Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Made my own cheap SCROG netting. The girls are about to do their stretch. All 3 are flowering. Slowly removing fan leaves and any inner leaves covering floral growth. No more than 3-4 a day per plant. Slow and light. So far, so good... I think so anyway... What do I know... I'm a noob... If someone is still following this diary and sees something that I can improve or any advice at all... I'm all ears. Early week 6 update (i'll add more pictures and comments as needed): Unfortunately I hit some challenges! Light got way too close and stunted growth for a day. I noticed it on tips closest to the light only. Raised lamp to 22 inches. Indica bagseed (plant in the center front) got too stacked: stuff like leaves on top of each other with lots of moisture, no light/airflow penetration, etc. I did some basic LST, leaf tucking, net tucking, to open her up and go sideways more a bit at first. It helped a bit. Unfortunately aug 27, had to get more aggressive on this beast and remove 3 shade leaves on the right side. not happy about defoliating, but had to do it. Will see how she takes it and then look at left side on a later day. Growing the first time is educational and actually therapeutic in today's world for me. I've already learned so many lessons for the net time: don't need such a yuge pot, lamp brightness/distance, air circulation!!! Thank you to everyone that responds with positive encouragement/messaging, it really helps. Adding two more fans to help air circulation aug 28. hopefully it reduces the need to desecrate the plants! Meanwhile the plants in back (purple canyon) want to stretch their faces off, esp. the one in back left, so it is a balance. I only have so much vertical height :) aug 29, flipped to 12/12. plants are happy and i want to control the space for first grow. let's see how it goes. updated the humidity for the week to ~ 60. Ida etc has made it miserable, it should get better soon.

Going good a few leaves here & there that got a bit of discoloration but I'm not worried. So far anyway. The Wolverines is starting to impress me & the r2ar , green crack, zkittles started to take off nicely. The midnight looks a live & evolving nicely. The CBD strain so far seems like they want to kick some ass. Acdc took off fast & is staying ahead but the past week the cbd # 1 is slowly catching up. Changing them around the tent trying to make sure they all get enough light. Probably gonna invest in better lighting for next crop

Pretty solid start for this week, all the plants took just one day to recover from the last session of training and they are showing new vigorous growth already. 1st day fed them with my usual secret mix of organic good stuff Day 32, 4th day of week 5. Babies recover at max speed so I can continue to top and train them to achieve the wanted structure. They already show signs of flowering hormones telling me that when I want to flip, they are ready. Day 35, last defoliation of the week and I think also I will do just another defoliation right before flippin to flower

This week I did a Lst on the Amnesia and Northern. Added Tiger Bloom to the nutrients. Love how they bounce back from the stress. Purple lemonade showing great Life.👍🏼👍🏼😁. Let me know what I can do better?

Mine stretched pretty severely and never recovered so I pulled it. My dads seems to be doing very well though! A bit overwatered but 🤷‍♂️🏼

I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

26.04.21 so Woche nummer 6 hat begonnen und ich habe heute an gelato #1 und #2 ein paar Blätter entfernt und die Pflanze gelato #1 ein wenig auseinander gespreitzt so das die buds ein wenig mehr Luft bekommen morgen nehm ich mir dann die anderen beiden vor, ein paar Blätter weg für mehr Luft Ach ja und unterm netzt hab ich heute noch die vergilbten und vertrocknet Blätter entfernt war auch ne gute hand voll aber is ja eh nur unnötiger Ballast für die pflänzchen und zum Geruch kann ich nur sagen der limoncello Duft der anfangs da war ist nicht mehr so kräftig dafür erinnert mich der Geruch an eine berühmte eismarke Ben &...... Und zwar 1 zu 1 cookies&cream 😂😂😂 was mich natürlich heute dazu animierte gleich nen becher zu kaufen..... 27.04.21 hab es heute zeitlich leider nicht geschafft gelato 41 #3 und #4 leicht zu entblättern und ein wenig auseinander zu ziehen um den buds Luft zu machen, hab das jetzt auf morgen verlegt, dafür ist mir aber aufgefallen das gelato 41 #2 anfängt ihre stigmas zu Karamell Farbe zu wechseln😵😵😵😵 Sie ist viel früher dran als die anderen und ich habe nur mein anbau Zelt zum trocknen ich hoffe das die anderen auch langsam hinter her ziehen das sie alle zeitgleich fertig werden sonnst is die eine sicherlich drüber übern Zeitplan beim Schnitt und mehr amber als die anderen von den trichomen her naja muss ich wohl durch..... 28.04.21 so heute hab ich es geschafft gelato 41 #3 & #4 ein wenig von blättern zu befreien damit auch die buds mehr Luft haben war auch ca 1 1/2 Hände voll Blatt Werk bin soweit zufrieden fürs erste.... 29.04.21 heute war nix los im Zelt hab den Pflanzen beim wachsen zu geschaut und mal die ganzen buds begutachtet ob irgendwas an Krankheiten oder schimmel anwesend ist aber war nix da läuft würde ich sagen die ganze arbeit zählt sich aus denke ich mal Ach ja und unter den Töpfen im video das ist mein buddy sein name ist barney und er wollte auch mal hallo sagen normaler weise darf er nicht ins Zelt aber heute war ich nicht aufmerksam genug sonnst sitzt er immer ganz brav mit seiner Freundin vor dem Zelt wenn es auf ist und begutachtet alles von aussen obwohl die beiden manchmal eher so wirken als würden sie gucken das ich ja nix verkehrt mache.... 30.04.21 heute stand nix an, hab das Gras schon fast wachsen gehört so gut finde ich den Fortschritt. Die Rechte Seite meines Zeltes sind die buds eher kürzer dafür aber mächtig fett und die linke Seite naja die ist eher länglich aber auch fett vom Umfang her nur länger, dafür is die rechte seite mehr kompakt und die linke Seite baut grad erst die dichte auf is aber auch schon gut fest.... 01.05.21 heute war mal wieder giessen dran 4,5 L für alle 4 Ladys wollte heute eigendlich noch mal von unter dem netz an die Blätter ran und ein paar entfernen hab es aber mal wieder nicht gepackt zeitlich werd ich also morgen machen..... 02.05.21 hab es heute Geschafft wieder ein paar Blätter zu entfernen dabei sind mir diese hässlichen goldfarbenen Blätter aufgefallen heut morgen war es noch ganz wenig und 12 Std später is fast alles an dem einem bud befallen werde morgen die Ladys mal durch spülen mit Ph 6,5 und schauen was passiert. Hab extra drauf geachtet heute Temperatur im Zelt war heute genau 24, 8 in der Nähe des buds bemessen rh liegt tagsüber bei 47% nachts bei 57% und die Nacht Temperatur liegt bei 16,9.....

Hey Growers. Things around here are going great. These buds are fattening up super nicely, the smells are starting to overpower my lone carbon filter. It’s almost time to get the second one fired up. The buds are getting frosty and the trichomes are big and gritty like fine sand between your fingers. I’m loving all the changes I’ve made to make this as easy as possible. I still have a couple weeks to go so I’m pumped to see how big these girls can get. Happy Growing 🌱
