🍮 8×8 Adventure — Chem Brûlée by Zamnesia | Pheno B | Harvest & Trimming Report 🌸💚 👑 THE COMPACT BEAST DELIVERS! DENSE, STICKY FLOWERS, A BEAUTIFUL TRIM, AND 135.3 GRAMS OF DRIED FLOWERS! ❄️🔥 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 My friends... IT'S TIME TO GIVE THIS GIRL HER HARVEST SPOTLIGHT! 😂🍮🔥 Chem Brûlée Pheno B by Zamnesia has officially completed her drying and trimming journey, and I'm genuinely very happy with what we ended up with. She wasn't an enormous plant. She didn't take over the entire room, and she wasn't trying to break any height records. But what she produced? Beautiful, compact, dense, and seriously sticky flowers! And sometimes, that's exactly what we're looking for. 💚🌸 Before we get into the photographs and final numbers, let's do a quick recap for anyone joining us at this stage. ──────────────────────── 🌱 A QUICK RECAP — FROM SEED TO HARVEST For anyone discovering this diary for the first time, Chem Brûlée Pheno B was part of our 8×8 Adventure, where twelve individual plants shared the same general growing environment. This project followed a 12/12-from-seed approach, meaning the plants remained under twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness from the beginning. Same room. Same general environment. Same lighting ecosystem. Same overall nutritional approach. Different genetics and individual expressions. And that's what makes this experiment so interesting! Chem Brûlée Pheno B developed into a compact, beautifully structured plant with some seriously dense flowers. She had her own personality throughout the run, and she remained a pleasure to follow right through to harvest. If you haven't seen the previous reports, I really recommend going back through her diary. We've documented her journey from the early stages, through flowering, the final weeks, and the harvest itself. You'll find plenty of photographs and details showing how she developed into the beautiful plant we're presenting today. Each report is another piece of her story. And now, let's continue where we left off! 🍮💚 ──────────────────────── ✂️ AFTER DRYING — TIME FOR THE TRIMMING SESSION! Once the whole plant had completed its drying stage, it was time to bring her back to the trimming table. And my friends... LOOK AT THOSE FLOWERS! 😍❄️ One thing that immediately stood out was how compact and dense they were. Not enormous individual flowers, but beautifully formed, substantial buds with plenty of character. The plant was genuinely enjoyable to work through. For this session, we used our trim bin together with our curved-blade scissors from Zamnesia. And I have to say, I really like these scissors! ✂️💚 The curved blades make them a very nice tool to have during a trimming session. They're comfortable to work with, and I particularly appreciate the shape when handling flowers of different sizes. They've become one of those tools that I genuinely enjoy having on the table. Of course, a good trimming session still takes patience. There's no magic button that does the work for us! 😂 We worked through the plant, separating and cleaning the flowers, collecting everything in the trim bin, and taking the time to appreciate the results. And Chem Brûlée Pheno B made that session a pleasure. She was sticky, dense, and absolutely beautiful to handle. ──────────────────────── ❄️ DENSE, COMPACT & STICKY — THE FLOWERS DESERVE THEIR OWN SPOTLIGHT! I know I keep repeating the words compact and dense, but honestly, look at the photographs! These flowers really deserve those descriptions. They have a beautiful structure, with plenty of substance packed into each bud. And the stickiness was another thing that became very noticeable during trimming. That's one of those little details that photographs can't completely communicate. You can show the appearance, the structure, and the visible resin, but the actual feel of the flowers is something you experience at the trimming table. This girl certainly made herself known! 😂💚 She's also a little different from many plants I've grown before. Not every phenotype needs to follow the same pattern or produce the same kind of flowers to be enjoyable. I love discovering these differences. Some plants surprise us with their size. Others with their structure. And some simply win us over with the quality and appearance of their flowers. Chem Brûlée Pheno B belongs firmly in that last category for me. Beautiful flowers, a lovely trimming experience, and a phenotype I'm genuinely happy to have grown. 🍮🌸❄️ ──────────────────────── ⚖️ THE FINAL NUMBERS — LET'S PUT IT ON THE SCALE! And now, the moment we've all been waiting for! After drying and trimming, we finally have the numbers for this girl. 🌿 Approximate wet plant weight: 1,082–1,090 g ⚖️ Final dry flower weight: 135.3 g That's our final dry flower result for Chem Brûlée Pheno B! 💚🔥 I'm genuinely happy with these numbers. She wasn't a massive plant, and we weren't expecting her to become one. She was a normal-sized, compact phenotype that gave us some beautiful, dense flowers. And 135.3 grams of finished dry flowers from this girl? I'm very happy with that! As always, I don't judge a plant only by the final number on the scale. The growing experience, the structure, the flower quality, the individual character, and everything we learn along the way are all part of the result. And this girl delivered a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. ──────────────────────── ? FROM TRIMMING TO GLASS — THE CURING STAGE BEGINS! Once the trimming was complete and we had our final dry flower weight, it was time to move everything into glass jars. And yes, everything went into glass in this case, including the smaller flowers. No separate bags for the smaller buds this time. We kept the harvest together in glass jars, ready for the curing stage. 💚 Now, one important thing to explain for anyone who is new to this process. Drying and curing are not the same thing. During drying, the freshly harvested plant material loses a substantial amount of moisture. But even when the outside of a flower feels dry and the plant material appears ready, moisture can still be distributed unevenly inside the flower. That's where the curing stage comes in. As the flowers rest inside the jars, moisture can gradually redistribute from the inner parts of the buds toward the outer material. This helps the contents of the jar move toward a more balanced moisture level. But we don't simply close the jars and forget about them! For the next few weeks, we'll be opening and closing them regularly, checking how the flowers are behaving and allowing fresh air to exchange with the air inside. This process is commonly called burping. The idea is to monitor the flowers, allow excess moisture and accumulated air to exchange when needed, and give the contents time to settle. It's important not to rush this stage. The jars are not there to rescue flowers that haven't dried properly. We need to begin with flowers that have already reached an appropriate drying stage. And just as importantly, curing doesn't mean that we stop paying attention. We'll keep checking the flowers and adjusting the routine according to what we observe. This is where patience becomes part of the process. Good things take time! 😂?💚 ──────────────────────── 📸 A LITTLE STUDIO APPRECIATION! Of course, we couldn't finish this chapter without taking some photographs! After all those weeks following Chem Brûlée Pheno B, I wanted to preserve the final appearance of her flowers properly. And I think the photographs speak for themselves. The compact structure. The dense flowers. The beautiful colours. The visible resin. And those little details that make each flower worth looking at from a different angle. I especially enjoy photographing the finished flowers because it's another way of appreciating the individual personality of a plant. We started with a seed. We followed her development week after week. We watched her mature. We harvested her. And now we have the finished flowers in front of the camera. That's quite a journey to preserve! 🍮📸💚 ──────────────────────── 💚 FINAL THOUGHTS — A VERY HAPPY ENDING FOR OUR COMPACT BEAST! Chem Brûlée by Zamnesia. Pheno B. Harvest and trimming report. And what a lovely girl she has been! She wasn't an enormous plant, but she didn't need to be. She gave us beautiful, compact, dense flowers, a very enjoyable trimming session, and a final dry flower weight of 135.3 grams. I'm genuinely happy with the result. I also really enjoyed working with her throughout the run. She was a different kind of plant compared with many others I've grown, and that's something I appreciate. Growing the same types of plants over and over would make things rather boring, wouldn't it? 😂🌱 Every phenotype brings something different to the table, and Chem Brûlée Pheno B certainly brought her own character to this adventure. Now everything is safely in glass jars, and the curing stage is underway. We'll be opening and checking the jars regularly over the coming weeks, allowing the flowers to settle and their moisture to redistribute. And, of course, we still have one important chapter to come! The smoke review! That's where we'll share our personal experience with the finished flowers, including the aroma, flavour, and overall impressions after curing. But we'll give her the time she deserves before making those observations. For now, let's celebrate the harvest. A compact plant. Beautiful dense flowers. 135.3 grams of finished dry flowers. And another individual story successfully documented in the 8×8 Adventure! Chem Brûlée Pheno B, you've been a pleasure to grow! 🍮💚🌸 ──────────────────────── 🙏 A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! Chem Brûlée Pheno B has gone from seed to harvest, from drying to trimming, and now into her curing stage. 135.3 grams of beautiful, compact flowers. A very enjoyable plant to grow. And a result that leaves me smiling! We'll give her some time in the jars, and then we'll be back with the smoke review. Until then, keep learning, keep observing, keep documenting, and most importantly, enjoy the journey! Growers Love, my friends, and happy growing! 🌱💚🍮✨ 🍮 8×8 Adventure – Chem Brûlée by Zamnesia | Pheno B 🌸 Smoke Review – The Sweet Citrus Beast! 🍊🍋 👑 Tangerines, Lemon, Sweet Cake, and an Uplifting Personality That Makes You Want to Enjoy Every Moment! 💚🔥 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 My friends... IT'S SMOKE REVIEW TIME! 😂🍮🔥 And I have to tell you, this girl has been an absolute pleasure! Today we're talking about Chem Brûlée Pheno B by Zamnesia, and after spending time with her properly dried and cured flowers, I'm finally ready to share my impressions. She's a special one. Not simply because of how she looked or how she developed, but because of the experience she brings. Let's get into it! ──────────────────────── ⏳ FIRST THINGS FIRST — PROPERLY CURED FLOWERS! Before we start, I want to make one thing clear. This review is based on properly dried and cured flowers. We're not talking about freshly harvested material or flowers that have only just finished drying. After drying, the flowers were placed in glass jars and allowed to continue curing. During the initial period, the jars were opened regularly to allow moisture and air exchange, followed by additional resting time. I always prefer to give the flowers time before making a final judgement. The aroma develops. The character becomes clearer. And the experience can be quite different once the flowers have had time to settle. So, although these reports sometimes appear later than the actual harvest dates, the impressions I'm sharing here come from spending time with the cured flowers. That's important to me. I want to review what the plant actually gave us after the post-harvest process, not rush to conclusions. 💚🌿 ──────────────────────── 🍊🍋 AROMA & FLAVOUR — CITRUS MEETS SWEET CAKE! Now, this is where she really caught my attention! The first thing that comes to mind is citrus. But not just any citrus. I'm getting a beautiful combination of tangerines and lemon, with a sweet, almost cake-like character sitting underneath. It's a lovely combination. The aroma and flavour are remarkably close to each other. What I smell is very similar to what I experience when enjoying the flower. Of course, our perception of flavour and aroma is personal, but that's how this phenotype presents herself to me. 🍊 Tangerines. 🍋 Fresh lemon-like citrus. 🍰 A sweet, cake-like finish. And that last part is particularly enjoyable. The sweetness doesn't simply disappear behind the citrus. It gives the whole profile a softer, rounder character. It's almost like having two different sides working together. The citrus brings freshness and personality, while the sweet cake-like finish gives her a beautiful little signature. Honestly, I think the breeders did a fantastic job with this one. She's distinctive, enjoyable, and genuinely interesting. This is the kind of profile that makes you stop for a moment and appreciate the work that went into creating these genetics. Big respect to the breeders! 👏💚 ──────────────────────── 🧠 THE EXPERIENCE — AN UPLIFTING LITTLE BEAST! Now let's talk about the experience. For me, Chem Brûlée Pheno B leans towards the uplifting side. I would describe her as a hybrid with a noticeable sativa-leaning character, particularly in the way I experience her effects. She's the kind of flower I associate with: ✨ Creativity. ✨ Energy. ✨ Conversation. ✨ A positive mood. ✨ Enjoying the moment. She's great for sitting down and working on something creative, having a good conversation, sharing ideas, or simply enjoying life. I find her particularly enjoyable when I want something that feels bright and engaging rather than something that immediately sends me looking for the nearest sofa. 😂 And that's one of the reasons I enjoyed her so much. She's not just about sitting back and switching off. For me, she's about staying engaged, enjoying what I'm doing, and having a little extra spark along the way. Of course, everybody experiences flowers differently, and individual effects can vary. But that's the personality I found in this particular phenotype. A lovely, uplifting hybrid! ──────────────────────── 💚 PERSONAL IMPRESSIONS — A LITTLE HELP WITH THE HEAVIER DAYS Looking at my personal experience, I found her particularly enjoyable when it came to unwinding mentally and changing the atmosphere of the day. The effects I associate with her include a more positive mood and a feeling of mental ease. On the GrowDiaries effect chart, I've marked stress, anxiety, and depression-related relief as personal impressions. This is not a medical claim or a promise of therapeutic results. It's simply how I experienced her, and everyone's response can be different. What I can say is that I found her a very enjoyable flower, especially when I wanted something uplifting and engaging. She's definitely one I would happily return to. 💚🌱 ──────────────────────── 💧 A LITTLE DRY MOUTH — THE USUAL COMPANION! And yes, there is one familiar little companion... DRY MOUTH! 😂💧 It's the negative effect I noticed with this one. Nothing particularly surprising, but definitely worth mentioning. Keep some water nearby and enjoy the experience responsibly. ──────────────────────── 📊 THE CHEM BRÛLÉE PHENO B EXPERIENCE Here's how I would describe her based on my own experience: 🌿 Overall character: Uplifting hybrid ⚡ Direction: More towards the sativa-leaning side 🍊 Main flavour impression: Tangerine and citrus 🍋 Secondary flavour: Lemon 🍰 Finish: Sweet, cake-like 👃 Aroma: Very similar to the flavour 🧠 Positive impressions: Creative, energetic, happy 💧 Negative effect noticed: Dry mouth And if I had to describe her in just a few words? CITRUS, SWEETNESS, CREATIVITY, AND GOOD VIBES! 😂🍊🍋💚 ──────────────────────── 👑 FINAL THOUGHTS — A SPECIAL PHENOTYPE! Chem Brûlée Pheno B by Zamnesia. What a lovely girl! She was a pleasure to grow, beautiful to photograph, and even better to experience after giving her the time she deserved during drying and curing. Her flowers were compact and dense, and she gave us plenty of reasons to bring out the camera and spend some extra time appreciating the details. But what really makes this phenotype stand out for me is her profile. That combination of tangerines, lemon, and sweet cake-like flavour is genuinely enjoyable. The aroma follows the flavour beautifully, and her uplifting character makes her a great companion for creative moments, conversations, and simply enjoying the day. She's not necessarily the kind of flower I'd choose when I'm looking for a heavy, sleepy experience. She's more about keeping the mind engaged and enjoying the brighter side of the experience. And I love that! Different plants bring different personalities, and that's exactly why I enjoy documenting individual phenotypes. Chem Brûlée Pheno B has given us a very nice example of what this genetic can offer. A beautiful plant. Beautiful compact flowers. A distinctive citrus-sweet profile. And an experience that leaves a very positive impression. I'm genuinely happy with this one. Great work from the breeders at Zamnesia! 💚👏 ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU! A massive thank you to Zamnesia for these genetics and for giving us the opportunity to follow Chem Brûlée Pheno B throughout the 8×8 Adventure. 🌸💚 Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of our journey. 🌱 A huge shoutout to Future of Grow for the Black Series lighting and the additional fixtures that helped us explore the lighting side of this experiment. 💡 Thank you to LumiFlora for adding another dimension to our lighting setup. And thank you to TrolMaster for helping us monitor and manage the environment behind the scenes. Last but certainly not least, thank you to everyone here on GrowDiaries. Your comments, questions, support, and interest in these individual plant stories make this adventure even more enjoyable. If you'd like to join us outside GrowDiaries, our Discord community is always open! We share growing experiences, photography, knowledge, conversations, and plenty of good vibes. We also organise two giveaways every month, alongside community contests with prizes. Come say hello! 🔗 https://discord.gg/dogdoctorofficial ──────────────────────── 🍮 CHEM BRÛLÉE PHENO B — THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD VIBES! One phenotype. One individual journey. One beautiful citrus-sweet experience. Tangerines, lemon, sweet cake, and an uplifting personality. She's definitely earned her place in the 8×8 Adventure, and I'm very happy we took the time to document her properly, right through to the cured-flower review. Growers Love, my friends! 💚🌱 LET'S GROW! 🍮🔥🍊🍋

So where I live we had a really bad storm it had knocked out my power for a full 24 hrs so I had to give them some extra attention to insure there was no mold or any pest with no fan rotation. Then I also had to put them back on there proper timer to get things back on a roll so far so good they still look and smell amazing wish me luck

The girls continue to fatten. Way down on the base nutes, hard nitrogen toxicity is showing. 1. Nitrogen toxicity. It was commented on my last grow question that the leaves on my Gorilla Glue grow looked like they were heavy in nitrogen. I did the research and it looks like they were correct. Dry crispy leaves, heavy dark green. They and now myself blame the full strength Advanced Nutrients, noting they are high in Nitrogen. 2. pH issues. I also started noticing a lockout isssues, like red stems. I initially thought it was a strain specific trait, but again was recommended to test my runoff - it came out around 4.5🤮 (on all my plants). Ive been watering heavy at 6.7 now with lime on top (also a new ph meter coming today). Hopefully will help. Regardless, this girl is still pushing energy into the buds and making some nice crystals. The powdery mildew issues is actually going quite well. Not very invasive, no longer leaf stripping either. Im using Safers brand 3 in 1. Placing a wet paper towel behind the leaf, i carefully spray it and wipe it down front and back. 1 week later no reoccurrence on those leaves.

🌱 Day 43 - Beginning of the Third Flowering Week 🌱 Hello grow friends! 🌿 Today marks the start of the third week of the flowering phase. This week, I’m trying to adjust my nutrients a bit. I plan to slightly increase BioBizz Grow, as well as BioBizz Bloom, according to the feeding schedule. 🌱💧 I’m continuing to prune and thin out the plants a little each day, aiming to keep them stress-free. ✂️😊 The terpenes and buds are developing wonderfully so far, but I’m still struggling with very high humidity levels. 🌡️💦 Since my grow setup is on the second floor and we’re currently experiencing humid temperatures here in Germany, it’s been a challenge. I’m trying to reduce the humidity from 62% down to 50% during the day, but it’s proving difficult. 🌬️📉 I’ll keep you updated on how things progress! 🌿✨ 🌱 Day 47 - Everything is Going Well 🌱 Watering and Nutrients Today, I watered and fed the plant again. 🌿💧 Each plant received 1 liter, which is about 10% of the pot's volume. The plant is responding well to the nutrients, and growth is steady. Defoliation and Light Exposure I’ve done some light defoliation to ensure that every part of the plant gets proper light exposure. ✂️💡 My goal is to avoid any shadowed areas, allowing the buds to develop fully. Temperature Management The temperature is still quite high, reaching 27-28°C during the day. 🌡️🔥 I’m finding it difficult to bring it down, but the plant seems to be handling it well. To maintain a healthy environment, I keep both the fan and the exhaust system running on the highest setting, ensuring good air circulation. 🌬️🔄 Humidity Control Currently, the humidity is sitting at around 45-50%. 💧 It’s not perfect, but I’m monitoring the plant closely and making adjustments as needed. Careful Defoliation I continue to remove one or two leaves each day to minimize stress on the plant. 🍃🌿 This slow, careful defoliation ensures that the plant stays healthy while making sure all buds have access to light. Guard Dogs on Duty My dogs took a peek into the grow tent today and are now keeping a watchful eye over the plant. 🐕🌱 They’re doing a great job of “guarding” it! 🐾 I hope you enjoyed this update! I’ll continue to keep you all informed, and don’t forget—I post daily update pictures of the plant! 📸🌿 Stay tuned for more!

Day 29 - Things going along nicely .... i trimmed down some of the bigger bottom leaves, i didn't have enough soil to fill the pots, and the plants are short, bushy, weird little things, that filled out the inside of the pots..... they are only 15cm tall, but the leaves are 10+ cm .... really weird little plants.... haha.... i decided to trim the fk out of one of the ones in the double pot, and practiced topping on her.... i'll cut her down maybe trimmer her of the pot, and focus on just the 2........ they seem to be still growing upwards, so i'm not in a hurry to put em into flower mode......... on the main one i noticed some neut deficiencies ... so i upped the neuts.... should be ok, i put a good heavy neut and it stopped the spots etc..... i think some bug or something got in the double pot and is livin in there, but he doesn't eat much, haha....... the main stalks are as big as my thumb and under each canopy is all the branches..... it's really strange, to go in under all the growth and see it all .... they look kinda small, but the entire under canopy of leaves is all full .... i'm moving the huge sized leaves out and pulling each branch up over them as they grow..... this is 21 THC and 19 CBD, so it's all the good stuff for medicine ... the smell is getting abit noticable and i'm hoping the exhaust fan arrives from china soon.... just got positive ventilation into a carbon fil. ... and daily air out........ i think i had the led lights too low..... so i'll raise em abit more and see if i can get em to stretch .... Day 30 -- added some video's...... daylight vids... worth watchin for a laugh ...... first grow, so idk what i'm doin, ... any help/comments appreciated Day 32 -- added some pics of the late night trim and LST,... idk looks ok.... Day 34 -- added a video...

Think I must have forgotten to feed the cutting at the back at some stage. You can see in the timelapse she struggled for a while before bouncing back after a good watering. I never expected all 3 cuttings to make it to the flowering tent anyway, so that plant will be the one that is most likely to not make the cut. Hope you all enjoy my first attempt at a 1 week timelapse. I'll intend to record the whole grow this way so follow along for updates and please let me know any tips/tricks any of you may have for recording / editing. Happy growing, happy smoking!

I am not sure what the deal is with the Chibans. They look mutant to me maybe due to pollination. There is so much crystal forming up on them and they still look beautiful. Plant 1 is huge with big colas that are fragrant and very very sticky to the touch. Plant 2 looks the most normal as far as bud structure to me. She has not got the same flattened of tops but instead are more cone like . Also very very crystal heavy Clones 1 and 2 look like monsters to me. Their buds are bulbous and fat with a very flat round top and quite a bit larger then golf balls! I have never seen bud look like this but then I have never had pollination issues and watched the plants quite as much as I am at the moment. We will keep going with them and see what we get. I hope for some smokable bud and also some Sherbert banana seeds maybe🤪👍👍. Thanks for looking. Stay safe. Grow well.🌱🌱
