So she got the chop 2 weeks prior to what I wanted, but I did not lollipop enough doing this Scrog and suffered high humidity, lack of airflow and as a result lost 4 tops... Out of 16 big ones. But I have harvest, wet trimmed and left to hang dry in a room on clothes drier. Room circulation fan on low, and temp is 22c with 51% humidity. Aiming for a 10day dry it maybe sooner. week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

LSD × Zamnesia — Week 6 From Seed (Week 2 of Flower / Early Pre-Flower) Quick recap for anyone just joining We’re at Week 6 from seed, which we’re counting as Week 2 of flower. Plants were grown 12/12 from seed, with only leaf tucking and very light bending, no topping, no hard training, no defoliation so far. The goal with this run is maximum natural expression of the genetics, not shape enforcement. This week marks the transition into pre-flower: stretch is active, structure is being decided, and the plants are still very much setting their architecture. ⸻ Room & Environmental Conditions (Stabilized This Week) After some fluctuations earlier, conditions are now much more stable, and the plants are clearly responding well. • Temperature: ~27.5 °C • Humidity: ~65% • CO₂: ~900 ppm • PPFD: ~600–850 • Smaller plants: ~600–700 • Taller plants: up to ~800–850 • Plants are managing light by growing into the photons naturally • Nutrients: • Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom • Following the Plagron feeding schedule • This was the only change made • Watering: • pH: 6.5 • EC: 2.4 • Root / Reservoir Temperature: • ~17 °C (a bit on the cold side, acknowledged) • Plants are adapting well and showing no negative response so far ⸻ Plant Observations — LSD × Zamnesia Honestly… these girls look outstanding. Even though LSD is often described as a more indica-leaning hybrid, these plants are expressing a strong sativa-style structure: • Tall, upright growth • Dominant central main stem • Side branches present, but clearly secondary • Very uniform behavior across all plants → strong genetic consistency Each plant is showing roughly 12–14 nodes, with: • Lower branches well developed • Side branches about half the size of the main stem • No signs that side branches want to overtake the main cola This is important: 👉 this is not a training issue and not a phenotype split All seeds are behaving the same way, which tells us this is genetic expression, not grower influence. ⸻ Training & Defoliation — Why We’re Doing Nothing There has been: • ❌ No topping • ❌ No hard training • ❌ No defoliation Only: • ✔️ Leaf tucking • ✔️ Very light bending when needed Why? Because at this stage, we want to: • Let the plants decide their final structure • Observe whether this genetic wants: • One dominant main cola • With several secondary colas supported by under-canopy lighting This run is about listening, not forcing. At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Day 45 Good day frens... I think i had gave a bit to much nutes lol She was not drinkin a lot and she turned a bit light green here and there... I let her dry out for a couple days and she is fine again.. She is starting to add weight puffing up nice here and there.. We have some good weather this week so she will be verry happy...
