Still running into def. but they are still holding strong, great resin production and strong sweet sour smell on the sour alien livers and a pungent lime smell to the alien vs triangle 2 more weeks fore the sour alien and id say 3 more weeks for the alien vs triangle.

Week 5, day 35

Just as difficult to grow as the first time I done Afghan kush but still managed to get some nice purple bud out of it!!!

SUNDAY 4/28: I plucked off some dead leaves and did some leaf-tucking. The two remaining colas on the good one in the big tent (the one I had to chop off 5 big potential colas) is really starting to bud up now. She'll make a pair of 10" colas. The bigger one in the small tent still has the big curl going on with her leaves..doubt they straighten up. The new growth looks more normal, but still I'm sure the problem was that the soil was just too compacted for her roots to flourish. I'll continue prodding and poking with a skewer to loosen the soil and get oxygen to the roots. The smaller, daintier one that I had to remove a couple branches from is stretching her remaining branches now and starting to put on the pistils. Daytime temps are still hovering around 87-90f, but I've got them sitting in 70-72f temps for 6 hours of darkness now.😁 I did a little video today and I'll take a few "glamour shots" tomorrow. MONDAY: I think I phuktup the PH again because they are getting fed everything they need and still showing signs of various deficiencies. I douched everybody with 1/3 gallon including some boomerang, calimag, bembe, bud candy, and terpinator. No time for glamour shots... TUESDAY: I was busy again today, so no glamour shots.. WEDNESDAY: I did a little training today and finally got around to taking some good photos.😎 A couple of plants in the tent, adjacent to one another, suddenly got crispy leaves..(contagion?) THURSDAY: The 'contagion' seems to be spreading through the garden... I'm thinking maybe I completely PHuktup the ph when I added silica last time and didn't correct it?? Not sure...but it's sad..they're all gonna be less than photogenic for the finish... FRIDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and misted everybody with perfectly PH adjusted spring water and increased airflow in the tent. Also decreased the dehumidifier to 45% RH. I moved a lesser plant into the small tent and a better Candesia into the big tent.

Auch für die Gorilla in meinem Garten geht in in die nächste Woche. Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen sie macht stand jetzt überhaupt keine Probleme, ist allerdings durstiger als meine anderen Ladys im Garten. Sie werde ich ganz normal wachsen lassen da ich auch nur den einen Samen von ihr bekommen habe und ich nicht mit irgendwelchen Trainings / Anbaumethoden die gute stören / killen möchte. Weitere Fotos folgen im Laufe der Woche da sich natürlich von Sonntag auf heute nicht viel getan hat. Update Montag Abend: Auch hier habe ich erste Anzeichen der blütephase entdeckt! D22. We're at the start of the fourth week, and she loves life and looks healthy and vibrant. I prepared some Sprouted Seed Tea (SST) today. I started a few days ago by soaking barley and corn in water with fulvic acid and kelp meal, then letting the seeds rest in a moist towel inside a paper bag. Today, the seeds had sprouted enough, and I put them in a blender with one liter of water and blitzed the hell out of them. The amount of finished tea was sufficient for ten liters of water, so I filled small plastic bags with the leftover tea and put them in the freezer. That way, I can grab a bag whenever without going through the whole sprouting process each time. I gave her one liter of the SST @ pH 6.5, with some humic acid mixed in. She also got a light foliar spray with fulvic acid and horticultural soap as a wetting agent. Increased DLI to 32 and will start LST tomorrow. ------------------------------ D23. She had finally grown up enough to get tied down, so I started LST today. Well, barely, as all I did was lean her over. The branches on the first node are underdeveloped, as they often are due to only having a single-leaf fanleaf to power them. I removed the bottom branch/leaf but kept the top. For now. I'll give it a chance now when it gets more light, but doubtful that I'll keep it. ------------------------------ D25. I'm adjusting and/or adding LST a couple of times per day. The soil is still moist and hasn't required any additional watering. (I plan to fill the bottom reservoir for the first time in a few days.) Other than that, it's smooth sailing. DLI set to 36. ------------------------------ D28. We're at the end of the fourth week and the last week of veg as she is moving into flower. It already looks like she will be a purple phenotype. Statistically, most are, but I was hoping for a green anyway. More LST to spread her out. DLI set to 40. ------------------------------

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

I am very happy with the Chiquita Bananas in the end. Clones were total seed factories but I think we may have a go at making some hash with those as the foot long buggers are caked in crystal.. 62g and 63g . Plant 1 is just a monster for me 365g wet. Long dense buds thick dank smell of tropical sweets. Not as much seed as I thought there would be so glad I was convinced to push her a bit more. Plant 2 is smaller but has taken a pure turn in the last week.i don't think she was stressed at Al. I did switch to just water for last 10 days but apart from that I dunno. I don't think she has any thing with pure in her genetics but either way she looks beautiful. 169g wet from her. Everything is drying for the next 10 days when I shall report back.
