Week 22: Flower Week 5 – Canopy Development, Irrigation & Trichome Details 🌸❄️💧 A detailed look into flower structure, nutrient management, and overall setup dynamics during the peak flowering phase: Environmental & Climate Management (Summer Heat & RH) 🌡️💧 Summer Heat Compensation: Due to high ambient temperatures exceeding 30 °C, an air conditioner is running alongside the dehumidifier during the day to keep lung-room temperatures stable. Relative Humidity Peaks (Lights-Out): Data logs show RH spikes reaching 70–71% inside the closed tent during the lights-out phase. Preventive Countermeasures: The dehumidifier is positioned to blow dry air directly toward the tent's passive intake port. Two internal circulation fans are running on high alongside the main exhaust system to maintain strong air velocity and prevent localized moisture pockets around dense bud clusters. Nutrient Schedule & Irrigation Log 💧 Feeding Regimen: Hesi Schedule starting from Flower Week 4 (including Hesi Bloom Complex, Phosphorus Plus, SuperVit / Boost). Supplements: BioBizz CalMag added 2–3 times per week (calculated on a 10-liter batch mix basis). Irrigation Volume: The automated irrigation system consumed roughly 100 liters of water this week. The primary 50-liter reservoir was refilled twice throughout the week. Bud Structure & Trichome Coverage 🔍❄️ Heavy Resin Production: High-resolution close-ups reveal dense calyxes completely encrusted in trichomes. Notable Feature: High-density trichome coverage extends past the sugar leaves and covers the upper fan leaves. Glandular heads are transitioning from clear to milky white. Pistil Maturation: Pistils are steadily shifting to a deep amber-orange hue while new white pistils continue to push out. Anthocyanin Expression: Under high PPFD levels, subtle purple and dark pigmentation is beginning to show along the calyx edges and sugar leaves. Foliage Condition: Upper fan leaves directly within the central light cone show mild Cal-Mag/light fading—a standard response to high metabolic rates under peak LED intensity. Setup & Tent Architecture ⛺💡 Lighting: Quad LED array aligned to provide uniform edge-to-edge canopy coverage without shaded zones. Environment Sensor: Wireless environmental sensor mounted right at canopy level for real-time temperature and RH tracking at the top colas. Airflow & Lower Canopy: Dual clip-on fans maintain upper and mid-canopy airflow, while a clear lower stem area ensures unobstructed intake circulation beneath the ScrOG frame. Extra Section: Maintenance, Tech & Support Log ✂️🛠️📡 Routine plant maintenance and control system troubleshooting were key priorities alongside tracking bloom progress. Canopy Pruning & Defoliation ✂️🌿 Lower Canopy Clean-Up: Performed a selective lower trim, removing a few weak bottom shoots and shaded foliage. Energy Focus & Circulation: Clearing lower growth redirects plant energy toward the primary colas while maximizing passive floor-level airflow. Spider Farmer AC10 Controller – Connectivity Issue 🔌⚠️ * Device: Spider Farmer GGS AC-10 Smart Controller / Power Strip. Issue: Experiencing recurring Wi-Fi signal drops and app sync failures. Status: Standard network troubleshooting (forcing a 2.4 GHz band, module resets, etc.) has been completed without resolving the issue. Support Ticket: Reached out directly to Spider Farmer Support yesterday evening regarding the ongoing network instability. Week 23 Outlook: Will follow up next week with an update on customer support responsiveness and resolution efficiency. Extra Section: Mother Plants & Nursery Rack Overview 🌿🌴🍋 The propagation and vegetation area is running at full speed alongside the main bloom tent, housing strong mother stock and a variety of companion plants. Mother Plant Care & Architecture ?✂️ Stem Structure & Health: Healthy, well-trained mother plants displaying thick, woody main trunks (lignification) and strong branching. Selective Thinning: The mother plant positioned in front of the propagation rack received a light pruning to clear out inner shade leaves, boost airflow, and concentrate vigor on primary clone sites. Canopy State: Dense overall leaf structure featuring plenty of vigorous growth points ready for ongoing clone extraction. Propagation Rack & Exotic Plant Log 🛠️🌱 Top Level (Organic Lemons & Garden Transition): Home-grown organic lemon plants (Citrus) are thriving under propagation LEDs, monitored with yellow sticky traps for preventive pest control. The older, larger lemon trees have already been transitioned outdoors into the garden for direct sunlight. Middle Level & Bench (Washington Palms): Larger Washingtonia palms are placed on the adjacent workspace table in ambient room light, while smaller palm seedlings continue root development inside the propagation tent. Bottom Level (Lemon Eucalyptus): One established and two newly propagated Lemon Eucalyptus plants (Eucalyptus citriodora) are developing smoothly.

Week 5 begins for LSD and Green Crack! The LSD ladies had the most yellowing over the last week, yet they have the most frost on the buds. The Green Crack ladies had a little bit of yellowing and has bigger buds, but no frost at this time. They all seem very happy in their new 4x8 home. Thanks for stopping by growfessors, tune in next week for another episode of growfessor theatre. 👽🌳💚

SUMMARY: I did a heavy defoliation this week on Sunday 14/02 and then switched to early bloom nutes. I removed most of her fan leaves and all the lower shoots which would not receive enough light. One of the Amnesia shoots has been burnt by the heater as it was in direct line and so I have placed the saucer on top of a mug to raise her up a little out of the heats direct path. Also what I suspected was nute burn caused by a drop landing on the leaf appears to have spread...a few bright burn spots appearing on leaves, not sure what it is. DAY 43 ------ Tuesday 9th February 10:30 I fed the Amnesia 400ml which produced around 100ml runoff (25%). I made 5L of transition nutes at a pH of 6.3 and 5L of early bloom nutes at a pH of 6.3. Both made with rainwater. Tuesday 9th February 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 150ml which produced 100ml runoff (67%). [24°C/45%] DAY 44 ------ Wednesday 10th February 10:45 I fed the Amnesia 400ml transition nutes which produced roughly 50ml runoff (13%). Wednesday 10th February 18:30 I fed the Amnesia 150ml which produced 50ml runoff (33%). [24°C/42%] DAY 45 ------ Thursday 11th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 400ml of trans nutes which produced 50ml runoff (13%). Need to up morning feed to 500ml. I made 10L of early bloom nutes with rainwater at a pH of 5.8. Thursday 11th February 18:30 I fed the Amnesia 150ml trans nutes which produced 140ml runoff (93%). [24°C/42%] DAY 46 -------- Friday 12th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 500ml trans nutes which produced around 100ml (20%). Friday 12th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 50ml trans nutes which produced 50ml runoff (100%). I really need to start feeding less of a morning but shes always dry as a bone and light as a feather by the time I can tend to her. [22°C/42%] DAY 47 -------- Saturday 13th February 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 500ml trans nutes which produced around 50ml (10%). Saturday 13th February 18:00 I didnt have any nutes left to feed the Amnesia and cant make anymore until tomorrow morning now. [22°C/42%] One of the Amnesia shoots has been burnt by the heater as it was in direct line and so I have placed the saucer on top of a mug to raise her up a little out of the heats direct path. Also what I suspected was nute burn caused by a drop landing on the leaf appears to have spread...a few bright burn spots appearing on leaves, not sure what it is. DAY 48 -------- Sunday 14th February 11:45 I fed the Amnesia 500ml trans nutes which produced around 100ml (25%). I made 10L of early bloom nutes with de-chlorinated tap water (no rain water left), 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Sunday 14th February 18:00 I did a heavy defoliation on the NL stripping MOST fan leaves and any lower small shoots which wont ever get enough light. I also raised the light again so that it is 16" above the canopy of my tallest plant as it was too close now she has grown. The Amnesias main cola is almost level with the canopy of the tallest plant now. I fed the Amnesia 200ml early bloom nutes which produced 100ml runoff (50%). [24°C/46%] DAY 49 -------- Monday 15th February 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 400ml early bloom nutes which produced 180ml runoff (45%). Monday 15th February 18:30 I didnt feed the Amnesia tonight as she doesnt need anymore right now and I cant feed her later. [22°C/42%]

Explosion part 3! This plant is considered Autoflowering, but I would say is most likely a regular one! She is just HUUUGE, hopefully I was able to stop her growing but side branches reached the 83cm and almost touching the LED... I've introduced Bloombastic (0.5ml per liter) and I will gradually increase till 1.5ml per liter and stop when will be time to flush. Buds are getting bigger but I'm thinking that she will need at least 3 more full weeks... Hopefully with some good results at the end! I obligatory defoliated her and also removed some small side branches, without any stress encountered. I'll keep you guys posted, stay tuned, stay high!

My three Bubble OG plants are looking fantastic, especially that tallest one! It's reaching for the sky and makes me think the others might have a little sibling rivalry going on. I can't wait to see how huge it gets.

Moin, Die 4. 🍃 Hey, The fourth week of veg is over. The White Sweet Candy OG looks incredibly healthy and is just bursting with energy. I really like how it’s coming along so far. I’ve tied down the top two main shoots a few times using LST so that all four shoots stay at the same height and the growth is evenly distributed. Other than that, I’ve only removed a few leaves that would have blocked the lower shoots. The strain, however, hasn’t been fazed by this and continues to grow undeterred. I wish more strains would behave this way. I haven’t increased the EC any further, and in the coming days I’ll be sending them into flowering. I’m already looking forward to buds as thick as possible and a sweet terpene profile. 🍃

29 days since my seed sprouted a little girl🌱 The fourth week of growing my Space Cookies Auto 🌠🍪🚀 Nutrients:Nutrients - transition to flower: Plagron Alga Bloom is an organic flower fertilizer for growing in soil. The fertilizer is algae-based and contains amino acids, proteins and a balanced ratio of phosphorus and potassium 🌺 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Plagron Green Sensation is a flower booster. Green Sensation is a 4-in-1 product, so you don't need to add additional fertilizers. Suitable for all types of substrates and systems 💚💜💚 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bud Candy is a carbohydrate supplement from Advanced Nutrients that maximizes the growth and aroma of flowers. It supports strong root activity by providing food for beneficial microorganisms. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BioBizz Calmag is a 100% organic, but also vegan fertilizer with BIO certification. Biobizz Calmag was designed for professional growers and home growers who need an extra dose of calcium and magnesium. It contains added humic acid 💩☘️- I only apply it once a week.--------------------------------------------- Biobizz Bio pH-/ Biobizz Bio pH+ is a 100% natural and vegan pH regulator. Suitable for all types of substrates and crops. For use in growth and flowering. 💩🍋🌱 ---------------------------------------------------- PRO-MIX CONNECT MYCORRHIZAL POWDER - for substrate Generally: Space Cookies Auto 🌠🍪🚀 is the only one that grows in the PRO-MIX HP Mycorhize+Bacillus substrate, where I also add coconut fiber and perlite ☘️🌱 The girl is already fully blooming 🌺🏵️, it is a plant with many branches, it grows more broadly, like a bush than like a Christmas tree. That is why it is quite demanding to train, the branches are not very strong, so I have to handle it carefully. I have to do LST and defoliation very often - the plant breathes much better then 🍃🍃 I use the new pH and EC meter Aqua Master Tools P110 PRO, the measurement is fast and accurate 👌 So far I have managed to keep the pH and EC as they should be. Although my EC has jumped a little more now, I diluted the watering so that the EC drops. I use Biobizz Bio +/- to correct it. The excellent mycorrhizal powder PRO-MIX Connect to support the roots certainly works very well. All the girls are very strong and stable from an early age 💚🌿🌲 Training: As I mentioned above, this week I had to do LST and defoliation 2 times. The branches are delicate, but there are really a lot of them. I made the first defoliation bigger, the second one more gentle 🍃

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. Day 2 we had clear skies sunshine. Temperatures were in the low 80's. Day 3 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1.5 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. Day 5 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. Day 6 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about 2 gallons from the water hose today. Day 7 it was mostly sunny with temperatures reaching 82°. This week was successful. The plants nearly doubled in height. They've weathered all the rain and are thriving.

Had to spray some medicine again as there was a few bite marks from spidermites. May not get rid of em but can keep them at a lower number until harvest otherwise I would love to get rid of em but don't know the likelihood of that happening. Currently in the tent at 12/12 light schedule and have the lights running at night so cold of the night doesn't stunt any growth.
