Week 8 of flowering, Biscotti mints 2 looks more close to the end than Biscotti mints 1. Both very frosty, smelling really good. It’s been 1 week since I flushed them 😍 Looking at the trichomes they are close to the stage I like(around 20-30% amber) so I will harvest them.. probably 1 more week. Overall really happy with what I am seeing 🤩 can’t wait to smoke it 🤪

First off, I hope all who visit this journal watch the timelapse. I'm very happy with how it turned out. The GSC is in the foreground. Comparing the beginning to the end shows just how dramatically my plant has grown in the past week. This plant now has a photo-period neighbor! I have changed the light schedule back to 18-6 to accommodate. Her chronicles will be in a separate journal. Towards the end of week two, I noticed the leaves were forming brown spots that I took as a sign of calcium deficiency. To treat this, I used a gallon of (hard) tap water, adding calcium to the reservoir. Luckily this seems to have done the trick! The spots have been absent on all subsequent leaf growth. Sometime in the middle of this week, I had to re balance the pH from ~7 to ~6. Perhaps this pH fluctuation came from the tap water transfusion. In an effort to raise the RH in the tent, I've repetitively spilled a small amount of water on the floor of the tent. Doing this keeps the RH around 45-50%. I've made some other small changes to my grow setup as shown in the pictures. Prior to this week, I'd thought my plant was hopelessly behind developmentally compared to other user's because I'd compare their week two plants to mine. Luckily, this week has seen some growth! It's crazy how fast they shoot off after their first three-fingered leaves form. The first "real" set of leaves to grow in (not three-fingered yet), seemed to take forever to grow into their full size while not much else (besides the roots) seemed to grow. This week's three-pointed leaves have practically fully formed already. Alongside them, are the beginnings of yet more leaves! I'm not certain what I will do this next week. I may start LSTing this plant, though I'm not sure when exactly I should do this. My original plan for my plants was to implement a screen of green using a trellis. I have sense realized this may not be the best approach while using a DWC, because water changed would be made much more difficult. Have any of you DWC growers experiment with this? Is it worthwhile? I will likely not replace the water for another week, though that's not set in stone. I appreciate any advise regarding the training techniques I mentioned, water switch outs and anything else that may be relevant to this grow. I will more than likely ask a few designated questions. Smoke Report: man this girl was so sweet I loved her more than her sister this one test more like the Resin I pressed from her sister same flavor profile, smooth sweet and a bit of spicy, enjoyed growing here and smoking her so much that I all most forgot to finish the diary I just smoke her up jar after another 😅

Great week, growing really fast and strong. might of went a bit strong on the nutrients but no complaints here. End of week 4. I low stress train and tuck the leaves

D35 - The first day in the fifth week of veg for #2 and the fourth for #1. I gave both girls around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.3. I topped the second girl for the second time today, six days after her first topping, and I will top the first girl for the first time tomorrow. I also removed the large fan leaves from her fourth node as they have served their purpose. D36 - Today, it was time to top the first girl for the first time. Exactly one week after the second girl. She had grown a lot in four weeks to a height of 33 cm and a massive 50 cm wide, looking luscious and very healthy. I topped her the same way as the second girl, just above the fourth node, and removed everything below it. I stripped her down to the bare essentials and honestly felt a bit bad for doing that to her. I didn't keep any clones this time, as I still have the clones from the second girl. I might take a cut from her later, though, considering how vigorous she grew. Finally, I gave her around 1.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D40 - The first girl has recovered well from her abuse a few days ago, and I should be able to top her again in a couple of days. The second girl is still a few days out from her third topping. D41 - The end of the fourth week of veg for the first girl and the fifth week for the second girl. Sorry about the porno-light pics. I was a bit late, and my lights had already gone into sunset mode.

Dried the flower for 10 days, and got 184.9 grams (roughly 3.3 ounces per plant which is smaller than I expected, but it is what it is) Curing now and i'm sure the quality will be amazing.

Esta semana está empezando a crear unas buenas porras de cogollos que se ven que tienen muy buena pinta 🔥 El ritmo que tiene es bastante bueno y parece que tiene mucha fuerza 💪 Hemos mantenido los valores en la misma linea exceptuando la humedad que la hemos bajado un 10%.

Week 3 for the solo is officially complete. She's been growing with no trouble. Root development has been excellent. As you can see, I decided to mainline. Seeing as she's in a solo cup, I'm not too worried about stunting. I'm horrible at measuring the water intake, but the cup needs to be watered daily. It's as lite as a feather everyday.

starting to grow normally after recovery. Will be doing more LST and FIM'ing the near future. Hopefully wont need much more veg time. Going to try and stimulate growth this week with some natural products
