Every single seed popped — we’re off to the races! Using my custom organic mix: Back to the Roots potting soil, worm castings, coco coir for airflow, and top-dressed with a mild manure blend. Temps hovering around 78°F, RH around 60% (shoutout to the damp towel trick 🙌). No domes anymore, just letting them adjust naturally. Cotyledons look strong, first set of leaves coming in hot. Watching like a hawk — and yeah, maybe talking to them a little. We’re growing bud, not just plants. Let’s gooo

Segunda semana desde el cambio de horario a 12/12h, la planta ha continuado estirándose, esta semana otros 10cm, pero no hay problema, porque ninguna planta va a pasar de los 70cm de altura que era mi objetivo inicial. La planta está con el metabolismo disparado, consume mucha agua de riego y los brotes florales comienzan a tomar protagonismo, las fuertes ramas están preparadas para soportar cogollos monstruosos, yo también! Por en cuanto estoy esperando pacientemente que todos los cultivos paren el estiramiento, creo que será en estos días, para hacer un importante cambio de luces y comenzar con mi arsenal de Bio Fertilizantes específicos para floración. Yo cultivo con luces intensas con temperaturas de color apropiadas en cada etapa, para provocar mayor fotosíntesis y favorecer al tiempo la compactación de la planta en crecimiento vegetativo y para producir cogollos muy grandes y densos en floración, a la vez, la mayor captación de energía provoca mayor consumo de agua y nutrientes, y si el sustrato y las raíces han llegado a floración preparadas, el sistema lo completo con control de temperatura/humedad y máxima aireación en la carpa de cultivo, lo cierto es que esta parte no me da problemas, pues mantengo la carpa muy aireada y fresca sin sobrepasar los 26°C en los ápices, la humedad en mi casa no es problema. Yo no le tengo miedo a la intensidad de luz y sólo soy precavido con la temperatura/humedad por la circunstancia de cultivar en interior y macetas, porque he vivido en diferentes lugares sub tropicales, he visto también cultivos de marihuana en África y he comprobado la intensidad de la luz solar, las luces artificiales son un mero juego comparadas con el sol, y el calor de esas zonas y como se desarrolla el cannabis espectacularmente! Esta temporada todas las plantas se muestran muy saludables y vigorosas, esta vez conseguí alejar mi impaciencia con relación a la cantidad de riego, los experimentos radicales y las altas concentraciones de Bio Nutrientes en la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo, y se nota. A partir de ahora las mezclas de riego cambian mucho, la planta en floración necesita más variedad de nutrientes y minerales que en la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo, donde necesita más cantidad pero de menos variedad de nutrientes y minerales. Con el último riego hice un aporte de una mezcla de enmiendas secas al sustrato, en ese mismo riego incluí melaza para dar energía extra a los Microorganismos y que comiencen a comer este aporte extra de materia orgánica, nutrientes y minerales. Esta temporada estoy limitando el uso de melaza en riegos, hasta ahora la usaba en todos y en cada uno de los riegos, desde el inicio hasta el final de los cultivos. pero esta temporada he usado la melaza sólo en las primeras semanas de cultivo para potenciar la proliferación de la Microbiología en el sustrato y la expansión de las raíces, y desde hace dos semanas dejé de añadir melaza cuando las plantas han tenido un volumen importante, ahora, del aporte de azúcares para dar energía a los MM se encargará la propia planta, no es que haya observado anomalías evidentes por el uso continuado de la melaza, pero no quiero influir en el sabor ni en los aromas originales de las plantas. Hello growers, I haven't shown you my plants for three weeks, I'm ashamed, I don't know what they are like, I let one dry and it weighs 5.68g, which is ridiculous... The second is still blooming and I have the impression that nothing will happen to it. .

I attempt to do an early SCROG but the plants are already too rigid for that, so i will train the branches and the trunk slowly to soften the tissues. My objectif is to do a U SCROG.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. June 20, 2022 Watered with 3 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. This may be the last watering. I checked each cola for amber and cloudy trichomes. There are about 5% of thr trichomes that are amber. There are about 50% that are cloudy. She is getting close. everything is going very well, the girls have developed, we have found a hermaphrodite, what a surprise my colleague got when he found one with eggs, what a scare! I saw a video of a Mexican whose technique consists of breaking the male balls and letting the flower clean and do it every day as soon as new shoots come out, there comes a time when they no longer grow and only the female hairs follow, I will see that That's how it goes, if I can, when I visit the indoor, a photo of the hermaphrodite will be taken, only one of the girls, I don't know if she got stressed or what happened, the others continue to flower normally, big beautiful females, I'm amazed, how many showed my first crop, I see it great what do you think friends

So I found my issue with my droopy leaves and light leaves. Not enough water and she wants more phosphorus. I up'ed my water time to 15 mins 7x a day. (Ebb & flow in clay pellets). This week she has gotten most of her green back but I feel it's delayed the flowering alittle. Maybe not. This is my 1st auto and it's only supposed to have a week left. We will see.

Start of week 6 of flowering for rhino number 2 Smooth as it can be will give her one more strong feed then will start flushing !!! The fade on her is beautiful loving it !!

Loved it!! Relatively easy going!! Couple off moments but not worth getting into but the smell!!! It’s not super strong where you smell it throughout the house when you burp the jars but she has a very (what I could only reference as sour, sweet and lemony, almost like that lemon pledge your mom use to clean the house with) smell but I love it!!!

Ok homies, here i did a topping cut on a , indica mix but a bit updated with some random yet a bit unstable yet updated that marked even more the phenos diferenced as there are clearly two stretchers maybe possesing a slighlty more sativa may happen sometimes on og kush family and expect too as are the more usual indica type, but i hope cut time are similar .It's quite in terms of growing stretch its very short and not good & the ideal if u need some that nor get tall fastly , but im getting into it as i intended tto give better usage on the net i use to not burn my leaf and bud as can be a hazzard on both veg and flower stretch that shit is controllable and im happen future with hopeful distribution . trying to learn from the previous grow 🎈🎂🍰🤙🔥💯 I got like a good reaction to feeding this challeging earth called organic life mix as im taming it by giving a more nitrogen update , including ca mg and at the same time spray them with barrier as both food and pest control uptake. They are far better also in terms of how they are dealing with the previous spotted defficencies. and the growth is as fast as expected of a fast substrate too, but 4 real its more demanding on food as it showed me carencies very early , so you may need to improve it or have a better feeding plan. mine is basic but works.

Je constate que les racine sont magnifiques mais au moment du transplant je constate aussi que le premier nœud est très faible je décide donc de le supprimer car il prend l'énergie de la plante et n'offrira pas un bon rendement J'arrose ensuite avec 2 litres d'eau ph6.3 à laquelle j'ajoute 0.4 grammes de feeding powder hybrids greenhouse par litre d'eau Jour 48 la plante a vite récupéré de son transplant en pot de 11 litres je pèse mon pot il est toujours lourd j'attend donc encore avant de l'arroser à nouveau

She got a feed of 7.5g of BioBloom as her last proper feed, likely to feed some extra calcium later in flower. Quite happy with how shes performing. Starting to get a very small hint of strawberry smell.
