Gradually ramped light down from 18 hours to 12 after power outages due to the fire, and it was about good time to flip anyway. It is so much easier to control temperature during the winter in my space. The lights keep the space at a pretty steady 74 F. I only popped two seeds but these are very consistent plants. One was transplanted to a bigger pot a week later and was slightly smaller. Lots of buds forming! They aren’t super fussy about nutrients—still,I haven’t pushed PPM and am keeping Ph in the 6-6.8 range. I’m using peony rings as support and to spread a little but I am not training for a perfectly flat canopy as I had excellent popcorn nugs in my last grow even with the lights over 2x further than optimal. Defoliated the lower branches but I am not defoliating aggressively, but will continue to remove any withering leaves. Sorry for the slow updates. The fire has been pretty traumatic for my city and myself, and I’m just getting back to normal life. My home, family and pets are safe, and the fire is mostly contained. Thank you for checking out my diary. Happy holidays and I hope Santa Ja brings you a giant tree!

The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride, they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. If you're looking for your hype fix, here you go. Yield: Heavy to XL Flower Time: 63 days Feeding Schedule: Heavy

So this week the bud rot took the life of two colas that I had to chop off But plants are looking healthy the one that I was concerned about look like it slowly healing had to add 1g of bio grow just to boost it nitrogen levels. Still might harvest a week early depending on what the thc crystals look like.

Got bud rot. It was foggy and raining second last week before chop….and not gonna lie, prolly cuz it was sitting under the carbon filter. I haven’t changed or washed the pre-filter in a year, just a light tap and I can see dust flying everywhere. Prolly tossed 1/3lb into garbage. Harvested prolly 1/2lb of tops and mids. And threw all the larf into the freezer for bubble hash. Will update in a few weeks after cure. This was a fun run. Mars Hydro for the win!

WOW that was a much needed week of plumping up. What a wonderful difference 1 week made in the tent. The ladies are really looking healthy and beautiful. Absolutely caked in crystals. My guess/hope is another 4-7 days of plumping up, then a week to mature and ripen up before harvest. Hoping to see some color soon but the smell is wonderful. Smells creamy. 😍😍 Hopefully what I've learned and changed from the previous grows is paying off, they are nice and short, fairly level. Most of the flowers are in direct light. Was pretty worried and thankfully for no reason. Cheers to another week of plumping up 🙏🙏🙏

I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

Good plant! Was attacked by flies (Sciaridae), thrips, tetranychus and a monster cat but always remained strong! The attacks had just slowed down the growth (this little one has 2 month of growth). Even in microgrow, the blooming is really impressive: as fast as an indica but for as long as a sativa. The genetics is not perfect: some parts of the same flower were too mature and some new parts swere still emerging... it's a research strain! The smell is really good and relatively light comparing to others strains. After few volacano : the weed taste like "tropical soda" or passion fruit mixed with cream. The effect is much stronger than I expected for a THC-CBD hybrid, is more indica than the pure indica: the afghan side + the CBD relaxation make a real sleeping medecine. => The taste and effect are really different from every other strain, try it!

——————————————— WEEK 13/ DAY 86-92 BLOOM WEEK 6/DAY 36-42 Mars Hydro FC-E3000 Floragard Professional GrowMix 11L fleece bags Light: 50cm Schedule: 12/12; PPFD: 1050umol/m2/s DLi: 45mol/m2/d 24° C - 60RH 3L per Plant Hesi Bloom Complex (2ml/1L water) Hesi Phosphor Plus (1ml/1L water) BioBizz CalMag (1ml/1L water) PH 6,5 Fan, extractor and pump ON 24/0. ———————————————————— •Day-86 / Bloomday-36 The sixth flowering week begins. The ladies are looking good so far. Here and there are a few brown / rusty spots on the leaves, so they have been rinsed to wash the salts out of the soil. Each plant was then watered with 1 liter of water with 2 ml Hesi Bloomcomplex, 1 ml Hesi Phosphor Plus and 1 ml BioBizz CalMag. •Day-92/ Bloomday-42 The sixth flowering week comes to an end. One of the OG Kush still shows defects on the leaves (brown/rust spots). Since it has been flushed it can't be salt buildup in the soil so it will probably be a nutrient deficiency so it will get a full fertilizer dose next week.

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

Another week, another water change! Again, nothing really too exciting going on this week. Pushing nutrients high on these ladies, added two trellis nets and did some tucking. No defoliation yet, really just letting the plants do their own thing. Big stripping and lollipopping coming next week!

It's been an exciting journey training my plants, and I'm happy with the progress they've made. I've been implementing various training techniques to encourage healthy growth and maximize yields. The plants have responded positively to the training, and I'm hopeful that they will continue to thrive and develop as planned. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome!
