Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of veg. Hey!... Got in here last week and repotted these girls. They've got lots of room to grow now. I took out the old hydroponics table, and covered up the hole I jackhammered in the cement floor to lower the reservoir and lower the old table. I still have to get some rubber under the pots and get them off the cold floor. The pots will be at air temp, not cement temp, if i do that. It will help stop future, cold root problems.... Preventive steps... Do what you can... OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Week 5: Flower - Different Strokes for Different Folks 🌸 Currently vibing to: Larry June - Smooth Kind šŸŽµ We're deep into flower now, and the girls are teaching me one of growing's most important lessons—even sisters from the same genetic line have their own unique needs. Individualized care is the name of the game. Apple Fritter & Lemon Cherry (Right) - Still Hungry! Despite last week's top dress, these two are showing signs they want MORE. Sometimes plants just have bigger appetites, and that's okay—we adjust and keep moving. Last Week's Feeding: Top Dress: Equal parts (1 tbsp each) Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 Roots Organic Terp Tea Bloom (direct feed) Supplement: Growganica Incredible Kelp (for bulking support) The Reality: They're still looking a bit hungry—lighter green than ideal, possibly showing early signs of nitrogen or micronutrient deficiency as they push through flower. This Week's Plan: Direct liquid feed with Roots Organic Terp Tea Bloom for faster nutrient availability Another top dress to build the soil reserve back up The combination should give them both immediate and sustained nutrition Sometimes you've got to hit them from both angles—quick-acting liquid feeds AND slow-release top dressing. Lemon Cherry (Left) - The Thriving One Meanwhile, her sister is absolutely GLOWING. Lush, deep green leaves, vigorous bud development, and zero signs of deficiency. She's the poster child for what these plants should look like right now. Her Schedule: Same feeding as the others last week The Difference: Could be phenotype variation, root mass differences, or just plain old plant personality. This is why we observe each plant individually rather than treating the whole garden as one unit. Feeding Plan: Keep her on the same schedule—if it ain't broke, don't fix it. She'll get the kelp supplement but may not need the aggressive feeding the others require. The Growganica Incredible Kelp Addition Added to all three plants to support: Bulking and bud density Micronutrient uptake Natural plant hormones for flower development Stress resistance Kelp is that secret weapon in organic growing—packed with trace minerals and growth hormones that plants love during flower. Key Observations & Real Talk The big lesson this week: Two plants from the same seed batch, getting the same treatment, responding completely differently. This is NORMAL and actually really important to recognize. Some plants are heavy feeders. Some are light feeders. Some have more aggressive root systems. Some are more efficient at nutrient uptake. You can't cookie-cutter this—you have to read each plant and respond accordingly. The hungry girls aren't struggling—they're just asking for more. And that's fine! Better to feed them what they need than stubbornly stick to a schedule that's not working. The Organic Feeding Strategy Moving Forward For the hungry duo: Immediate: Liquid Terp Tea Bloom feed (faster absorption) Follow-up: Top dress to rebuild soil reserves Monitor: Watch for color improvement and vigorous growth response For the thriving girl: Maintain: Current feeding schedule Observe: Keep watching to ensure she stays happy Adjust: Only if she starts showing needs Next Week's Plan Execute the dual feeding approach (liquid + top dress) on Apple Fritter and Lemon Cherry Right Continue kelp supplementation across all three Monitor bud development and adjust support/training as needed Document the differences in plant response—this is valuable data for future grows Keep the Larry June flowing and the vibes smooth āœŒļø

Day 84:These girls are so close now that I expect the next update to be one for the drying period. The Los #1 is a totally different colour in her ripening to the other 2. She feels like she has biscuit crumbs all over her now too. Her smell is so fresh fruit and I do think days are her time left now. The #2 has continued to swell he buds for the finish and she is colouring up nice too. #3 The poorly girl is steady in her ripening now and the buds are rock solid too. They all have a very fruity smell to them now and it hits me everytime I open the flap. They are on water now for their last few days , just to signal them to start using their leaves for their last feeds. peace and blessings.

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... I am in love with this one just look at the structure so nice leaves bushy and the smell is great. Pistils are coming she is showing her sex ;) Good job Zamnesia.... All good strech will end soon and she will think about more bud making lol... Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix and ratio above. Let's go ;)

šŸ® Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e – Pheno A Week 5 | Giant Leaves, Big Dreams Welcome back to another chapter of the 8Ɨ8 Adventure! If you’ve been following this project from the beginning, you’ll know that every phenotype is writing its own story. Although they all share the same room, the same environment, the same lighting schedule, and very similar nutrition, each plant continues to express herself in completely unique ways. That’s exactly why I love phenotype hunts. This project follows every plant individually using the 12/12 From Seed method, allowing each lady to decide for herself when she’s ready to leave vegetative growth behind and begin flowering. This week… Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e Pheno A left absolutely no doubt. Flowering has officially begun. āø» 🌼 The First Flowers One of the most exciting moments during any grow is seeing those first bright white pistils appear. These delicate hairs are the female reproductive organs of the plant and mark the true beginning of flower production. During these first weeks, the plant is shifting priorities. Instead of investing all her energy into producing stems and leaves, she now begins building the framework that will eventually become dense, resin-coated flowers. Every new white hair is another small step toward harvest. It’s always an exciting stage to witness. āø» šŸƒ Those Incredible Fan Leaves The first thing anyone notices about this phenotype… Those leaves. They’re absolutely enormous. Some of these fan leaves are nearly twice the size of my own hands—and I definitely don’t have tiny hands! Large fan leaves often indicate a plant that is photosynthesizing efficiently, capturing as much light energy as possible to fuel rapid development. They’re essentially giant solar panels. As long as they’re healthy, standing proudly, and maintaining a rich green colour, they’re doing exactly what nature designed them to do. At this stage I prefer to let them work. Every healthy leaf is another energy factory helping build the flowers that are only just beginning to form. āø» 🌱 Gentle Training Training continues to remain incredibly simple. No aggressive bending. No topping. No heavy defoliation. Instead, we’re relying mainly on gentle leaf tucking and subtle low-stress training to improve light penetration while allowing the plant to maintain her natural structure. Sometimes the best training isn’t forcing a plant into shape. Sometimes it’s simply helping her reveal the shape she already wanted to grow. So far… She’s rewarding that patience beautifully. āø» šŸ’§ AutoPot Life Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e Pheno A is growing on the AutoPot irrigation system. Once the root system becomes established, the AquaValve automatically delivers nutrient solution from below whenever the plant drinks enough to lower the water level inside the tray. There’s no timer. No electricity controlling irrigation. No daily watering routine. The plant simply feeds herself whenever she needs it. It’s a remarkably elegant system that encourages consistent moisture levels while reducing stress caused by repeated drying cycles. This week I’ve also included photos comparing the nutrient solution used in the AutoPot reservoir with the hand-feeding mix used for the non-AutoPot plants. Although the recipes are very similar, the EC differs slightly because plants growing on AutoPots receive a constant supply of nutrients, allowing for a more stable feeding strategy. Every cultivation method has its own rhythm. Learning those rhythms is part of becoming a better grower. āø» šŸ½ļø Feeding Strategy This week we adjusted the nutrition slightly to support the transition into flowering. The bloom nutrients are now beginning to take over while still providing enough support for the final stretch before flower production accelerates. As always, every adjustment is based on observation rather than routine. Healthy plants tell you what they need. You simply have to learn how to listen. āø» šŸŒ”ļø Environmental Conditions The room continues running beautifully. Average conditions this week included: • Day temperature: 31°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67% • Nutrient solution: 21.6°C • Root zone: 21°C • COā‚‚: 639 ppm Humidity remains slightly higher during this transitional phase because the plants are still producing large amounts of fresh vegetative growth while stretching into flower. Over the coming weeks, humidity will gradually be reduced as flowers begin gaining density. The room itself is really starting to come alive now. Every day the canopy looks fuller, healthier, and more vibrant than the day before. Watching an entire room evolve together never gets old. āø» šŸ“ø Capturing the Journey This week’s update includes bird’s-eye views, side profiles, close-ups, and room shots to document every stage of Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e A’s development. One of my favourite details is simply seeing those giant fan leaves from different angles. Months from now they’ll be part of the story, reminding us where this beautiful lady began before her canopy disappears beneath a forest of flowers. That’s why I enjoy documenting everything. Not just the destination… But every step that leads there. āø» šŸ”® Looking Ahead Next week I expect Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e A to continue stretching while producing many more pistils across the canopy. Bud sites should become more clearly defined, and the first signs of flower stacking will begin to appear. Training will remain minimal, allowing her natural structure to continue developing while we simply guide her when necessary. Sometimes the biggest changes happen quietly. This feels like one of those moments. āø» šŸ’š Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this 8Ɨ8 Adventure. Whether you’re here to learn, compare phenotypes, improve your own garden, or simply enjoy watching these incredible plants grow, I’m grateful you’re sharing this journey with me. Special thanks to: šŸ’š GrowDiaries for giving growers around the world a place to learn, document, and inspire one another. Zamnesia for providing the genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for the nutrition supporting every stage of this grow. šŸ’” Future of Grow LED for delivering the light that powers every day of development. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment around the clock. And finally… Thank you to every grower, follower, supporter, silent reader, friend, and even the occasional critic. Every visit, every comment, every bit of encouragement helps make these diaries something truly special. I’ll see you all next week, where Chem BrĆ»lĆ©e Pheno A will continue transforming those giant solar panels into the energy needed to build what promises to be some truly beautiful flowers. Until then… Growers Love and happy growing, everyone. šŸŒ±šŸ®šŸ’š

Day 84 The Durban plants are actively growing foliage and reaching for the light, despite being bent. Every day after the lights go out, I bend their tops parallel to the floor (training). Sometimes the stems break slightly, but they are still flexible enough to recover. In 2-3 weeks, I plan to transplant them to a permanent location, where there will be 20-30 cm of space above the tops for ventilation. In the next cycle, I think four weeks of vegetation will be enough for ripening. At Gordem Delicatesies (GD), Brazilians have stretched in 20 weeks, sometimes faster. For me, this variety develops more slowly; I'm not chasing maximum speed. Meanwhile, the Jack Herer is ripening in the box above them. I'm waiting for a manicure table (thanks to Mila for the tip!). As soon as it arrives, I'll start harvesting. I'm glad that with this device I can meet the deadlines precisely. Day 87 They hit a lamp and set one top on fire. The others miraculously survived. Today I tied the plants to their pots again with wire. I bent them so they were 10-15 cm from the lamp. Some were tighter. I cut out a 5-liter bag containing the lower branches, which were turning yellow from lack of light, and the leaves the plant had shed on its own. Watering was light but regular. I watered 3 liters by hand on top of the automatic watering. I added 1.5 liters of Simplex Taste and 1.5 liters of Simplex Aroma Punch. I started adding Simplex SilliX again—organic silicon is needed to strengthen the stems. Right now they look rather stiff; they bend easily by hand. This is a plus in my situation, but in a couple of weeks I want to see stronger, more vigorous central colas in the box. Mold was appearing on the dry leaves at the bottom that I didn't remove in time. I took out all the bushes and carefully removed all the dry and yellow leaves. I chose the ones that came off without effort. Their plant has already finished growing. After this procedure, the fan was able to blow air through the base, meaning less mold. Young buds are ripening on both plants, about 1 cm in diameter. The upper leaves and flowers are healthy; they were eating the lower burdock leaves. It's interesting to watch the biofertilizer from Greens work. I'll add Simplex Mass and Simplex Power separately in the next few days. And after that, HB-101. I'll water with Fitosporin at least once. I also want to add "33 Bogatyrs" bacteria – @NBRZ recommended it. Once a week, I manually pour a liter of solution with Simplex Taste (very similar to horse manure from the garden) and Simplex Aroma Punch – a potassium-sulfur additive to enhance aroma and flavor.

Welcome to week 15 of my grow diary. At the beginning of the week, we were hit by a heavy thunderstorm with hail. The plant suffered some damage to the leaves, but fortunately it's not too bad. The growth of the plant was immense this week. She has gained 17cm in height. If you look closely, you can already see the first trichomes on the leaves. See you next week āœŒļø

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this CBD Fast Eddy plant from Royal queen seeds will turn out. CBD Fast Eddy Automatic is combining Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis, Fast Eddy is a rapid growing, flavourful, and CBD-rich auto strain that goes from seed to harvest in 8-9 weeks, produce generous yields, and induce a clear, mellow, and most importantly, functional high. THC: 9% CBD: High Yield Indoor : 400 - 450 gr/m2 Yield Outdoor: 80 - 130 gr/plant Height Indoor: 60 - 100 cm Height Outdoor: 80 - 120 cm Flowering: 6 - 7 weeks Harvest month: 8-9 weeks after sprouting Genetic Background: Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis Type: Sa 50% In 40% Ru 10% Effect: Clear, Painrelief Climate: Mild ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-10-01. New week, the girl has stop growing in hight and starting to frost and stack up. Added movie and pics. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-10-06. Added some closeup pics.

06/16/2020 Did some defoiliating, and fed Espoma Fruit and flower 9-4-3 (3 tbls top dressed) help to aid in the transition from veg to flowering, after 21st days get shorter but slowly. Might do light deprivation to induce an early harvest. I just posted a video of Red Sky #3, brother of Red Sky #1 One branch will get dusted on #1 Good news #1, clones very well with minimal effort stuck in potting mix which has 5-1-1 starter fertilizer plus myco, and tricoderma. After she settles in I will switch to top dressing with Espoma Fruit and flower 4-9-3 plus myco have 3 good clones to work with. Oh yeah apparently I put 4-9-3 in transplant pot so I guess it means nutes total is 9-10-4 maybe a mid to late top dress to finish but we see what happens!. The 5-1-1last about 6 weeks. And the 4-9-3 will last 3-4 weeks at best We see how she is doing in a month. Then I'll know better. From here on out this diary is all about my freaky princess!šŸ‘ Red Sky #1 she is getting to tall so I took clones to bring her down to size I will keep one mother plant, and monster crop the rest! Diary coming soon!

06/13 - Flipped into flower - today will be "DAY 1" of flower (Pre-flower) - I will feed only clean water for about a week to remove any excess veg nuts and salt accumulation - I will introduce flower nutes in about 2 weeks starting with with low dosage flower fuel, phosphate and potassium, as the weeks progress I will add more nutrient components. Feeding program will continue on the Vivosun drip emitter and a Exhale C02 bag will be added to the tent as well. 06/15 - Day 2 of pre-flower so much going on - still just clean water feeds until next week - I would like to bring down with salt build up from the veg feeds and as well bring down the EC/PPM values just a bit before introducing the flower nutrients - I will be picking up the lights about 4 to 5 inches as it stands the out main colas are only about 4 inches away from the touching the light and I would like to negate light burn on my topps. 06/19 - In closing out week 1 flower (Day 6 pre flower) Thus far all is running accordingly - They went a week without any nutes, just clean water feeds since flip but I will be introducing nutrients into their feeds beginning week 2 of flower and will gradually increase the dosage on each nutrient used to balance out and maximize their feeds.
