***DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****OPIUM***** Week 22 For my outside ladies, Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake These gals are weathered. Opium is taller than I can see (over 6.5 feet) but from my dining room window, I see the top 3 inches of her main cola is dead. Many dead leaves packed in the buds. Her colas on all stems are massive, sticky and resinous. My plan was to wash and make bubble hash from her. Temperatures should be dropping into the 70 with nights in the 60’s but have returned to the upper 80-90 with high humidity. This week rain is expected every day following another hurricane. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. All the plants were chopped on Sept 12. Opium hung in the dark for 2 days and when Hubby started trimming up Opium he found dark areas deep in the buds and much of the bud mass just fell off. So both Lemon Cake and Opium have been tossed into the trash. I don’t even want to compost the plants in the event spores over winter. I hate losing any plant after I spent so much time growing them out but I won’t risk health over questionable harvests. I did an initial spot check on Fractal and she looked clean, but is being trimmed for a thorough inspection for any disease. These ladies had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started them in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth, especially on Opium deep in the buds.. The various breeder notes on photos indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. All of them were in flower by early July. Light hours were over 14.5 and won’t be at 12/12 until September 26 (2 more weeks). I’m sure the plants were confused by the long veg and just said "Hell, I'm going for it" and started early flowering. I grew them too long waiting for the trichomes to develop. 👉Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Thank you @DivineSeeds for the opportunity to grow your exotic strains. I wish I could have completed the grow with a smoke report. I was looking forward to being daydreamy psychedelically stoned, not to mention killing my chronic pain and insomnia. I do have more seeds and will try again in a controlled environment and trying topping or mainlining to keep her shorter and more manageable. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there wasn't much change Some new growth..the colas are stacking nicely which is good. Hope they stretch some more still.. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

78 dias de vida hace dos semanas que empezaron la floración la 1051 esta mucho mas avanzada que sus hermanas han sacado un lado genetico más sativo y van a tardar mucho mas en cogollar en general esta todo bien, ha sido temporada de lluvias, tormentas y hay una humedad constante el clima no ayuda, en el mediterraneo siempre en final de temporada vienen lluvias y hay que pelear con el tiempo para poder sacar buenos resultados y evitar plagas

Everything going great. Smells like sour candies. Legit can smell the cantaloupe origins and it’s already getting blanketed in trichs. Can’t wait to see these girls get dense in the next few weeks.

Update; February 14th, 2023. From the moment I flipped to flower, they’ve been exploding with growth! They are super healthy! They grow back and fill in so fast after defoliating, no matter how heavy I go. I’ve added the supplemental lighting (Viparspectra 600) this week to really get the most I can. Figuring out a way to mount it higher.

After 12 weeks of flower this grow is FINALLY over It was a relatively easy grow as far as maintenance and feeding are concerned. Midway through the flowering cycle the smell became very loud and the buds were sticky and frosty. I would definitely grow this again especially since I have around 50 more seeds lol. I didn't add the wet weight of the plants because I never weight wet because it doesn't matter but I will post the dry weight for all of you when they're done drying.

The plants have stopped stretching. The Ph value keeps falling so I add PH + every time I pour and water with a PH value of 8 xD. I'm thinking about buying a small 100 watt LED panel. The light distribution is very uneven

I used to grow gorilla cookies before, but then they broke it, and now it's back to the old gorilla cookies, which is excellent in every way 💪👌🤤 I don't know why I don't have an option to put how many dry buds I picked? but I picked 192g of dry buds
