A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. Day 49- I had a little mishap with the White Widow. It seems I may have most likely had a pH issue. Hopefully I've taken care of that. Gave them all a good flush with plain, aerated rainwater. @fast_buds @atlasseed @seedsman @sunraise @greengro

Noticed some slight tacoing on leaves, changed to my 18/6 light schedule to help control temps and give some rest. Noticed some nute burning also, will full flush next week.

Flower starting up nicely already starting to turn purple these ladies are looking great. Starting to feed with some bloom but still giving low doses of Veg nutes in the 1st 2 weeks for growth

Change the water tds now 400ppm , had to adjust the ph as it shot up quite fast 24 hours after the water change . So far so good , dare I say nice healthy roots. Hopefully it will take off this week

In Conclusion guys I just wished 2 out of the 3 ladies didn't stunt on me so I could have had more to harvest. But I am definitely getting alot better with my grows a definitely feel more confident in giving you guys reviews on my next strains that I have coming. Striding into week 8, the buds are just stacking on top of each other and I think she is going to yeild pretty big! Just trimming leaves to expose lower budsites as growth continues. She is almost too big for me to get out of my tent without snapping a branch or 2 off so the coming pictures might be not as well lit or under Burple lights :( . Sorry! I have started to reduce the amount of Grow I feed the plant and increasing my bloom nute up to 2.5m/L this week. Flowers are starting to frost up just a little bit and should see some great progression over the next week I hope! Will update with more Pictures later in the week! End of week edit: She has come out of the tent for the last time until harvest now, buds are really starting to pack on some serious weight and the branches are resting on the side of the tent, next grow I will be using a net to support the branches. Other than things going very well this week there isn;t much else to say other than, another 4 weeks seems optimistic at the moment for harvest. I think it may be 5-6 weeks, what do you guys think? End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Day 86. Almost no sugar leaves, most of trim went to bin, part left for bubble hash. Kind off hoped a bit more from this strain, maybe smoke will bright me up ;) Day 96. 77 g. went for curing. Smallest from all. Two month later. Made some bubble hash. Great strain, waiting for sunny day and will make smoke review. Not a lot of bubble, but it was great ! Happy Growing !
