From what I've learnt since, by defoliating and not ensuring sufficient reserves in the Substrate after taking their reserves from the bigger fan leaves at strip, this left 1 pheno more hungry than the others, but still all 4 suffered to some degree which was really disappointing. I was too busy enjoying the festive period with family so its a good enough excuse! ;)

On the first day of week 4 I did FIM on the plant at 6 node. Not sure if I overdid it and accidentally top her instead of FIM but we will see how it progresses Up to this point the plant has been growing very strong and healthy almost as fast as Autos I have grow before. Day 22 the plant doesn't seem stressed out at all and in fact is pumping New Growth right away I thought it was going to be sad for a day or two but no way the genetics are very strong the plant is very vigorous . Day 24 I did some minor defoliation to allow the light to penetrate everywhere in the plant. Also looks like the fim was a failed and end up topping instead I will continue to update thank you for reading and have a happy grow.

This grow I am going to do it differently. I am going to do day tracking instead of date tracking. I am using using pre-grown ( two grows ago) Coco mix with nature suppers soil to experiment with reusing grow medium. The pots are 5 gallon air pots. I have never used these before so we will see. The 1st take on them that they are very messy compared to fabric pots. Once established, I will be using half strength Advanced Nutrients for Coco since these are autos. Day 1 - 3 Seeds soaked overnight and were put directly into the 5 gallon pots. I pre-soaked the Coco with 5ml/gallon Clonex and covered the seeds with a mason jar. Day 2 - Temp stayed around 78 all day with me going in and out of the tent looking for a sprout. Nothing yet. 😀 Kept the Coco moist under the jar. Day 3 - Nothing popping Day 4 - Two have popped. Day 5 - One did not pop so I put another seed in Day 6 - The little ones are growing up. It brings a tear to my eye. 😥 Day 7 - The replaced seed looks to be comming up.

I figured nothing could go wrong with 50% amber / 50% milky trichomes. Harvest day, Medical Mass: Huge buds and no traumas but got bud rot because of too high temps. The best I've ever smoked. Harvest day, Pineapplex Express: Got an early trauma when transplanting but handled it beautifully. Potent smoke. Pretty satisfied for a first grow, and I have a lot of changes for my 2nd grow!

This was a great week, last week I Was fed up and wondering if my girls were EVER going to get going!! But all of a sudden boom 💥 They are looking beautiful, I also put another lamp in my tent. The lighting is immense!! I can't wait to see how they respond

By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #11, week #3 of Flowering, flowers opening stage is doing well, white hairs spotted everywhere. It’s also the, week 3 trimming, week where you must clean your legs from all the lowers shoots. Technically everything under the trellis must go away ( see on pictures and video ). This is why I recommend to smash your plants under the trellis (see previous weeks, in week 8) to avoid growing long legs. The plants won’t waste any energy on the bottom, everything will be sent to the top, and it creates an airflow under the canopy ( you can add a small desktop fan ) to avoid any mold due to high RH as they are going to start to drink like maniacs in a week or two and to evaporate all this water. Today I trimmed the dried harvest! Funny enough, the smallest plant actually produced the most beautiful buds – nice and compact with a gorgeous purple color. The aroma is intense and the buds are super sticky. In total, I ended up with 244 grams dry weight from three plants, which I’m really happy with for my first indoor grow. The next run has already started – can’t wait to see how it goes this time!
