July 27: staring week 7 and she seems to be preflowering but I’m going to force flower this auto by sticking it in the dark garage with my photoperiod plants. The change to 12 h of darkness for a couple weeks should kick it into flowering mode. I’ve seen a few growers commenting that their Auto Overdose wasn’t auto flowering and I don’t want to wait any longer to find out. It’s the end of July and things need to be flowering by now to finish in time before winter. The stem I broke a few days ago is showing signs of life and looks like it will more or less recover. Update: Changed my mind and removed stem as it was slowing overall growth. Cut the loss and move forward. C’est La vie, etc. July 28: plant has an okay shape considering I broke a stem. Nice lower branches came up after the plant was topped. Looks promising. July 31: looking good. Removed a single large fan leaf at the top that was shading too many bud sites.

7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. I LIFTED THEM AND FELT THE SOIL IN THE BAGS. I DECIDED ON WATERING AS PLANNED EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT HAVE MADE IT UNTIL NORNING. THIS WAS MY WATERING DAY ANYWAY. HOWEVER I ONLY WATERED 1 GAL PER 20 1.5 FOR 30 AND .5 FOR 10. I THINK THAT WILL WORK OUT GREAT WITH THE UPCOMING COOLER TEMPS. IT WAS SO HOT. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD. 7/8 Finally that hot streak has broken. It's in the 70s and it rained a little last night. Had to use an iPhone and send it to me because my phone was dead. My plan worked out great and everything is looking fantastic. We may get some rain tonight but I'll be watching the forecast. I DO need to feed and may do that. I might wait until next week. I also need to figure out what to do about that four lined plant bug. The birds that perch on my cage do a good job getting pests. Knock on wood I haven't seen many. I killed one pillar and there's just that four lined plant bug. That's really the only damage. I'd Hate to spray my girls with a bunch of shit over ONE bug. We shall see and I'll keep this updated.

The Gorilla Melon has officially moved outside in the beggining of the week. She adapted instantly to the natural sunlight and breeze, looking extremely vibrant. Her Sativa genetics are definitely showing with some solid node spacing, but she is also thickening up her main stem and pushing plenty of new growth in the lower nodes. Applied a fresh batch of nematodes last night to keep the organic substrate 100% clean from any outdoor pests right from the start. The plant is full of energy. Waiting just until tomorrow morning to top her above the 4th or 5th node.

First week of vegatative growth still on the small side but going smoothly overall. Water every 2-3 days depending how dry it gets and then re-watering with 190 ppm all purpose plant food once this week then other times with water again. pH averaging around 6.2 but still having some issue with pH. Will top one or them next week and attempt mainlining

It seems this little lady is the purple leaved geno type, And has already started too show her colours, I really pumped the nutrients this week as you can see, At the end of this week a stopped giving the plant these addavitves More roots, Humic acid, Growzyime, Fast bud folar spray, And big buds, And have now started too raise the house & Garden A&B soil feed and also there budXL I also started off early but as a trace amount of there top shooter, By the end of week I intend on giving them the full recommended of each and only be giving them the house and garden range at full streingh, I will then wait for the first Amber tricomb then instant flush feeds, Hopefully I get two weeks from that stage but it is often genetic so as long as I get at least one week and at least 3 feeds of water only then I'm happy

Great grow, dealt with some pests that took a few plants from me . But overall my best grow quality so far and I’m very happy with the grow!

Healthy all around with the exception of one auto that got too frequent of a watering, resulting in N buildup. No worries, quick fix, and she'll have suffered little stress in the grand scheme of it all. Mothers looking vibrant af. First set of clones to be taken on May 1st, then a second set a few days later. Mothers will then be gifted to outdoor growers. One auto will be sprayed with colloidal silver next week to induce pollen for future auto crosses. Two mothers will be kept in a separate roof to get silver spray as well, the resulting pollen to cross with this years 2 phenos to create 2021 fems

Tank clean and flush on day 4, Flush on day 5 and 6th day I pulled the freebie down and left two decent sized flowers on them to keep the roots alive. Straight after cutting them I added the nutrition back to normal. My plants did not show hardly any yellowing during the flush days. I wet trimmed the plant and hung upside down. I left everything on the stem so no loose buds. Everything with trichomes was bagged and put in the freezer.

Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.
