Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! ive harvested the tops of these girls and left the bottom to mature more over another 2 weeks. I will update all the weights at the end. Will give them another bloom boost and some fulvic humic and microbes. should be able to quadruple the weight of the mid and bottom buds.

Day 15 and things are rolling right along.Ive just been giving ph water until the pots are dry.Noticing a lot of growth last few days and they are looking good.Ive decided to go from the 24 hour straight to 20 hours on 4 off light schedule.I have never really noticed much of a difference with auto flower from 18/6,20/4,and 24 hours on the light schedule.I think it is best for the equipment to give them a short rest time.I do like the consistency of the environment with 24 hours during the winter time though :)

I cut another part of the girls, and the total is even greater than the first part! We wait another week for the final sums, but right now the flavor is unique.

Great progress being made at a really fast rate. The orange sherbert are starting to catch up with the POG and the buds look like they’re gonna be big and fat. All OS fairly short bar one, all developing at breakneck speed bar one, but all looking great and like they’ll produce gold. Barneys Farm truly do have some great genetics going on, I’ve been so pleased watching every strain I’ve grown from them. In the past I’ve noticed a similar vigour with cookies kush and with gorilla Zkittlez. Anyhow, all moving nicely in the tent, if only it reflected on life in general😣😂 Really looking forward to tasting these girls now. In week 4 they’ve shown the kind of size they’re gonna reach, I think I’m doing better than previous grows but I kind of always think that or at least hope it and alas again I am a smoker and am prone to over exaggeration especially when comparing two ladies, you gotta be careful not to offend either one ya kna!😉😬

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. I started flushing yesterday. With this heat around here they were fairly dry and took a lot of water but there was 5 gallons of run off water in the barrel when I was done flushing. A few days ago I picked all the dead and crumpled leaves off. there was a 1/2 bucket when I was done. Plant's #3 and # 1 are finished and could be cut down now but I will flush for 2 weeks more. Plants #2 and #4 will be finished soon. Plant #5 is the only plant that will be ready at 10 weeks. I took some Taster/Tester clippings yesterday. They will be able to tell me which clones I will want to keep and which can go. I'll talk about me for a bit. At the end of my Purple Paralysis diary I had a swollen tonsil removed and it was sent away to be tested. The test said it was cancerous and the tumor was right up to the edge of the cut so they (the cancer doctors) want to cut more of the area around where the tonsil was and give me radiation to kill the cancer virus. The thing is, I've had 3 tests done: a CAT scan. The one they inject you with radio active isotopes that stick to the cancer and the magnetic imaging test. All tests have showen No Cancer in the upper part of my body. I'm over 60 now and have read about this guy helping people with cancer and said to myself if I ever get cancer I'll try this Rick Simpson Protocol. So I'm on my 2nd batch of RSO. The doctors don't think the cannabis oil will work and still want me to have surgery and radiation but I'm holding my ground and have told them, you get the same rules as I give the dentist. If you can't show me on a test or x-ray what the problem or cavity is I'm not going to let you do anything. With faith and hope I'm putting my life into the cannabis oil treatment. The doctors will see me every 3 months and check my neck for lumps and put a camera down my nose and throat hoping to see something they can cut out and make some big medical bucks (You know the comic The doctor says to the nurse "This will pay for my kids braces") They will consider the cancer dead after 5 years. Wish me luck. Chuck.

ENGLISH BELOW 👇 Día 90 en total del clon, pude sacar dos generaciones declones antes de que entre en flora, pero a la primera generación se las comió por la noche un ejercito de hormigas negras. Es impresionante como la planta se adapta a todos los procesos (incluso clonación y enraizamiento) de una forma increíble. Cultivo con calendario lunar desde hace unos 10 años y está es la primera vez que veo una planta anticiparse y preparase unos días antes para los cambios lunares. Muy divertida para cultivar, todas las semanas genera procesos diferentes, lo que hace muy dinámica y muy rápida. Day 90 in total of the clone, I was able to get two generations of clones before it started flowering, but the first generation was eaten at night by an army of black ants. It is impressive how the plant adapts to all the processes (including cloning and rooting) in an incredible way. I have been growing with a lunar calendar for about 10 years and this is the first time I have seen a plant anticipate and prepare itself a few days in advance for the lunar changes. Very fun to grow, every week it generates different processes, which makes it very dynamic and very fast.

wow, she's amazing:) with the conditions she has, this is a super result :) the weather is not spoiling us - every day, little sun - lots of clouds + almost half a balcony :D :D she has 3 more weeks - then I'll go on a long vacation :) everything didn't go as planned,:) I think she needs more time:) there will be a renewal until the finish :).

Week7 D1 I think things have stabilized and we are back on track. Since I flushed and wont be able to utilize top amendments like I would like I am going to use TSP One Bloom Boost Liquid Nutrient for the remaining 2 weeks. Week7 D5 Blue dream is fading hopefully she is drawing in energy and going to swell soon. All girls are super frosty and sticky and dense. W7 D6 Seems early but blue dream is maturing quick and sin mins is beginning to fade. We are now in harvest watch!!!

just about to go into week 9 and i noticed a few midges or so i thought.as the next day there were more ..i noticed that they seemed to be coming out of pot bases.upon closer inspection these turned out to be fungus gnats.(never heard of them. Never had a beastie problem).No idea how or why but problem seems to be sorted as you can see from photos ,sticky traps and plant magic Bugicide

On week 7 of the vegetative stage the plant is stretching more & the root system seems to be expanding in the 14L pot nicely along with some side branches coming from the lower nodes and on the 8th-10th set of leaves

I've probably make a mistake end previous week or this week. This wedding cake is looking as healthy as her sister however she's in a bigger pot 25 liters. Let's see if she does as good as her sister,she's enjoying life right I don't think I'll have any type of issue,she's being fed 100% organically,with lactobacillus liquid made by me,liquid bat guano,and she has in her soil florians living organics and more bat guano and seaweed,mycorrizae,humic and fulvic acids,beneficial bacteria and fungus.
