durante todo el año he decidido probar un SMSCom Smart Controller. De esta manera espero no sufrir tanto por las subidas ni por las bajadas de temperatura. Muchas veces son las que por A o por B descuido el interior y casulamente son los dias que el tiempo cambia repentinamente. Un primer foliar con Delta9 para que se pongan fuertes para lo que les viene.

The ladies have rebounded very nicely. They are filling in the scrog nicely. Did a lot of tucking and bending of tops and leaves this week. The stretch during flower for these ladies is real. Even with the bending and tucking, the girls have easily gained 4 inches this week as well as quite a bit of girth as they bushes out. Temps have been good and RH has been steady between 55-60%. I have good airflow all around and don’t worry too much about it he higher RH at this point in the grow. I’m e seen some incredible phenos of this strain, and can’t wait to see what I’ll get! Pretty average growth, the leaves are a little funky. I am trying to keep the soil from drying out to a crisp. Plant 1 is taller, Plant 2 is shorter with leaves a little further along.
