Week 10 is in the books for the gorilla gas and the tent is filled with a skunky piney aroma. Very strong. All the plants have filled out tremendously and now I'm just waiting for the trichomes to turn a little amber. Once we have about 10% I'll chop them down. Thinking about doing a 48 hour dark period also before the chop. Thanks for following along!

Still no flower signs Let’s wait more

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

Really big monster with big yield powder. Beauty green colors. She is very leafy so I recommend some defoliation. I will upload more details when it will be cured. Also I will upload smoke review and dry weigh.

This week has been good, pistils started showing up on the 27th. Just watering with ph'd dechlorinated tap water. I bought lst wire but I'm not too sure if I did lst the best way but there are about 6 side branches with tops and 5 more on the way. Im probably going to be switching my 50% veg 20% bloom, to a 50/50 consuming 190 true watts from the wall next week.

day 15 of blooming... streching is on full force and getting bigger by the day.... tent is filling up nicely. at the end of the week 3 will do a defoliation for a better airflow and light exposure.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. At the beginning of week 12 she still seems to get bigger buds every day... I can't wait to see how much this will be later on when dried :D But that'll last a few more days (between 21-34 to be exactly). She's still getting bigger buds at the middle of week 12. Just wonderful :D
