🌌 Folder #2 — Cosmic Noodles Week 3 Update — Technique, Response, Momentum First of all — thank you to everyone following this diary. This space exists to document real-time learning, real decisions, and real plant responses — and this week gave us a lot of material. Cosmic Noodles continues to impress. ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg → Guided Expansion still an autoflower This plant is moving fast, confidently, and with intention. Her growth this week was so strong that I made the decision to begin structured low-stress training, not to restrict her, but to open her up. 🔧 Training Method (Accurately Explained) This was a progressive process, not a single action: 1️⃣ Leaf Tucking (Start of the Week) • Larger fan leaves gently tucked under • Objective: • expose inner growth • encourage branch development • allow light to reach lower nodes This alone already triggered visible response. ⸻ 2️⃣ Directional Bending (Mid-Week) As growth accelerated, I moved from leaf work to branch positioning. • Branches were gently pulled outward • Secured using soft, green-coated wire • Wire anchored directly into the soil and pot edge • No rigid clips, no plastic clamps The wire is: • flexible • forgiving • adjustable allowing the plant to move while still being guided. ⸻ 3️⃣ Anchoring & Holding Space (End of Week) As branches continued to push hard, I introduced U-shaped wire anchors, pinched into the soil. Important clarification: • These are wired anchors, not plastic clamps • They hold branches down toward the soil • Purpose: keep the canopy open and horizontal • Result: light penetration everywhere This is not about forcing shape — it’s about creating room for expression. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Response Her reaction has been nothing short of outstanding. • Branches: Already pushing into the 6th–7th branch • Stress response: None observed • Vigor: Extremely high • Growth speed: Fast, confident, continuous She didn’t slow down. She leaned into it. This plant is healthy, driven, and clearly enjoying the guidance. Next week is going to be something special. ⸻ 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed (Autoflower) Running alongside her is Plant A, grown 12/12 from seed, and she continues to behave beautifully. • Leaf stage: • Third pair fully developed • Fourth pair coming in • Structure: Compact, balanced, composed • Behavior: Calm, steady, almost photoperiod-like Once again, it raises the question: Are these autoflowers acting like photoperiods? Or are photoperiods acting like autos? No answers yet — just fascination and respect. ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity & PPFD Response This week, PPFD was increased, continuing the controlled progression already established in the room. Key observations: • Autoflowers are responding exceptionally well • Leaf posture remains strong • Color remains healthy • No stress indicators present This reinforces that progressive PPFD increases, when done patiently, can be extremely effective — even with autoflowers. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not To) Expect: • Rapid structural development on Plant B • Even canopy formation as wire training settles • Continued confident growth across both timelines Do NOT expect: • Forced conclusions • Rushed flowering assumptions • Heavy-handed intervention We observe. We assist. We let the plant lead. ⸻ 🙏 Closing This week was a reminder of why technique matters — and why precision in documentation matters just as much. Thank you to everyone following along. More to come — and next week, keep your eyes on Plant B. As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Hello Diary. We have reached the end of this journey. Ten weeks in total, three weeks of vegetation and seven weeks of flowering, a total of 78 days since Sherbet Queen sprouted. Last week there were no surprises, I watered the plants regularly and observed the development of trichomes. As all three plants started to show here and there some brown trichomes at the end of the week, I decided on the 71st day to harvest. All in all I am very pleased with the look of the plant, it has developed nicely, the flowers are large and juicy and the smell is citrusy diesel. I had to connect the branches well because they started to bend a lot due to the weight, so I was afraid they would break because I wanted to place it nicely for the last photo shoot. It will now dry upside down for at least two weeks in the dark. The ventilation will stay on to make the airflow better. The condition in the grow box is satisfactory, the temperature is around 29 degrees and the humidity is slightly lower than 50%, and one fan blows all the time, mixing the air in the box. Here’s what the last week looked like. 19/07/2021 - Day 65. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and with 8 liters of water I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 51% humidity. 21/07/2021 - Day 67. Watering. p.H 6.4. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 41% humidity. 23/07/2021 - Day 69. Last watering. p.H I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 48% humidity. 25/07/2021 - Day 71. Photography and Harvest. After taking photos and video, I cut off the plant at the bottom of the stalk and hung it in a grow-box to dry in the dark. Whenever I write a report from the last week, some nostalgia overwhelms me after the harvest. Yet during that time you take care of that plant, send it positive energy, and hope it will reward you richly. In this case, I think I succeeded. See you soon with the final report.

Mintz Runtz automatic has been growing great up until the last 2 days she showed some spotting on the leaves. I did a solution change today. So that should be resolved. I will also be adding the Elufah Saturn 240 under canopy light when she starts stretching. I did lst the top several days ago. The plant is growing very compact at the moment. Hopefully she stretches out and fills the tent by the end. Thank you Spider Farmer, Spliff Seeds, and Elufah. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Elufah (Power by Growpros solutions) UAP1500,Die-cast radiator and featuring an optical lens design(Uniform PPFD),150W,PPE3.0μmol/J,PPFD1500umol/s/m²,Use the verified commercial-grade spectrum;Full/Epar Boost Spectrum adjustable,A very excellent grow light; By entering the discount code, you can enjoy an additional 10% price reduction when making the purchase. A little late for the weekly update as life got in the way but my girl purple Alaskan is doing awesome! Great root formation down into the reservoir now, I upped the EC to 1.4 and changed the reservoir water completely this week. I have been getting some pH drift but I think it's from the bucket I'm using so I have been adjusting to 5.8 as needed. I added the scrog net today as I know she's gonna be growing like crazy now!

Die wahrscheinlich letzte Woche der 1. Lady beginnt.

Summer is happening at full speed so a short entry here. Getting close anyways so wont be too much to cover. 7/15/2024 Day 55 Temp: 70.3 F RH: 64.3% VPD: 0.89 kPa Plant #1 Height: 37” inches Plant #2 Height: 31” inches Light distance 10” & 16” I’m going to water 2.5 gallons an hour before the lights come on tonight I’ve already prepared my water jug with a half a teaspoon of bio-phos, about five ML actually put a little more of the elixir in today and then the Q so I put all those things in the water and will give it to him before the lights come back on. 7/17/2024 Day 57 Temp: 81.8 F RH: 63.7% VPD: 1.31 kPa Plant #1 Height: 37” inches Plant #2 Height: 31” inches Did some work in the tent to try and alleviate some of the heat stress. Bent over the main cola to even out the canopy. Fed the regular feeding and some Oly Mtn Fish Compost.

You can find tbe first week of all girls on my profile, second week is missing coz its just boring and now i start week 3 so its day 15 today from placing seeds to germination. Uploaded a video of their habitat, i still wont name each one indifidually coz i still didnt choose winners / keepers. Unfortunatelly i have a bit low RH for this stage of growth but they obviously dont mind, i spray them twice a day, no burns from spraying with lights on, no electroshocks caused by spraying so all good now. I tried it all enough to be able to say i cant be assed anymore :D Since @growdiaries are not keen on resolving a problem with uploading each pic individually on androids, i will keep one diary for all girls, dont even mind not being able to compete in dom. Stay tuned these girls will rock.

I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! Thanks Barneys ... Awesome genetics as per usual 👏
