* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. --------------- Start week 3 -------------- We started week 3 as we ended week 2, which is great. She continues strongly at the beginning of this week and seems almost unstoppable. She clearly enjoys her surroundings and looks very healthy. She has started preflowering and seems to be gearing up for another explosion in growth. She is very good at leaftucking and has already developed a good number of shoots. On to more! A new update at the end of this week. ----------------- Update Week 3: ----------------- End of another fantastic week for MBAP. This week was all about pre-flowering and you can see that she is preparing for an explosive bloom. She has benefited enormously from the LST that I applied and has a good number of shoots ready to explode during flowering. In addition to leaftucking, have also removed the lower shoots so that she can concentrate her energy on the upper shoots. I also did the biotabs in the ground in the middle of the week. We have opted for 3 biotabs in 20-25l soil. Have waited several weeks before putting the tabs in the ground because we work here with aitoflowers. And they prefer a light feeding regiment for the first few weeks. We are going to gradually lower the humidity and get ready for flowering and week 4! Until next update

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. The plants are starting to fill out now. I'll flower them for another 2 weeks, and I'll flush them for the last week. Still disappointed with the amount of resin crystals they seem to not be producing. Yeah, they've got some but is it enough to get me high? That's the question that I'm asking myself. The description says up to 25% THC, but I'm not seeing that amount of resin crystals for 25%. But the plants are growing well. Still a lot of white stigma's going on some plants. But some have finished and turned the stigma's an orange/brown. I'll flower these plants for another 2 weeks and I'll flush for the last week before harvest. Ever just listened outside at midnight on new years eve. I've heard, people beating pots and pans, fireworks, hoots and halers. car/truck horn's, ship horns/whistles, train whistles. It lasts for about 15 mins and then it's quite again. OK. Have Fun on New Years Eve. Be safe and don't drink too much. Chuck.

These girls are still perfect. You want a picture perfect set of plants and it's these they are all damn identical i am still blown away by how close they are from growing from seed! The only real diffrnce is 1 has slightly wider smaller leafs so more leaned indica hybrid but all the spacing between the 4 are about the same. They have been receiving about 500ml of food/ water about every 3 days with the ph at 5.6-5.7. Will top these girls soon to get a couple heads started just didn't want to end the symmetry. Still no smell or sign of preflower yet, with a stem rub they feel sticky to touch and only smell green so just tells me they healthy. Soon a smell will come along! Peace be with you!

I think this is the first week where I've started to have some issues on just about every plant. The buds still look awesome and healthy, but I'm being a bit paranoid that the rest is gonna go down quick. They all have leaves that are starting to yellow a bit. Temp: Trying to push the temp up. Its 70-80 but usually closer to 70. Humidity: Closer to 60, trying to get it down with a new dehumidifier soon. Critical Kush - Minor yellowing Quarter Pounder - Had some spots on this on Thursday and starting to yellow. I skipped the Dr Earth Life in the previous feeding because it looked like it had some burn, but now I think its suffering. Amnesia - On Sunday, after watering on Saturday, the Amnesia seemed to take a pretty big hit. A lot of the leaves dried up and got crispy and I'm not quite sure why. Day 64 - the hulk is here! a. this plant has really surprised me and exploded everywhere b. Pumped out the DWC and installed 15 litres of my explosion flower blend. Adding liquid KoolBloom and keeping the Diamond Nectar flowing for this lady c. Ive noticed that continuing Diamond Nectar throughout flowering in strains that contain OG Kush make the buds much more dense. Day 65 - flowering really well a. I think she loves the new flowering blend! she drank 3 litres overnight! b. Im going to push this plant very hard to the finish c. keeping the PH 6.5 throughout all of flowering Day 66 - The sative genes are shining through! a. I wanted a super sativa plant for this grow, I want a mind numbing head high, this will do it b. it looks and smells alot like White Widow, probably due to the Myrcene terpenes. c. she is drinking 3-4L a day right now, Im dumping in the above chart mixed 1:1 right now. d. tied the larger side branches back a little to open her up, she is thick Day 67 - a little more guidance for the branches a. added in 2 ties for the large side branches to give space, there are many tops here b. she is drinking so much, it is crazy! c. the resin is already being produced, and is very sticky and strong Day 68 - explosions everywhere a. the buds are expanding vigorously, the stigmas are huge and very strong b. she is still stretching upward its amazing to see c. the plant is consuming 3-4L a day right now Day 69 - continue to grow a. drinking alot, 4L overnight, stretching like a giant b. lowered the light just a ilttle to get some more penetration into the plant Day 70 - growing like a weed!

RH is a struggle, it is a hot and wet summer, the dehumidifier is on from time to time but it adds even more heat. The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt.
