🍬 Candy Rain Auto by Zamnesia | Week 11 ✨ The Glamorous Survivor Is Bulking Up Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 Well... Our other solo survivor is still doing exactly what she has been doing from the beginning. Her own thing. 😂🍬 And honestly? I'm really starting to love the way this girl is developing. She's stacking. She's bulking. She's putting flowers absolutely everywhere. She's developing a beautiful structure. She's maintaining that gorgeous colour. And those pistils... Oh, those pistils. 😍 They're not the bright, almost pure white we're seeing on some of the other girls. They're starting to carry a warmer, slightly yellowish tone. And against that beautiful green foliage and developing flowers? It looks absolutely gorgeous. She's becoming one of those plants where you don't need anything dramatic to happen. You just walk in... look at her... and smile. Because she's doing beautifully. 🍬💚✨ ──────────────────────── ✨ THE SOLO SURVIVOR KEEPS SHINING ──────────────────────── I think by now we've officially moved past the "survivor" part of the story. 😂 She survived. She established herself. She grew. She flowered. And now? She's building. Big time. Candy Rain continues to develop at her own rhythm, and what I'm really enjoying this week is how much more substantial the flowering structure is becoming. She's not simply maintaining flowers anymore. She's building them. Stacking them. Bulking them. And filling her plant with them. This girl has flowers everywhere. 🌸🌸🌸 And somehow she still maintains that elegant, calm personality we've come to know. She's not screaming for attention. She's just quietly becoming more and more impressive. And honestly... that's a beautiful way to grow. ──────────────────────── 🌸 SHE'S STACKING ──────────────────────── This is probably the biggest thing catching my attention this week. The stacking. The flowers are building on top of the structure we've been watching develop over the previous weeks. Individual flowering sites are becoming increasingly substantial. The bud structures are becoming more defined. And when you look across the plant, you start seeing flowers everywhere you look. This is the point where all those earlier weeks of development start paying off visually. The framework was built. The flowers appeared. The flowers developed. And now they're beginning to bulk. It's really satisfying to watch. Because this isn't one impressive cola doing all the work. It's the whole plant participating. Flower after flower. Branch after branch. Stack after stack. 🍬🌸🔥 ──────────────────────── 💚 BUDS EVERYWHERE ──────────────────────── One of the things I really like about Candy Rain is how evenly she seems to be filling her space. Look around her... there are flowers everywhere. And that's what makes her so enjoyable to photograph. You can start with the whole plant. Then you find one branch. Then another. Then another flower. And suddenly you're wondering how you didn't notice all those flowers before. 😂📸 She's becoming increasingly full. The individual flowers are gaining presence. The structure is becoming more substantial. And the overall plant is starting to look like one beautiful flowering mass rather than simply a plant that happens to have flowers on it. She's getting there. And she's getting there beautifully. ──────────────────────── 🌼 THOSE PISTILS... ──────────────────────── Now let's talk about something I particularly noticed this week. The pistils. 😍 They're beautiful. But they're not the same bright white we're seeing on some of the other girls. Candy Rain is giving us a slightly warmer expression. A little more yellowish. A little more golden. And against the green foliage? It's stunning. There's something about that warmer tone that gives the flowers a completely different character. It's subtle. It's not screaming for attention. But once you notice it... you keep noticing it. And that's exactly what I love about phenotype hunting. Sometimes the differences aren't enormous. Sometimes they're little details. A slightly different colour. A slightly different structure. A different rhythm. A different way of stacking. And those little differences become part of the identity of the plant. Candy Rain has her own signature. 🍬🌼💚 ──────────────────────── ❄️ THE FROST IS STILL THERE ──────────────────────── And of course... we can't forget the resin. 😂❄️ The flowers continue developing that beautiful frosty character. The closer you look, the more detail appears. Trichomes. Pistils. Flower structure. Texture. All those little things happening simultaneously. And this is exactly where photography becomes dangerous again. 😂📸 You take one photograph. Then you see something interesting. So you move closer. Then you see even more. And before you know it, you've been staring at one flower for ten minutes. But that's the beauty of this stage. The plants are giving us more and more detail to discover. And Candy Rain has plenty. ──────────────────────── 🌿 BEAUTIFUL COLOUR, BEAUTIFUL CONTRAST ──────────────────────── Another thing I continue to really like about this girl is the colour. Those deep greens. The flowers developing against them. The warmer pistils. The frost developing across the flower surfaces. Everything is coming together beautifully. She's got that rich, almost classic flowering-plant appearance. Nothing feels out of place. Nothing is screaming for attention. It's simply... balanced. And sometimes balance is what makes a plant beautiful. Candy Rain doesn't need to be the strangest plant in the room. She doesn't need to be the tallest. She doesn't need to have the most unusual structure. She simply needs to be herself. And she's doing that extremely well. ──────────────────────── SAME ROOM. SAME WORLD. DIFFERENT STORY. ──────────────────────── And once again, we come back to the heart of the 8×8 Adventure. For anyone discovering this diary now: We're growing twelve different plants together under the same general ecosystem. Same room. Same lighting philosophy. Same 12/12 schedule. Same environmental strategy. Same general nutritional program. Same grower. Same attention. And yet... look at how differently they express themselves. Some stretch. Some stay compact. Some race ahead. Some take their time. Some become extremely frosty. Some build enormous structures. Some have unusual colours. And Candy Rain? She has become this beautiful, balanced, flower-loaded survivor who is now quietly bulking up all over the place. That's what makes this experiment so enjoyable. The environment gives them the opportunity. Genetics decide what they do with it. 🍬💚 ──────────────────────── 💡 MORE PHOTONS, SAME GIRL ──────────────────────── The lighting environment has also received its upgrade. We've added two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures to the room. When we first brought the extra lighting in, the available PPFD was higher than we wanted for our target. So rather than simply throwing everything at the plants... we reduced the output. We're now around: 💡 ~59% power from the plug with approximately: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy and naturally less depending on plant height and position. That's one of the things I really like about having more lighting capability. We don't have to run everything at maximum. We can have the photons available... and decide how many we actually want to use. And Candy Rain? She's receiving the same upgraded environment as everybody else. Same photons. Same room. Same conditions. And she's responding in her own way. 💡🌿🍬 ──────────────────────── ☀️ THE ARTIFICIAL SUN KEEPS SHINING ──────────────────────── There is something really fascinating about watching twelve plants receive essentially the same artificial sun... and then seeing twelve different interpretations of it. We give them photons. They decide what to do with them. 😂 Candy Rain is clearly putting hers to work. She's building flowers. She's stacking. She's bulking. She's maintaining beautiful foliage. And she's continuing to develop without asking us to reinvent the entire grow around her. That's exactly the kind of relationship I like with a plant. Provide. Observe. Adjust when necessary. And let the plant do the rest. 🌱☀️💚 ──────────────────────── ⚗️ NUTRITION – A LITTLE MORE FUEL ──────────────────────── The nutrition has also been adjusted together with the rest of the room. Terra Bloom has moved from: 🌱 2.2 ml/L → 2.3 ml/L while the rest of the flowering program remains: 🌱 Terra Bloom – 2.3 ml/L 🌱 Power Buds – 1 ml/L 🌱 Green Sensation – 1 ml/L 🌱 Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L ⚗️ pH adjustment as required That small increase has brought the solution strength up slightly. Current readings are around: ⚗️ pH – ~6.02 ⚡ EC – ~2.14 mS/cm And Candy Rain is responding beautifully. Again... nothing special just for her. No secret recipe. No different room. No special treatment. Same nutritional strategy as the rest of the girls. And she's taking it... and building. 🍬🌸 ──────────────────────── 🌡️ WEEK 11 – CURRENT CONDITIONS ──────────────────────── The room is currently sitting around: 🌸 Flowering: Week 11 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 🌡️ Day temperature: ~26.5°C 🌙 Night temperature: ~26°C 💧 Relative humidity: ~61% ⚗️ pH: ~6.02 ⚡ EC: ~2.14 mS/cm 💦 Nutrient solution temperature: ~25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: ~25°C 💨 CO₂: ~693 ppm ? Pot size: 15 L 💧 Irrigation: ~1.45 L/plant/24h Same room. Same environment. Same upgraded lighting. Same nutritional adjustment. Same overall strategy. And Candy Rain is continuing to show us her own interpretation. 🍬💚 ──────────────────────── 🌸 SHE'S BULKING NOW ──────────────────────── This is the part I'm really enjoying. We're moving beyond: "She's flowering." We're now seeing: "She's building flowers." And that's a different feeling. The flowers are gaining volume. The structures are becoming more substantial. The stacking is becoming more obvious. And there are so many of them. This is where the plant starts becoming visually rewarding in a completely different way. Earlier, we were watching for flower formation. Now we're watching what those flowers become. And Candy Rain is giving us plenty to watch. 🌸🔥 ──────────────────────── 🍬 THE GLAMOROUS SURVIVOR HAS EVOLVED ──────────────────────── Maybe "Glamorous Survivor" isn't quite enough anymore. 😂 Because now she's becoming: ✨ The Glamorous Survivor Who Came to Bulk. 😂🍬🌸 She survived. She established herself. She became beautiful. She entered flowering. She developed her structure. She stacked. And now... she's bulking. There's something very satisfying about seeing that progression. Especially because we never really knew what this girl was going to become when the adventure started. She was simply the one that remained. And now she's one of the plants I genuinely look forward to checking every week. That's a pretty good evolution. ──────────────────────── 📸 THE CAMERA IS GOING TO HAVE FUN ──────────────────────── With the way the flowers are developing now, I already know the camera is going to have plenty of work. Wide shots will show the overall structure. Closer shots will show the stacking. And macro? 😂 Macro is going to become dangerous again. Because those warmer pistils. Those developing trichomes. Those flower structures. That frost. The textures. All of it deserves a closer look. Candy Rain is becoming one of those plants where every step closer reveals something else. And I love that. ──────────────────────── 💚 NO NEED TO FORCE HER ──────────────────────── One thing hasn't changed. I'm still not trying to make her into something she's not. She's healthy. She's growing. She's flowering. She's stacking. She's bulking. She's maintaining beautiful colour. She's developing exactly as we'd like to see. So... why interfere unnecessarily? At this stage, sometimes the best thing a grower can do is simply keep the environment stable and let the plant finish expressing itself. We've already done the work needed to establish the structure. Now? Let her shine. Let her build. Let her show us what she's capable of. 🍬💚✨ ──────────────────────── 👑 SHE DOESN'T NEED THE CROWN ──────────────────────── And that's another thing I love about Candy Rain. She's not trying to win anything. She doesn't seem interested in competing with the other girls. She's just doing her own thing. Some of the girls are fighting for attention. Some are absolutely screaming: "LOOK AT ME!" 😂 Candy Rain? She's standing there with her beautiful flowers and warmer pistils like: "I'm good." 😂🍬 And honestly... that's enough. She doesn't need the crown. She just needs her spotlight. And this week... she's getting it. ──────────────────────── 🔍 WHAT AM I WATCHING NOW? ──────────────────────── At this point, my attention is going toward: 🌸 How much more will the flowers bulk? 🌿 How much more will the stacking develop? ❄️ How much more resin will appear? 🌼 How will those warmer pistil colours evolve? 💚 How will the foliage continue to look as the plant matures? And most importantly... how far will this beautiful survivor take her story? We're still not finished. There are still chapters left. So I'm simply watching. And enjoying. 🍬💚 ──────────────────────── ✨ LET HER SHINE ──────────────────────── So... Week 11. Candy Rain Auto. Our other solo survivor. And she's looking fantastic. She's stacking. She's bulking. She's developing flowers everywhere. She's building beautiful structure. She's becoming increasingly frosty. She's maintaining those gorgeous deep greens. And those slightly warmer, yellowish pistils are giving her a character all of her own. She's not trying to be another plant. She's not trying to match another phenotype. She's simply being Candy Rain. And honestly? I love it. 🍬💚✨ So let's make her shine. Let's give this girl the spotlight. Let's appreciate what she's building. And let's see how much more she has left to show us. ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU ──────────────────────── Another week. Another chapter. And another reminder that sometimes the most unexpected plants become some of the most enjoyable ones to follow. A huge thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us a place to document these journeys, share experiences and learn together. Thank you to Zamnesia for the genetics behind our beautiful Candy Rain survivor. Thank you to Plagron for the nutrition supporting the garden. Thank you to Future of Grow for providing the additional Black Series 600W fixtures and helping us expand the lighting capability of the room. 💡💚 Thank you to LumiFlora for helping bring additional light into the deeper parts of the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping keep the environment stable behind the scenes. And, of course... thank you to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. Every comment. Every question. Every observation. Every person who stops by to see what the girls are doing this week. It genuinely means a lot. And Candy Rain? Our solo survivor is still here. Still beautiful. Still growing. Still stacking. Still bulking. Still shining. And now... looking more and more like a girl who has decided she's going to make every flower count. 🍬🌸✨ She started this adventure simply because she was the one who remained. Now she's become one of the girls I genuinely enjoy watching every single week. The Glamorous Survivor. The Solo Survivor. The Flower-Loaded Survivor. And this week... the Bulking Survivor. 😂🍬💚 Let's keep watching. Let's keep documenting. Let's keep photographing. And let's let this beautiful girl continue doing what she does best. Growing in her own rhythm. Building in her own way. And shining without ever needing to ask for the spotlight. Because this week... the spotlight belongs to Candy Rain. 🍬✨💚👑 Growers Love, my friends, and happy growing! 🌱💚🍬

Critical purple kush is such an amazing plant. I got some great phenotypes from this batch. I have placed 5 of then into veg as mother's. I am astounded by the size of the buds on many of these plants. They are easily the largest I have ever grown. The smell if amazing like pineapples and fruit salad, the colors are phenomenal and show orange deep red pink purple green and more. I used super soil and they seemed to love it. I am very excited about my next round of purple kush because this one was so great. A few of these mother's will certainly be in my grow room for years to come.

The low-profile profile keeps tops well clear of the LED bars while maintaining even light spread across the tent. Structure & Training Progress: Main stalk training and low-stress ties have yielded a thick, wide structural base with multiple sub-canopy lateral branches reaching into the trellis frame. Flower Initiation & Health: Early pistil clusters are established at key bud sites across the upper canopy. Foliage presents consistent greening and active leaf posture. I swear just yesterday this thing was like two or three inches shorter. I just noticed that the AI thinks that my tense temperature was at 90°, when it was actually a 90 out of 99 score for the environment for flowering conditions. Just reiterating the fact that I should do these notes myself. It's insane how quickly it just caught up and evened out the whole canopy of the tent. It's beautiful I love it LOL happy growing friends✌️

I am very pleased to be the first to describe the cultivation of the “Kitsune Kush Automatik First Edition” variety from Zamnesia Seeds. The URL of the strain is https://www.zamnesia.com/uk/11404-zamnesia-seeds-kitsune-kush-auto.html?tab=use-points The Kitsune Kush Auto First Edition from Zamnesia Seeds comes in a very beautiful, elaborate packaging. The seeds are in a small glass bottle with a cork stopper. The kitsune cannot be purchased yet, you can only select them in the Zamnesia Tribe program. This makes the Kitsune very exclusive. Day 98: The Kitsune Kush Automatic First Edition from Zamnesia Seeds is entering its final week. She's become a real beauty. The flowers are thick, sticky, and firm, and they smell very sweet. I read somewhere that organically fertilized plants don't need to be flushed, so I'll try it right away. All plants in the apartment received SF nematodes today to combat fungus gnats, and the lacewing larvae to combat tripe and various aphids are hanging exclusively in the cannabis. Day 100: Here are the promised trichome pictures. As expected, there are hardly any clear trichomes left. The day after tomorrow is harvest day. Now I'll tell you where I get my knowledge about the optimal activities for my plants. It's from "Aussaattage from Maria Thun 2025," ISBN number 978-3-928636-80-3, now in issue 63, which is now published by Maria Thun's son Matthias. You can also order it directly from thun minus verlag dot com, it's inexpensive, and it's even available as an app (I don't have it). Unfortunately I don't know if there is an English edition right now. You can ask me, if you have questions about the calender. The Aussaattage are based on the actual planetary events that everything on Earth is exposed to. So if you want to do something good for yourself and your plants, make sure your weed receives the right care at the right time. With the code ZAMMIGROW2024 you get 20% discount on your order of Zamnesia seeds. 👍 Thank you for being interested in my progress. Check back if you want to see how things are going. ~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/19- Week 2 of flower is here for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she is looking fantastic! Our weather has finally cooled down and the daylight has dropped to just over 13 hours now. 8/21- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. 8/23- Luckily, with it's wide node spacing, there's not a lot to do with the Papaya Sherbet at this point except to keep her watered! She has not required any thinning out and has had only a few lower leaves turn yellow, which I promptly remove. Overall, this lady is a dream to grow, requiring little to no effort or maintenance! 8/25- There's the second week of flower on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I have great expectations for how this fine looking lady is going to turn out, as she has exceeded all my expectations so far! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏

As you can see, she is flowering. At a very good pace, which makes me think this is not a haze at all =( .. it's definitely not an auto flower and does not show sativa characteristics.. So we officially have on our hands, a mystery strain... I've reached out to the breeder, about it and have gotten no response with typically means they have no idea lol .. all good.Hope everyone is well.God bless and happy growing 🙏

Cloudy here today. Girls are taking on some nice colors due to the colder nights now. Went down to 2 here a couple of nights ago. Buds are starting to bulk up now. Had to fight a little PM I seen, so I sprayed them down with 60 parts water and 40 parts homogenized milk. All gone now., have to keep my eyes open for any more to start. If so, another blast will do them and that will give them enough time to finish up, without worrying any further...Thanks for all the looks and likes. People here are the best in the world. Thanks AMS for the opportunity to grow the best strains in the world...🙏

I have tasted some even though it is a little early for it to be fully cured. The smoke is very smooth, absolutely no throat hit but within seconds I get a great feeling at the top of my head and melts down to the rest of my body. Grandpa Larry should not operate machinery! Currently don’t have a scale... epic fail, hopefully I will update this with an approximation of yield.

Well unfortunately Misty was chopped ahead of schedule because on Monday morning I found the dread BUD ROT (Botrytis) infecting one of the side colas. I discarded that cola and am drying the rest.

d43 - 9.26 - Recovering quite nicely. Was able do just about all the training and trimming I want to before I switch to flower around the end of week 8. My Fast White Widows are definitely more ground hugging, while the Black Sugars are reachers, but still manageable. They have all been trained to best fit the recovery of each individual plant, so my canopy definitely isn't going to be even 😅Nonetheless, grateful they have been resilient little buggers and happy for the chance to take them flower, regardless of whether I'll have the picture perfect tent. 🙏 D47 - 9.30 - I lied. I had to train a little more. One BS cola was really outgrowing the rest, and the opposite side of plant had taken for damage from bug treatment two weeks ago so i HST'd it back and spread the other. Still planning to flower them in 7-14 days!

Upside down Kush was left in original pot, newwaver Kush was ripped with fingers from soil and transplanted to new pot, never will i have two plants in same pot ever again !!! And just couldn't throw out one ;))) Kushes got middle of the tent, think i will top them only, it will be too bushy with 11 heavily LST'ed plants. Think day 18 - first training day for 8 girls ;) Day 16. Girls are loving life - thats fact !. Now i have to rethink LST plan, thought to train them on day 18, but they grow so compact, that i have two options : A. Top them on 5 or 6 nod and train from there. B. Lift lights and induce vertical grow. But its such a tricky move, usually they repeate that overstreched patern even if you bombard them with light after ... C. Postpone LST to day 24-26. Never i did it so late, stem becomes very stiff, hard to bend her heavily ... Next few days will show ... Day 18. Girls are real beauty, they started to strech a bit, will give couple more days and will train them hard on monday. Day 20. Dice was rolled !!! LST !!! Girls are very compact, will be fun to veg them will have to plan well how to flatten up them. Kushes are behind, but i had to keep tent as dry as possible, need plants dry, otherwise stems crack from such heavy training. Put couple soft wires to lift leaves from soil .. Pure ph water and loads of spray now !!! Next few days will show ... Happy growing !!!
