You've light imbalance in PH. also, what's that white substance? It'll act like a coating blocking your Stomata vents bud. Give your leaves a wipe
You can either hard flush. (Wouldn't advise) do what I'm doing. You'll come into harder ph signs. Slowly change your ph if in soil. 6.5-6.7 the latter been optimal.
