Bad start of the week or end of last week, not sure.. The middle cob led died so had to order some new lights. Also having a lot of issue's with fungus gnats. The fly traps are packed :/ Update: Fugnus gnats are getting a big problem. Guess it is because of the pots. Hung some sticky traps and ordered nematodes. Update; nematodes arrived and have been added to the pots. Also gave them another feeding. New equipment has arrived so will probably install tomorrow Update: new grow room installed! they seem to like their new home.

July 27: start of second week of flowering and she is really stretching the last few days. Looks good. It seems this F1 Fast plant is indeed quite fast flowering. Until last week, there was really no size difference with my other photoperiod that was started at the same time (Euphoria) but this Blueberry Pie is now about 7 inches taller. With the flowering started last week, she should be done in early September which is great. We run out of strong enough sunlight before it gets too cold in October and the earlier the finish the better. July 28: watered with Monster Maxx last night and with molasses this morning. Still misting leaves to counter low humidity during daytime. Watering a bit more than a litre several times a day as needed. July 29: looking pretty dark green today and growing strong. Fairly hot again at 27 C so extra watering and grow bag spraying again. I’ll try to stick to water here for a bit to make sure she’s steady and not being over fertilized. I’m thinking she’s doing really well and this could be quite a big yielding plant. We’ll see. Aug 1: about 28-29C today so pretty hot again. Bright strong sun all day and they were a bit wilted when I got home in late afternoon. Quick watering and misting with hose water on leaves got her back looking happy in no time. Probably 7-8 L per day when hot which might seem low but the bacteria from the compost tea work to retain water and you don’t need to water so much.

One strain that's capturing my attention is the magnificent Forgotten Cookies x Strawberry Nuggets. 🌱🌟 It has grown into an impressively huge specimen. And guess what? Now, I'm giving each plant 1 liter of water, ensuring they receive the perfect amount of hydration. It's all about striking that delicate balance. 💧💚 Moving on to day 27, I'm happy to report that the plants are showing signs of improvement. I decided to raise the lights by 5cm, bringing them to a hanging height of 55cm from the plants. Additionally, I've increased the LED power to 100%. Notably, the Forum Stomper x Pink Panama and one of the Toof Decay x Walter White plants appear to be on the shorter side. With all these strains growing I'm loving watching the different structure the plants all have as they grow .. it's been crazy trying to decide which ones to train and how .. I'm thinking a net over them all and tying them down .. they will create this wall of buds that I can't wait to see forming all the different colours and flavours.. this is just a dam nice setup and I'm excited ..

Meine Pflanze wachsen nun seit 2 Wochen nicht mehr. Bleiben bei 77 cm stehen. Die Buds werden kompakter und der Geruch wird intensiver. Die Parameter im Zelt sind gut und stabil. Eine Pflanze bekommt gelbliche Blätter. Es ist Sweet Candy. Alle anderen sind noch schön grün. Leider durch das Licht der NDL nicht so gut zu sehen. Habe mit einem Mikroskop versucht den Reifegrad der Blüten zu sehen aber es wackelt alles und ich kann kaum was erkennen. Es ist ein LED Taschenmikroskop. Bekomme eher einen Knick in der Pupille. Hat jemand einen Tip oder Empfehlung für einen besseren Weg die Trichome zu begutachten. Je näher die Ernte ansteht desto ungeduldiger werde ich. Gestartet bin ich am 19.11.23. Es sind nun 18 Wochen um und ich bin zufrieden. Werde euch weiter auf dem laufenden halten und freue mich natürlich auch mal über einen Like oder Kommentar oder Tip über den Erntezeitpunkt. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week !
