Day 48 (Day 6 12/12) Plants grow real strong and all show that they are female. Lamps are on 100 % now. These lady's stretching fast. Day 52 (Day 10 12/12) Pushed down the stems in the scrognet First clone rooted and is now in a p9 on lightmix Day 54 (Day 12 12/12) Good stretch. Durban is not stretching to much. Buds are slowly forming.

Super impressive growth, the best blueberry plants I have grown yet.

Another slow week. I increased light schedule to 13/11. I’m going to slowly lower the time of light until by the time harvest day comes it’ll have a longer dark period. I’m also going to stop feeding the bottle nutrients my soil is moist still so I gotta wait. I’m predicting a couple ounces this grow.

First flowering post - they arnt fully flowering yet tho I musta emit. I dunno why they all seem to be slow to sex but now there are a few pistols showing in the main growth mode so I’m v happy. The cheese plants are doing great. When I was LST’ing I must admit in order to make the canopy much more even I decided to try ‘supercropping??’ I pinched the stem enough for it to go soft and bend so I could get the highest growth node to the same height as all the others. It looked aweful after I did it but now after 24h it looks a lot better - really healthy even! I must admit I gave them a heavy dose of microbes and molasses just after bending and tying. Im sure that had a lot to do with the fast recovery. Full steam ahead to see some bloody pistols!!!!! Im working on which strains I want to grow next at the mo as well. Trying to get sweet seeds to send me some Tropicanna poison but not sure if they send test seeds to the UK. Probably not - we’ll see. Iv been wanting to grow that plant for aaaages. I’m also looking for a really decent gas strain. I been recommended NYCD. Havnt narrowed down a breeder yet tho. UPDATE - Saturday Thought I’d do a quick update just to say I added a few photos and a video from my security camera in there. It’s quite useful just to see how much they are stretching in a week. Not that I need to know it’s just cool. Also when I go away (as I do most weekends for about 2-3 days - sometimes more) I can just tune into the cam to make sure my physical security hasn’t been breached by any gangs lol. Well not any gangs just one - and they happen to be backed by the government. Lol I worry that when I’m away they will raid and leave me an arrest warrant after having stolen all my plants and meds. It’s a fairly dramatic fear but it’s not without its reasonings. I have been raided by the police number it’s times so it’s not a totally irrational fear - the difference is that I’m sober now (other than cannabis medicine of course) and so I’m not drawing attention to myself and bringing unwanted eyes on me and secondly (and maybe more important) I don’t actually sell drugs or weed or anything anymore so yeh. It’s a rational irrational fear lol I do believe the police have bigger fish to fry HOWEVER here in the UK it is still VERY illegal to grow so i have absolutely no doubt that given any chance they would happily relieve me of everything iv built up in the past 4 years (whilst being on probation I will add lol). The proof is in the pudding though. Every since I quit using heroin and benzodiazepines in favour of cannabis things have just been getting better and better and iv been able to function better and better also. I must admit I was worried for a while that cannabis took away my creativity when I used lots of it but I am learning that it was actually just the fact that my life was in a place I didn’t like and I was dealing with serious childhood trauma. When I was using heroin and benzos it allowed me to cover it in order to live my daily life (obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t have been willing to put up with the MANY negatives - there had to be something it was doing for me), however, when I took away the numbing opiates and benzos I had to start dealing with it and it was that trauma and having to deal with it which is why I wasn’t able to be creative. I’m an artist and so creativity is very important to me but for months, well years actually I just wasn’t able to paint or even play music really for that matter. I just couldn’t bring myself to do it, I think now because I was just preoccupied in my mind dealing with stuff. I won’t deny tho - that cannabis in excess DOES take away my motivation to get up off my ass and turn the TV or Netflix off though. I do have to watch out for that because If I’m not careful I can end up sitting there all day smoking when I should be out doing stuff and then I miss windows for my other crops where I can’t just turn the light source on and off whenever I feel like it - it’s quite hard to do that with the sun!! Anyway - I kind of use this space as a proper diary every now and again when I need to get something out. It’s not like anyone but me really reads these bits anyway so it doesn’t really matter!! Hell - even I don’t really read them tbh! UPDATE - I’m all jazzed up about growing again for sure. I somehow only just figured out really that you I can program different ‘scenes’ within my temp and humidity controllers. So anyway obviously the past month it’s been set to the veg/auto settings and I recently obviously had to switch it to the flower settings but I kind of forgot to lower the RH and adjust temp accordingly. So anyway that’s a long way of saying I did that lol. I’m definitely going to include another CBG seed in my new grow as I’m really interested in growing some hemp for medicinal use. Maybe as a tincture and or edibles, probably from rosin. It just seems to make sense rather than doing a nasty crude extraction using alcohol. The only trouble is I believe I sacrifice yield but then the flip side Is it would be less because there is less nasty shit. So I havnt narrowed down a specific breeder yet but iv been looking at a few. I was also looking at 1:1 CBD/CBG strains but they said they need more breeding before it brings the cbg ratios up in the majority of plants as it’s meant for people planting hundreds of seeds (from what I can gather). I received Fastbuds LSD-25, purple lemonade, chemdawg and I dunno something else but I’m kind of uninterested in growing them atm so they’ll stay in the vault. (which is growing pretty big now lol) To satisfy my purple craving I will be growing the sweet seeds Tropicanna poison as it looks banging and iv wanted to grow it since I sort of half grew the Dutch passion critical orange punch. So a long time. I will also be narrowing down two strains from the EU humboldt site. I intend to order tomorrow evening when I get paid as I’m always paranoid of them selling out. This is the only time iv really slowed down to choose what I want to grow. Also this is the first time iv chosen based on flavour first. I intend to cover sweet, sour, Chem and citrus with probably 4 THC dom strains and then the cbg variety also. I’m interested in starting to look at KNF but mainly from a vegetable plot perspective atm. I’m happy and comfortable using salt based nutrients now I’m not paying a lot for them and I’m not buying into the whole shipping a load of water philophosy - I do realise it can only get me so far tho. I do believe my allotment is a good place to start as I’m not reliant upon it. So if my practices don’t work it’s not as big of a deal to me. I rely on my cannabis crop - I can’t say the same about my veg yet.

Since the humidity stayed at a very high level, it was only a matter of time...HORROR!😱 I FOUND BUD-ROT! 😭 On day 73 (=Flowering Day 49) I spotted a white fuzz on my ZHEETOS #2 plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS. I took it out and inspected her closer and found budrot on the main stem and in the main bud. I immediately cut off the infected parts and tried to save the rest of the plant. (see first video above) Since I do NOT want to spray my plants with any chemicals, because they are my medicine, I resort to UV-C light. I use the CLEANLIGHT HOBBY UNIT (a UV-C plant protection light from the Netherlands, that kills bacteria, viruses and fungi) and shine the UV-C light on all my plants and the soil-surface in the pots (see second video above). This will kill all the remaining spores of bud-rot (which are a kind of fungus) in my closet and stop it from further spreading to my other plants. I also immediately stop giving any BIO NOVA nutrients from this moment on, although the plants LOVE THEM. But I have to do this in order to flush the plants before harvesting them. I cannot risk and wait until the plants are fully matured, I have to do an emergency flush and harvest as soon as possible, so I dont loose the rest of my medicine to bud-rot. Hold your thumbs that I can save them for a week longer...👍

💙 Project Blue Tent – Week 10 Blue Waffle F1 – Pheno B 🌸 Let Her Do Her Thing Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter inside Project Blue Tent! 💙🌱 If you've been following this project, you'll know that the last few weeks have been full of action. Long vegetative growth. Aggressive stretching. SCROG training. A second SCROG. Major defoliation. Moving the ventilation system. Raising the LEDs. Improving airflow. Adjusting the nutrition. We certainly haven't been standing around doing nothing. 😂 But this week? We're doing something very different. We're watching. And honestly... when I look at Blue Waffle F1 Pheno B right now, I don't think she needs me doing much else. 🌿 PHENO B – LET HER DO HER THING Pheno B is looking absolutely beautiful. She's sitting at approximately 145 cm and has developed a fantastic flowering structure after the work we carried out over the previous weeks. And this is where I think patience becomes one of the most important tools a grower has. We made the big interventions. We opened the canopy. We removed unnecessary congestion. We added the second SCROG. We created more vertical space. We improved the airflow. We gave the branches additional support. Now the plant needs time to respond. There is no point constantly changing things simply because we feel like we should be doing something. Sometimes... the best intervention is no intervention. 😂💙 So this week, we're letting Pheno B recover, settle into her new structure, and continue putting her energy into flowering. And she's doing a beautiful job of it. 🌸 THE RESULTS OF THE PREVIOUS WEEKS One of the most satisfying things about this week is being able to look back at the work we performed earlier and actually see the results. The heavy defoliation dramatically changed the structure of the plant. At the time, it was a big decision. The canopy had become extremely dense, and we needed to create more space between the branches and flowering sites. But the goal was never simply to remove leaves. The goal was to make the plant more manageable. Now we're seeing the benefit. The structure is much easier to read. The flowering sites are more visible. Air can move through the plant more freely. The branches have room to develop. And Pheno B doesn't look like she's missing the foliage we removed. She's simply continuing forward. That's exactly what we wanted. 🌿 This is one of those moments where you have to trust the work you did several weeks earlier. You can't rush this part. You just watch. 💡 INTRODUCING LUMIFLORA UNDER-CANOPY LIGHTING There is, however, one new addition to the ecosystem this week. The **LumiFlora 150W full-spectrum under-canopy light** is now officially part of the experiment. And with Pheno B's size, I think the timing makes perfect sense. The main LEDs are doing an excellent job illuminating the upper canopy. But these plants have developed so much vertical structure that the lower portions naturally receive considerably less direct light. That's simply the nature of a large, dense flowering plant. So instead of continuing to remove more foliage simply to chase light penetration, we're trying another approach. We're bringing some light to the lower canopy. The LumiFlora is a **150W full-spectrum fixture**, with additional red emphasis, and we're positioning it underneath the canopy as supplemental lighting. The main fixtures remain responsible for the primary light source. The LumiFlora is there to complement them. I'm particularly interested in watching how the lower flowering sites develop now that they're receiving additional supplemental light from underneath. This isn't about replacing the overhead lighting. It's about giving the lower part of this very large plant another opportunity to receive useful light. And now... we watch. 💡🌱🌸 🕸️ THE SECOND SCROG IS DOING ITS JOB The second SCROG is another part of the setup that I'm very happy with. Pheno B has a lot of vertical growth, and as the flowers continue to develop and gain weight, having that additional support becomes increasingly valuable. The first SCROG helped us organize the plant. The second SCROG is now helping support the flowering structure. It's a simple concept, but with plants this size, that additional layer of support makes a huge difference. We're no longer trying to force the plant into a particular shape. We're simply giving the branches somewhere to rest and something to support them as they develop. And that's exactly where I want to be at this stage. 🌬️ AIRFLOW – KEEPING THINGS MOVING The airflow system is also staying exactly where it is. We've got airflow working above and below the canopy, helping keep the entire structure moving. That's particularly important now that we've introduced supplemental lighting underneath the plants. The goal is to keep the lower canopy from becoming stagnant while maintaining good circulation throughout the upper flowering structure. Again... nothing dramatic. Nothing complicated. Just consistent airflow and a stable environment. And that's another reason why I'm not changing much this week. The system is working. So let it work. NUTRITION – NO NEED TO CHASE NUMBERS The feeding program remains consistent as well. The girls are continuing with the PLAGRON Hydro program: PLAGRON Hydro A — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro B — 2.2 ml/L 🌱 PLAGRON Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L 🌸 PLAGRON Power Buds — 1 ml/L pH adjusted as required The plants are responding beautifully, so there is no reason to start changing things just for the sake of changing them. They're growing. They're flowering. They're drinking. They're healthy. So we continue. That's the approach now. Consistency. Observation. Adjustment only when the plants actually ask for it. 🌸 THIS WEEK IS ABOUT PATIENCE If I had to describe this week's update in one word, it would probably be: Patience. 😂💙 We've done so much over the previous weeks that it's tempting to keep doing more. But the plants don't necessarily need more intervention. They need time. Time to recover from the defoliation. Time to settle into the second SCROG. Time to continue flowering. Time to respond to the new lighting arrangement. And time to show us what all the previous work has accomplished. That's what we're doing now. We're watching. 🌿 PHENO B IS SHOWING US THE RESULTS Looking at Pheno B today, I can see the results of the entire process. The long vegetative period gave her the structure. The first SCROG organized the growth. The flowering stretch tested the limits of the room. The defoliation opened everything up. The second SCROG gave the branches support. The ventilation changes created more vertical space. The additional fan improved circulation. And now the LumiFlora is providing supplemental light underneath the canopy. It's almost like we're finally reaching the point where all those individual decisions are becoming one complete system. And Pheno B is right in the middle of it. 🌸 She's not asking for another big intervention. She's asking for time. Pheno B is sharing the exact same environment as her sisters. Same room. Same lighting. Same irrigation. Same nutrition. Same environmental targets. Same cultivation philosophy. And yet... she is still Pheno B. She has her own structure. Her own rhythm. Her own way of filling the space. That's exactly why we're documenting these plants individually. We don't just want to know how Blue Waffle F1 performs. We want to see how each individual phenotype expresses herself under the same conditions. And Pheno B is giving us a very interesting chapter. 🌸 FROM GROWING TO FINISHING We're now moving further away from the training phase and deeper into the finishing phase. The structure has been established. The canopy has been managed. The support system is in place. The environment is stable. The nutrition is consistent. The airflow is moving. And now the flowers get to become the main story. That's why I'm deliberately resisting the temptation to keep changing things. We've already done the work. Now it's time to see what the plant does with it. 💡 The LumiFlora gives us one new variable to observe. Everything else? We're keeping steady. Day 36 First day of the final week of vegetation. Originally I was planning on vegging another few weeks but since the right girl already has a bigger bush than a 70s pornstar I'll flip soon, before space will be an issue. Preferably I'd veg the left girl longer as she is still lagging in size but it's too big of a mission to set up my second tent and move her over there. Super easy day today, all I did was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.1 water as well as tightening a few LST wires. Day 37 All I did today was to tighten some LST wires, removing some more leaves down low on the plants, and watered the girls with pH 6.6 water. The left girl got around 2 liters and the right one only got a liter since she wasn't all that dry considering that she was watered yesterday. I also started brewing some compost tea to feed to the girls tomorrow. I used the same recipe as previously: worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, and some molasses. Day 38 Open the tent today and was met by a surprise - one of the tops on the left girl had broken off. I tightened the LST wires yesterday and all was ok when I closed up the tent but I guess that I had tightened a bit too much so the top eventually broke. Sigh. Wasn't planning on topping again this week but yeah, gotta roll with it. Maybe I move one of the girls to the second tent after all. We'll see. All I did in the tent today was to feed the girls some compost tea. Each girl got around 0.5-liter tea as a foliar spray and then an additional 2.5 liters in the pot. True to form I naturally forgot to pH the tea. No idea why I always seem to forget to pH my compost tea but I really should make an effort to remember it next time. Day 39 All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water. She is so much bigger than the small plant so she drinks a lot more. Currently, I'm watering around 10% of the pot volume per day. I'm pretty sure I will move out the petite girl and put her in my small drying tent and keep the right beast in my main tent as I'm kinda curious to see the yield I will get from her when she can spread out properly. I have already ordered another grow light and it should arrive tomorrow. Day 40 Today was a busy day in the tent as one of the girls moved out to her new home. Before I go into details, I should take a step back and explain my setup. I have this tiny tent that is 40x40x120 cm big (16x16x48 inches) that I use as a drying tent. It has a circulation fan, an extraction fan, a carbon filter, a temp/humidity monitor, and an inkbird humidity controller to control everything. I have been considering turning it into a small grow tent to fool around and see what I can grow in such a small space. I've always been fascinated by small challenges, to see what you can accomplish within strictly set (and small!) boundaries — both in size and in budget. I was planning on setting up this tent after the summer, but as I'm running out of space in my main tent, it seems like a good idea to do it now instead. The only thing the tent lacks to start growing is a light, and I already have a ViparSpectra P600 light, but it is currently used for my chilis and tomatoes while they are waiting to move outside. So I bought a new low-budget light to use with the veggies and move in the ViparSpectra light into the tent. The P600 is also a budget light, but I'm hopeful that it will still work well in such a small space. After putting in the light in the tent and measuring the PAR level, it looks like the ViparSpectra is more than up to the challenge as I had to dim the light not to fry the canopy below. The entire build with everything in it (tent, light, fans, carbon filter, etc.) is well below 250 euros. So about half of what one of the lights in my main tent costs. lol. Once the light was installed in the tent, it was time to move the left girl. First, I carefully removed the scrog net, and it was pretty easy as the plants hadn't grown into the net yet. The small tent has a tiny door that it was a challenge to get the girl in but with some help from my girlfriend and some brute force; the plant went in. It is very tight in there, and I will have to do some selective pruning for sure, but I'll do that over the weekend. In the main tent, I moved the girl into the center and put back the scrog net. I will have to train her further to fill up the space entirely, so maybe I do another week of veg after all. I'll work on her over the weekend as well and see where I'm at on Monday. I adjusted the lights to read similar PAR levels at canopy level in both tents, but once I go into flower, I'll bump up the main tent as I have CO2 in there, so the girl should be able to handle more light and heat. Finally, I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.1 water. I had to use the ultrawide lens on my phone to capture each plant in the photos. Fun to finally use that lens :) Day 41 Today I moved the small tent back into its stealth location, another IKEA wardrobe. There's no real risk that anyone would discover my grow but I still prefer to keep everything as hidden as possible. Watered the girls, each one with 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. I also removed all LST wires from both plants but attached some new ones for the right girl. (I'm going to keep calling them left and right even though they aren't in the same tent anymore.) Finally, I defoliated the bottom of the left girl. That's it. All in all, a really chilled day. Day 42 Today was the last day of week 6 of vegetation. I know I said earlier this week that this would be the last week of vegetation, but I might veg the right girl another week. To give her a bit more time to fill out the tent. I'll decide that tomorrow, but in any case, I'll flip the left girl as her tent is so tiny, and I don't want her to get any larger. The left girl is now 38 cm tall, and the right girl is 46 cm tall. The right girl got 4 liters of pH 6.1 water today as she is sooo thirsty right now, but the left girl didn't need any today, so I left her alone. I started brewing some compost tea (worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, and molasses) as I want to do one final foliar feed tomorrow before sending the girls into flower.

The summer is here. Black cream showing some colors but not what i imagine. But with out a dought some of the best buds i Have seen. Shes know senescence. Just let the lower buds get some power in 2 more weeks shes done. Im liking a lot the way CoshKush is going Very promissing branchs and a inner purple color to the picilis. Lets se as she fatns. Weeding Cake its looking like shes reduced grow speed. Like the tick piscilis now starting to go orange Bomberry looked so promessing in vege and now not so much. Late as allways.... Today is day 72 from seed!! This week went real well , 2 of the Forbiddin Runtz have been getting flushed an the rest will also start flush through this next week, I can’t believe the smell of this combo strain,, super fruity smelling an all are super sticky!! Stay tuned for next week yall !

Quick update on Fractal #2! This week: • Stretching phase almost complete! • Reached 1 meter in height - impressive growth! 📏 • Flowers starting to bulk up • Fed with Thicker & Bigger Flowers at 1/3 dose

We got unlucky this week... We were gone for a short vacation over the weekend. We came back late int the night on Sunday. Looking inside the tent, the leaves on one bud of Middleman looked weird. When we saw that at first, I was pretty sure that we have bud rot. However there was no energy left in us to do anything with the plants. So we took a closer look the next day. On Monday, checking with the lights on, the bud on Middleman looked bad. We opened it up, revealing mold in the early to mid stages of Botrytis. Looking back, there were signs of this on the day we left, but unluckily we didnt notice it. Funny enough, this was actually my favorite shoot out of all plants, since it looked so good overall and I looked at this particular shoot more than any other :/. We keep it going. Other buds look good for now and we dont have long to go.

Day 33 she’s beautiful and flowering and doing all she can do. She is in recycle soil for the first time ever. I didn’t wanna waste a ton of money on soil for my last grow before break. But she’s so impressive and persistent. Happy ladies are my favorite. Big and beautiful.

She’s looking much much happier in flowering! I’m not sure how but I’ve grown her bigger than she is rated for maximum height. The end of this week she was 60” or 152cm tall, her rated maximum height was 39” or 100cm so I’m a good 50% taller than rated!!

Can’t wait to see what week 8 brings

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻.
