Things are still going strong! I think this is the official halfway point of flowering, and the plants are in high gear bulking up and focusing on creating big, dense buds. I did notice a few brown spots on all of the Cherry Gorilla’s leaves - most notably CG#3 - I consulted some of my local grow buddies as well as the manager of my local store and they gave me some very detailed instructions - I am going to be adding 1/2 teaspoon of Cal-Mag to my water mix until week 7 AND stop diluting my food mixes - my plants are HUNGRY was the official diagnosis! I think that should be a pretty easy fix and am looking forward to the results. So I am told, I should be able to see results from the Cal-Mag flush within a week or so. Also - I was also given some words of encouragement from some long timers who saw the videos of my tent, and they are saying everything looks great and I should be proud! Again - super stoked on the progress. Planning on a big defoliation after next water to get the girls focusing mostly on the flowers, and significantly removing all of the newly developed undergrowth and under canopy buds. Welcome again 🙂          Finally, after about 40 days, I am ready to post the real harwest of these two spectacular Cookies Kush🍪🌱..                                                     It is a wise cross between the famous GIRL SCOUT COOKIES (known today as GSC) × a very powerful phenotype by OG Kush,named ROLLEX OG KUSH..        Cup winner🏆                  I have already posted the harwest of another CK grown with the same organic fertilizers, but in a smaller pot, about 7l geotexil..      I divided the diaries because initially I had planned to grow them differently one from the other..    In the end, however, the only difference lies in the pot, 20l geotextile for these two..   I already say that I have very little negative for this strain..    Its vigor and its resistance are impressive..      Added to the fact that it is a type of plant relatively simple to follow and in addition with a final yield in terms of both quantity and above all qualitative, I can only recommend it to everyone..    If you love Kush it is definitely a must try👌..   But let's get to the facts..    I reported weekly with precision everything that happened, therefore I invite those who want to learn more about going to review the various weeks🤗..   Unfortunately I have not posted the first because I was on vacation by the sea, discovering the best cannabis clubs on the Canary Islands😎🌊..   The first three weeks have grown inside a classic plastic pot for just over 1l..   Later I transplanted them into another plastic pot of about 4l.. Shortly after the second transplant, some very "nice" thrips decided to break the balls🧐..   I had never seen so many together and the situation in few days was going out of control..   I'm always reluctant in the using   of products to combat insects or pest , but this time I was forced to use neem oil mixed with about 1/5 of potassium soap..     Apart from some survivors the thrips disappeared, at a high price though.. The plants in only 36 hours after the treatment they had a phytotoxic reaction to neem oil.. The leaves seemed to be bitten by animals, not earthworms or the like🦌🐛🐌..      After a few hours, the situation was getting worse.. I found myself unprepared for what was happening..   But I thought the best solution was to remain calm and understand how to best cope with the situation🧘‍♂️..    I think I have prayed an indefinite number of times to try to resolve the situation⛪🕌🕍🕋🙏.. After a few days the symptoms of intoxication seemed to have subsided..   The two girls still continued their growth process🌿..      After a couple of weeks I took them to their accommodation final, a 20l geotextile pot..    As a base substrate I used a mix composed largely of light-mix of biobizz + coconut always from the biobizz and in addition a little humus to improve the characteristics of the soil..     In the soil it was already present in good quantity also perlite..                                                            Once I created the hole in the ground, I placed mycorrhizas (MICOSAT F) directly in contact with the roots.. Theoretically I carry out an action in about five weeks..  Shortly after the transplant I gave by leaf , using a pump sprayer, a little bit of fish emulsion (Fish-mix + Acti-vera of biobizz)..   And the girls appreciated a lot by continuing to grow and produce foliage vigorously..   Unlike their sister minor, given the large amount of vegetation, I felt the need to defoliate a bit.. I must say that this strain responds very well to this practice👍👍..  Seeing the vigor of growth I decided to also make a topping on both..   Also in this case the genetics of these plants has demonstrated its strength by continuing to grow as if nothing f bones..                                   I was doing a little lst but very roughly, almost for fun..   The final result, once in bloom, was fantastic😍..    Fragrant and tasty buds at the head of each branch..                    As you can see in the photos over the various weeks, the phenotypes emerged were two..                              One low and with light green colored leaves with a good production of resinous buds..                                                  The second one has practically tripled its height🌳                                                      The leaves in mid-bloom have started to be tinged with a truly spectacular red-violet color..  Full of buds entirely on the branches,like mostly  Sativa strain..                                                               An incredible resin production and very dense and super fragrant flowers.. Compared to the Cookies in the 7l pot, neither of them had an evidently mint scent.. But then I was happily surprised to find it in the flavor, especially in the purple-red phenotypes..  The structure of the buds is another of the things that have me and make me fall in love with this strain..   A true work of art🎨🌿🙌..                                            Thanks Barney's🙏..    The amount of trichomes and the aroma is truly exceptional🔝               The final weight of the flowers is divided as follows..                 40g for the purple-red phenotype 21g for the lower one                                                                           The total weight calculation was done after about 40 days of care, with the flowers cleaned in the best possible way, therefore without leaves or parts of the stem..   Also I did not take into consideration the popcorn buds, which I will probably use to make edibles.. As a growth light I used a 205w LED panel of the Black-dog brand, apart from two weeks in the vegetative phase where they were always illuminated by LEDs but of another type, much less powerful and efficient, but which however they did their job..   Speaking of nutrients..  This time I used the greenhouse biobloom powder (70g equally divided between the two of them and the younger sister in the "Cookies on the Kush" diary) for the flowering phase + biobizz biobloom about twice +bio heaven twice + biomagno biomass twice + unsulphured molasses + banana macerate made by me, a couple of times topmax from biobizz and finally at the beginning and halfway through flowering I always gave them an enchancer of green house..   Growing organic and having a water pH always between 6.5 and 7 , 5, I never bothered to check / regulate it.. And everything went well👌..   Towards the end of flowering, especially the larger of the two, it suffered a little overwatering, but nothing to worry about..                                                                              Despite being different phenotypes, I still gave them the exact same quantities of water and fertilizer..  About taste and effect..  The flowers of both had more or less the same aroma, sweet, slightly earthy with some notes of mint in the distance..    Personally my favorite is the one with the violet-red leaves and I think it is the best phenotype of all three, also considering the one in the other diary..  The amount of resin is more or less similar,also the tate too.. The first test was carried out using two vaporizers (mighty and ghost mv1)..  With both I was on temperatures between 180 ° and 195/200 °..  Later, as you can see in the video, I also carried out a test in smoke. Obviously only grass from top to bottom, about 0.7 / 0.8 in a joint..   Organic papers and filter, without glue😉👍..  After drying for 7 days with a whole plant, two days on a branch by branch net, two further days in brown paper bags , and a careful care of about three weeks the flowers, remained hermetically closed for another 20 days in the jar, were perfectly soft and crunchy, going to burn to perfection leaving on the palate a delicate flavor and a velvety smoke both incoming and outgoing.. I think strongly that this is the most important phase where the skill and attention to detail of the grower comes to light😊..   I personally think If the strain is from a competent and serious seed bank, the cultivation phase should simply be a help to grow on the part of the grower..   Once the plant has been cut, it all depends on us..  Patience and constant attention are the two key points🗝️👃👁️..  Going back to the flowers💐.. Going too far on the flavor and effect I think it leaves a little time because it is two very subjective factors..   Honestly, to say that it tastes like real cookies no I can't really🍪🤔..    But one thing is certainly☝️.. The taste is exceptional🤩😍..   Sweet and spicy with earthy notes and something else that I don't recognize..  Kush certainly as a base, but very complex..             Predominantly relaxing effect..   It acts on the body relieving tension, perhaps for someone it can be too relaxing💆‍♂️😴..                                              "I'm a kush guy", and I love what they give💚..    I would use it safely at any time of day, but it is very suitable for the second half of the afternoon onwards.. The joint are only weed, raw organic papers and filters, without glue 😉👌.. At both ends I used the low and light green pheno.. Centrally the red-purple pheno.. The three joints were ignited once and continued to burn evenly until the end.. Halfway through I decided to smoke one alone (the middle one) and the other two together.. Well the middle one (pheno violet) was the tastiest one😋.. In the photos you can also see how much oil is present around the base of the hottest point.. Kush effect, very relaxing, but not necessarily that you can't do anything anymore.. Very mental relaxation.. Top Kush🏆.. Het is zover, ze is aan haar eind gekomen. Na een moeilijke start heeft ze zich ontpopt tot een prachtige dame met mooie kleurrijke toppen als resultaat. Ik hoop dat ze smaakt zoals ze ruikt want ze ruikt heerlijk zoet bloemachtig. Bedankt Weedseedsexpress voor de mogelijkheid deze strain te kweken en de trotse eerste te zijn op Growdiaries.👌🏽 Ik heb de toppen opgehangen in de tent en wanneer ze droog zijn zal ik de overige resultaten hier rapporteren. Denk dat het ongeveer anderhalf a 2 weken zal duren. Tot dan ✌️🏽 Rook rapport: vandaag 23 april , 5 dagen na het oogsten, zijn de toppen zo goed als droog. De toppen zijn niet echt compact maar luchtig. Ze heeft het ook zwaar gehad met veel temperatuurverschillen. Ze heeft mooie paarse suikerblaadjes. De smaak is lekker licht, tropisch aardeachtig en het effect is een couchlock. Stoned als een moederneuker. Dit was mijn eerste wintergrow en heb er veel van geleerd. Grow Diary – Day 73 (Flowering Day 53) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Nutrients: Green House Feeding – Bio Grow & Bio Bloom Date: May 24 (Saturday) Status: Entering final ripening – harvest approaching At Flowering Day 53, the Sour Frootz plants are now in the late flowering phase, showing strong signs of maturity. Buds are fully formed, tight, and heavily coated in resin. Trichome development has peaked visually—most heads are now cloudy, with a noticeable rise in amber trichomes, especially on upper colas. The aroma is intense and complex: sweet, citrusy fruit mixed with sour funk and subtle earthy undertones. The terpene expression is at its most volatile, and the flowers are sticky to the touch. Some larger fan leaves are beginning to fade, showing natural senescence—primarily a gentle yellowing, with no signs of stress or deficiency. Nutrient Program: • Still running Bio Bloom, though it can now be tapered or discontinued if you plan a light flush. • Bio Grow is no longer active at this stage (breakdown complete), but residual nutrients are sustaining the plant. Watering is now more moisture-controlled to avoid excess humidity near dense colas, reducing mold risk. Additional Notes: • No pest pressure • Canopy is stable, buds are weighty • Lower humidity maintained (~40–45%) • Good airflow across and under canopy • Natural color fade beginning, especially on fan leave.

Flowering continues. I regularly do some defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration, but she actively raises new leaves.

Vegetative Woche 3: Tag 29 gab es das erste LST nach dem Umtopfen für die Ladys, damit sie das Zelt bald schön ausfüllen zu viert 😊 Hierfür einfach bodenhaken für die Triebe und am Hauptstamm nutze ich gerne die roten Clips. Tag 30+31 gab es nichts besonderes zu tun 😊 Tag 32 wurde das erste Mal gegossen nach dem Umtopfen mit 2l ph 6.2 Wasser mit 0,8g/l Enhancer, das Wasser habe ich zum ersten Mal mit meiner neuen Akkugießlanze verteilt und ich hoffe so noch gleichmäßiger gießen zu können 😊 Tag 33 wurden wieder mit LST gearbeitet und die Triebe mit den Bodenhaken weiter nach außen gebogen, damit ich möglichst bald ein relativ gleichmäßiges Blätterdach habe welches die gesamte Grundfläche des Zeltes ausfüllt. Tag 34 war wieder Ruhetag Tag 35 wurde wieder gegossen und zwar wieder mit 2l pro Pflanze mit ph Wert von 6.2 und 1ml/l Calmag und auch hier wurde zum Gießen di Akkulanze verwendet. Und so endet Woche 3 der Veg

All in all i had no problems when growing, except for the heavy mold infestation in all the main flowers at the end of the grow, a great pity, as half of the total weight had to be thrown away. And yes, there are 3 plants wrapped inside each other :D I will definitely grow them again.

They really used that nitrogen I gave last week. And they're still using it this week to build these buds up.

Very evenly spaced growth continues. It’s almost so spread out I don’t have to do any defoliation. I love it. Has responded well to topping. I top dressed the soil with 4-4-4, Kelp meal, Alfalfa meal, malted barley, Humic & Fulvic acid, aloe powder.

Another week in. Had to fight some leaf septoria. Removed infected leaves, sprinkled cinnamon around the entire base of the plant and watered in. Mixed some cinnamon in water and gave the plant a spray. 4 days later and all looks good. Keeping an eye on her now. Girls will get a feed of 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 600 ppm 1.2 ec of Flora Nova Bloom, and 200 ppm 0.4 ec of Floranova grow for a grand total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec.

Midway through week 3 and things have taken off since I transplanted this past weekend! Still no nutrients added. Drilled holes in the sides...can't wait to tie them down. Side branching will do much better in the near future Sunday Feb. 10th update -It has been one week since I transplanted -plants have been tied down -trying to manipulate leaves so side branching gets light exposure -SECOND light is coming tomorrow -very difficult to get enough light on all 4 with 1 light -By the end of this week I plan on transplanting into Final Pots and prepare clones -Watch how crazy week 4 gets!

( IVE SWAPPED OUT RHIZ FOR REGENAROOT ) will flower when i have room :) Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.15. I added 1ML of Regenaroot Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Vega Until EC measured 0.7. I then used the mighty growth enhancer drop by drop until my EC measured 1.1 Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp and continued to feed.
