Week 4: Continued Growth and Training Hello dear Weed friends, welcome to my fourth weekly report on my exciting grow with four different strains: Lemon Gelato, Orange Sherbert, Apple Fritter and Bruce Banner. This week I learned a lot and continued to care for and promote my plants. I took the following steps: I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to all plants to improve their shape and let more light reach the lower branches. I topped the Apple Fritter several times, as it grows the fastest . I hope that this will result in many thick buds. I topped the other three strains only on the main stem to allow them more side branches. The plants look good, even though I sometimes doubt whether I am doing everything right. But I am confident that they will be even stronger and more beautiful in 1-2 weeks. My next goal is to repot the plants in larger pots in 2 weeks and attach a net in the tent. This should help me distribute the plants evenly and use the space optimally. I also want to avoid having such a mess in the tent as last time. That made harvesting very difficult. Another highlight this week was buying a new lamp: the Lumatek 300 Watt Pro Edition. This lamp is simply fantastic! It has a great illumination, a high efficiency and a cool look. It looks like a UFO! I am very happy with this investment and gave my old lamp to my brother. So it stays in the family. I water my plants as needed with 1 liter of water each, to which I add 100 percent of the recommended fertilizer schedule. I use all options of the fertilizer, which you can read in the fertilizer directory. I would also like to show you my timelapse video that I have been making since the first week. The video shows you how my plants have changed from week to week. It is really impressive to see how they have grown. I will update the video every four weeks and show you the latest video. week 7 flowering. the smell is all over the house i hope to harvest next week. i think they both got another 2 weeks left, not much of yellowing in the leaves but they get more to the yellow side here and there. the branches need support, very dense and heavy buds. next week i will chek the trichomes and decide to go another week or cut them down. what are your toughts on harvest time by watchong these pictures/vid ?

Thelma (2 gal) has a massive fade setting in, only a handful of ambers though. I start her flush this week and will chop in 2 weeks, assuming the number of ambers has multiplied bigtime by then. Louise (3 gal) is looking nice and healthy and I'm looking forward to compare harvests between both, she's a week younger. So close!!

Day 15 since seed touched soil. All is going amazing. Yesterday topped them up a bit. Stems looks lanky, would expect stronger by now, but generally girls fly ! Off course i watered them straight after goodies were rubbed into top soil. Great White - 4 g sprinkled around for each plant BioSys same amount. Ecothrive Bio Blend - 200 grams added to each pot. Bomb should be my back up plan, but she is behind, like 3-4 days to other two girls, now on Day 16, she looks better, they grow each day a lot, but she is still the smallest babe ;) Lights are still on 40%, Mars as always has great products for growers. Think this week i will start some training. Day 19. Yesterday girl got 600ml. She is way smaller than other two, maybe even no training will be done to her. Other two gets LST tomorrow. Day 20. First LST. Watering straight after, plus Biobizz Leaf Coat shower. Approx 2 liters went in, first big saturation. Happy Growing !!!

What should i say. My fear was reasonable. Even so i sprayed Purolyt and fed Silic Rock, i found mildew on day 75. I gave her another chance and wanted to wait until i woulkd find another place with mildew.

She's starting to bulk up, and I've cut my nutrients back in anticipation of the flush. She is a beauty and I love the colors she is displaying. I'm starting to get a distinct smell of burnt tires and rotten organic from her, with just a hint of sweetness. I love the smell! I added some plant ties this week to hold some of her branches up. Many of her branches are starting to droop under the weight of the buds, but nothing I can't handle. No problems this week and she is looking great.

Started LST on day 64, trimmed & added 2nd light panel on day 68.

Solid week, no temp or humidity spikes, drinking a gallon every 4 days instead of 5. Getting super frosty and bulking well.

There is definitely some deficiencies present. I had planned on doing a flip to flower however this will put me off for another week or two while I correct any nutritional problem. Other than that they look good, very bushy. What do you guys think? Am I going to have a good 1212?

DAY 63 THE FINALE !!!!! Howdy all. I hope we are all well and in the green. This has been a very interesting and rewarding journey for me in so many ways on this journal. I have had the opportunity to run a seed of my own which has been a brilliant result from what I am looking at as I type this. It stayed really squat and has produced some somid hand grenade sized buds that smell of a diesel and fruit combination. I also picked up the lemon from her pollen chuckers genetics too. Should be an interesting cure I hope. I did find a couple of bud rot spots that had to be pulled out but with her density I am not shocked at all. I will be using the dehumidifier for their dry for sure. The Northern lights autos have also finished nicely too and I do think could go a little longer with a push but time is up and the next run is looming !!!!!!. She has some great sized spiked colas to enjoy my attention everytime I go in the room . Just like the other girl , she did have a couple of mould spots that had to be taken out but not too much of a loss thankfully. Her mutant sister will also be put into her dark 48hrs along with these as she is also done now. She has a lot less to harvest but looks so sweet and potent up close to the buds now. I took the Gorilla cookies out earlier in the week as they had finished perfectly. After 48hrs dark I used the bowl trimmer to help with time and get her off the stalks as I did find some mould on them too. Recent environmental changing has bought RH issues to the front again. They have given up some great smelling and solid nuggets that are now starting their drying out period in the nets. The rest of the ladies will be joining them later in the week until I can do a harvest report and my opinion of this amazing light unit from viparspectra. With new projects afoot and lots of re jigging to accommodate them , I am looking forward to the next few runs too. I hope you will join me for the fun and always welcome comments and ideas too. Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).
