Finally some progress, maybe now we can start picking up the pace, eh? She's got this weird spiraling growth going on, as if she is a knot coming undone, or like a tornado.

2nd week of transition in the books and development has been advanced and remains very vigorous. Had to pull out one more plant that was showing balls and we’re now down to a total of 6 plants of the original 10. Regardless the scrog net has filled in substantially while the canopy remains airy and light in terms of overall foliage space. The mains have been tied to the net over 2 or 3 rounds of bending and training to allow the lower side branches opportunity to catch up to the same rough height. No deficiencies and we’ve now apparently found the sweet spot for nutrient ratios. Everything remains on point and we’re mostly on auto pilot to the finish now. Alls good!

Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. Day 56 New Rez change, partial drain and RO fill up. 125 Liters. 200PPM, ph 5.9 First day flush. Will flush again in 3 days to get to 80ppm. Day 59 Drained res, added florakleen and RO... PPM sub 100. Day 61 Drained the reservoir, added 100L new RO water, no florakleen. Pure RO at 20 PPM. Should be the last drink they get. I was going to harvest tomorrow on day 62, but trichrome inspection is only showing about 5% amber. I wanted to try and get a little more ambers this run. (Note for next run, keep nutrients till day 63, then start flush). Seems to be slower to ripen with this phenotype, hopefully not too much longer. Will chop Monday likely, possibly Tuesday... who knows!? Also, dropped lights on to like 10.5 hours and lowered the light wattage to the minimum.

used my own fish shit to do a massive watering of nutrients and microbes into the soil. added some more power bloom because I ran out of stepwell bloom amendments. should have some in next week. they are looking like they are 3 weeks into flower at week 2. grow fam, love ya!

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Week 4 begins for Green Crack! Lots of nice bud sites developing, even though they are smaller than the other two plants. Removed some larger leaves to allow for better light penetration. Overall the plant looks great. I also increased feeding to 5 liters. Thanks for looking 👽🔥🌳

She also doesn't want to flower yet, unlike her sisters! But, that just means good news for me! Last day of the week!

This week the plant almost doubled in size, i must add that we had very nice weather and stable temperatures, shes getting sunlight from around 7AM to around 15PM-16PM and after that just daylight, i dont think i can harvest before the competition ends so bad luck, but its still great to grow this strain, cant wait to see her full of buds, hopefully they get fatter than my last balcony grow, but of course i had some bad weather with my last balcony grows also this one is in a much bigger pot which i really notice 👌😀 22 august: nothing 23 august: nothing 24 august: water 25 august: nothing 26 august: nothing 27 august: water 28 august: nothing

Cherry cola is getting real close! As you can see in my tricomb pictures I got a new toy! You can see some ambers in there and we’re starting to go down on our nutrients with her. She’s gotten chunky and smelly and I’m super stoked to do a smoke review on this one🤤 Gorilla Cookies is starting to chunk up as well! She’s frosting,chunking up and starting to show what seems to be a slight fade. She’s smelling amazing and I’m super stoked to see her put on the weight 💪

Hey now, this week went very well. I transplanted her on day 16 and her leaves were praying as soon as the lights came back on. I still have the Spectrum X in V1 at 30% which is doing an excellent job of keeping her low to the ground with nice tight nodes. She is only six inches tall and pushing her 6th node on day 21. I transplanted her into a mixture of Coco Coir and Perlite and set up an auto watering system that is currently feeding her 4 times per day, Once at lights on, and then every 5 hours thereafter until the 4th feeding, then it repeats at lights on. I will top her just above the 6th node as soon as I have room between 6 and 7, which will hopefully be in the next several days. I know some people don't agree with topping autos, and I would certainly agree it's not the way to go in all setups. However, when utilizing high frequency fertigation in coco coir it is absolutely necessary. The issue is vertical growing space if you are growing indoors, as outdoors this is not an issue. I use a combination of LST, topping, mainlining, manifolding, and super cropping to try to keep my plants from growing into the lights, but it can still be tough especially when growing Sativa dominant strains. Hopefully I can top her above the 6th node but that will depend on how many nodes she pushes out before starting to flower but I think I will be fine. I will begin LST as soon as she recovers from the topping which typically takes about 24 hours. I am definitely very happy with this medic grow led so far, I have not even started the UV/IR spectrum but I will be in about 1-2 weeks as soon as these last two seedlings hit veg.
