I just went way to much with the ties and now I have a Frankenstein. She has been putting on nice healthy growth and buds growing quick so hopefully she will finish up strong and impress the shit out of me! Thanks for checking out my grow I appreciate it!!

I ordered a new bigger setup as you can see. Switched from LED to HPS. Although it has a significant heat output diff, I can tell the plants love it. I also noticed I developed some fungus nats in the soil of the smaller plants. I finally got a soil meter to help me know more exactly when go water which should rid the fungus nats if I'm not over watering. Lastly, I'm going to scrog this week. I know I'm doing it rather late but it's a learning experience and I'll start sooner next time. Will be a lot of weaving. And I'm still deciding if I should cut everything else below the screen.

Humboldt - Golden Sands And so we begin the grow! We germinated the seed in a damp sponge, and it sprouted within a day. We've planted it in a 100-gram plastic cup, and now we wait for it to start growing. A huge thanks to Humboldt Seed Company Europe for providing us with such amazing genetics. We're excited to see how this beauty develops and are grateful for the opportunity to grow such a top-quality strain!

Day 72: Welcome to week 11. Today I realized some more damaged leafs. I'm not sure, what it is. I've to ask here, now. But as I saw this and also, that the EC within the soil is increasing, I was thinking, that she is not able to consume the nutrients correctly. I checked my PH meter and I calibrated it wrong last week 🙈 So she got the wrong PH for about 2 days. I hope with the corrected PH, she is able to take the nutrients again. UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who answered my question. I have done 2 things now. I lowered the level of the LEDs to 7 in AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro to give less intensity to the upper colas. Secondly, I added some CalMag to the reservoir. I also added some distilled water to adjust the EC level and then checked the PH level. Day 73: For now, it does not look worse to me. I refilled the reservoir and adjusted the PH. I increased the CalMag Agent from 0.6 to 1.5 ml/L. Day 74: I checked again the symptoms and as I was feeding the PK booster to long, I strongly have to assume, that the CalMag issues she is showing, are the symptoms of too much PK for a too long time. I decided to clear the reservoir completely and added only a bit of CalMag to plain water and adjusted the PH. Day 75: Today I got a new and more reliable PH meter. It turned out, that the other one was still calibrated wrong and with that information, I assume it is a combination of the wrong PH for days and too much PK for too long. So, I'm happy, with my decision so far. Next time, I'll have to make a note, wenn to stop with the PK boosters ☺️ Learnings over learnings. Day 76: Today I was able to take some photos and also a video, to show how she looks now. Not too bad and I also checked the trichomes the first time today. It's looks like she is almost ready to harvest. I was aiming week 13 and with that tiny mistake, I guess she is ready someday next week (sorry, for the bad photo of the trichomes, I was not able to get a better one 🙈). I cleaned the reservoir and filled it with plain water @ 6.4. Day 77: End of the week and I want to share with you some buds of this monster. Trichomes looking good and I wait for my personal taste to be reached. -------------------------------------------------------------- You also like to get some seeds from Fast Buds? 4/15/25 This plant is blowing my freaking mind. Long stacked colas. Even the lower buds are plumping up like golf balls. This is an exceptional plant so far. Shes starting to show the classic "sherbert" purple that ive noticed shows up with anything that has sunset sherbert in the lineage. Some of the leaves are starting to fade slightly and the purple is coming in. The rs11 that this seed came from, produced the most from a single plant out of all plants ive grown and trained and kept that small. She yielded 3.5 ounces or a 1/4lb of top nugs from a plant that was only about 18 inches tall and vegged for 6 weeks before flip. Once i start to clear out all of the fan leaves later on in flower, its just going to be buds running the length of the stems 4/18/25 I really believe this may be a keeper. She is absolutely stunning. Just everything is perfect. She has super long stacking of buds up and down the stems. Im actually super stoked to see how she finishes up. One of the craziest parts is that shes in a plastic 2 or 3 gallon pot and this plant is going to yield insane.

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season.

Added 2 videos on preparing a nutrient solution and pH balancing the solution. This week saw aggressive topping (mid week 4) and some serious leaf damage. Not sure if the leaf damage is from the topping, nutrients, etc. I did a flush and solution swap, cleaned the air stone and inside of the jar etc. Built the trellis and started training. I'll cut away whatever trellis doesn't end up getting used once flowering starts. Creepy Don Santa is watching this grow closely. That cat of his is trouble.

The first thing I did was disinfect everything and put it in the shower. Then I calmly rewired the tent and filled the pots. 20% clay balls at the bottom as drainage. On top 50% Biobizz All- and 50% Biobizz Lightmix. I mixed the whole thing well beforehand. 3 seeds came out great, one is currently fighting through and I don't think anything will happen to the last. I planted them all today. Let's see if the last one can still make it.

Day 106: removed some yellowed leaves. Decided to wait one more day on water. Not adding any more nutrients. Assuming harvest in 14 days. Day 107: Added one gallon of pH6.5 water with 2tablespoons of Herculean Harvest Day 108: Removed yellow or brown leaves. Added no water. Trichomes clear. The urge to harvest is huge but will go 2 more weeks. Removed a box elder bug that sneaked into the tent. Day 109: nothing new to report. Added no water. Tempted to add nutrients once more. After taking photos, removed several yellowing or browned leaves. Day 110: did not add water. Removed some more leaves. Day 111: did not add water. She is starting to look frosty. Read some mixed messages about the last two week flush and am feeling the urge to feed again. Day 112: Replaced Viparspectra 600W with a Horticulture Lighting Group Quantum Board 288 V2 and Slate 2 heatsink. Very pleased although my temperature jumped to 81°F.

My first grow has turned in to a science project. Switched from AN pH perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom to AN pH Connesseur, still giving 50% dose. Had rain Monday maybe, didn't water for 3 days, hit her up last night with the Connesseur and just a tad of Big Bud, looks really good this morning. Yesterday I had mini buds with white pistils, that's why the Big Bud. Everything else is normal- watering 32 oz of water/nutrients at night, MAYBE mist the top soil but haven't really needed it. Will most likely switch to AN Connesseur bloom next week. Very satisfied! (copypasta from my SG journal, same same).

NOTES: Keeping EC at around 1,5 and pH at 6,0-6,2. Everything looks great and I'm hoping for amazing crop to start the year with! One Ayahuasca Purple seems to be clearly ahead of others in flowering but that's fine. I'm going to harvest them all at the same time so I'll have a few different terpene profiles on the finished product, since they are all grown from seeds and not from clones. Day78 (2.1.) Day79 (3.1.) Light defoliation to reveal more bud sites and to remove some lower growth that aren't getting any light. Day80 (4.1.) At last I've finished defoliating and pruning for all my plants. I think there is no need to remove anything before harvesting them. It took a hell lot of time to finish since I have 13 plants pretty close to each other that I can't move separetly. Also using garden-ties to bend some plants a bit for better light coverage. Day81 (5.1.) Day82 (6.1.) Tied some more branches for better light coverage. Day83 (7.1.) Day84 (8.1.) I found a hermaphodite/bi-sexual plant! Strain was Kush Mintz and I haven't seen any signs on other plants. Keeping close eye on everything, hopefully I got it removed on time... I cut it off after analyzing the situation and hang it to dry in another room. It was clearly the smallest plant even though it seemed to flower just fine till this day when I found out those small banana-like pollen sacks. I'm praying this won't ruin my entire crop.🙏 Added a couple pics after removing it from the tent.

Week 20 The temperature over here finally dropped to a more manageable degree so I can increase the light strength for the last week(s?). I also have my dehumidifier running for the last weeks and it brought down the humidity to a much safer percentage which you definitely want in this stage where botrytis (bud rot) is waiting to strike. I've noticed that after a while the kebab sticks I used to fixate branches onto the SCROG screen started to go moldy so they should be treaded with something beforehand or a different material should be used.
