My Ladies are really thirsty. I was not at home for four Days and give them 5 Liters per Plant. When i came home they looks like they want dying Buds was so fat now that they hang down on some Stems. So i decided to use the Scrog Net They are getting frosty but Trichomes are just clear

So today is the day i switch my plants to flowering lights schedule and flowering nutes, started with 1/4 the recommended dosage and will gradually up them, only boosters i left at recommended values. Ppm is 800. Next will be 100, then 1200 and maybe 1400. I plan to flush on days 16, 28, 35 and 42 of flowering, leave them to dry for 4-5 days so roots will oxygenize and help to stack more dense buds, and then add nutes. I plan to do the final flush for last 2 weeks with flawless finish. You can see some before and after training photos and videos from today, defoliated some leaves and LST-ing branches, spreading them out last time so light can reach smaller branches, after all she got some more stretching to do and its why i left sensi grow with more Nitrogen. Gary Patron - Nine Weeks Harvest Day 122 🚿 I've watered her every three days with 2L of RO tap water, pH'd to 6.3👌🏻 I'll be leaving her to dry back over the next couple of days in preperation for harvest, which is a few days from now 💪 ✂️ No work on her this week, as I gaver her a good defoliation last week - she will be getting a wet trim and more defoliation a day or two before I harvest her. 🌸 Shes in week nine of bloom, and her flower is absolutely covered in trichomes, mabye the most I've ever seen - the majority of her trichomes have turned milky clear with some ambers starting to appear. Her pistils have also all dried and turned amber, which on the backing of her vibrant lime green flower with some purple tips, is both striking and inviting. I will leave her to finish maturation over the next couple of days, while I fight with the temperatures trying to keep them in the 20's with the weather we're having at the moment! I'd say shes about 3-5 days from harvest at this point 👍

And honestly, after everything: * from seed, * to flower, * to harvest, * to drying, * to trimming, * to washing, * to temple balls, * to curing, * to finally sitting down peacefully and actually enjoying the medicine… …I can honestly say this run became something much bigger than just “growing weed.” This became a full experience. A full learning process. A full journey. And before diving into the smoke review itself, let’s do one final recap for everyone arriving here for the first time. These girls were grown under 12/12 from seed from the very beginning. No long vegetative stage. Very little training. Almost no aggressive manipulation. Mostly allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally while we simply guided the environment around them. And throughout the entire run, these plants surprised us constantly. Huge central flower development. Massive stacking. Incredible resin production. Beautiful terpene expression. And honestly… some very unexpected structure for indica-leaning genetics. This harvest was divided across several reports because there was simply too much happening to compress everything into one single update. We wanted to properly document: * harvest, * drying, * trimming, * curing, * fresh frozen preparation, * washing, * temple ball production, * extraction evolution, * and finally the smoke review itself. GrowDiaries limits the amount of files we can upload per update, so instead of rushing through everything quickly, we decided to slow down and explain the process properly week by week. And honestly? I’m very happy we did. Because now we can finally close this chapter understanding not only how these girls grew… …but how they evolved. And evolution is honestly the perfect word here. The flowers themselves cured for well over a month, some even approaching two months now. And during that time, the transformation became beautiful. The aroma deepened. The sharp greener notes disappeared. The smoke softened dramatically. And the terpene profile became something honestly very difficult to describe perfectly with words. To me personally? This smells like: * earthy sourness, * soft skunk, * herbal spice, * and a gentle diesel layer hiding underneath everything. Not aggressive diesel. Not overpowering fuel. More like an old-school soft diesel wrapped inside earthy sweetness and skunky herbal notes. And somehow… despite not being truly sweet… it still feels sweet. One of those terpene profiles that almost tricks your brain. The smoke itself became incredibly smooth. Very soft inhale. Very soft exhale. Dense smoke without becoming harsh. And one thing I really appreciated: the inhale and exhale remain surprisingly similar. Sometimes flowers smell incredible in the jar but lose complexity during combustion. This one did not. The flavor stays present throughout the entire experience. Now about the effects… Despite the name LSD, I personally would not describe this as psychedelic medicine. No unpleasant race. Just calm, warm, euphoric relaxation. A really beautiful balance. Now let’s talk about the extraction side of this run… Because these girls absolutely shined there too. And honestly? They washed beautifully. The fresh frozen material produced incredible resin quality and gave us one of the most satisfying parts of this entire journey. Everything regarding: * freezing, * washing, * ice water extraction, * collection, * freeze drying, * pressing, * temple ball formation, * and curing… was explained in detail in previous reports for anyone curious about the full process. But now that some curing time has passed… something magical started happening. The temple balls evolved. And this is where hash becomes truly fascinating. The hash you are seeing now looks completely different from the fresh temple balls shown previously because the compounds inside are evolving over time. And that evolution is natural. At first, freshly pressed hash is often: * smoother, * more uniform, * more elastic, * sometimes shinier. But during curing: * oils begin migrating, * terpene fractions separate and recombine, * cannabinoids continue evolving, * moisture stabilizes, * oxidation slowly changes color and texture, * crystalline structures begin appearing, * and the entire resin starts transforming internally. That sandy crystalline texture appearing inside the cured hash? That is part of the evolution process. And honestly… it is beautiful to observe. The hash almost begins looking alive. Changing week after week. Softening internally while crystallizing externally in some areas. Developing complexity. Developing depth. Developing personality. This is why traditional hash makers allow temple balls to age for months or even years. Good hash is not rushed. And the smoke? Absolutely beautiful. The small sample we opened after roughly 15–20 days of curing already showed: * full melt behavior, * deep flavor, * rich oily smoke, * long-lasting taste, * and incredibly smooth combustion. The rest now remains vacuum sealed for long-term aging. And honestly? I cannot wait to revisit it months from now. Hi folks, I'm coming here to start the process of ending this grow journal. I harvested about three months ago and the weed is definitely cured. Photos are about to come — I'm doing a real studio photo shoot for those buds, they deserve it! While waiting for the shots, I made some pretty damn dank hash temple balls using the iced water extraction method (solvent-free) with my little washing machine. It's a mix of the 8 strains I grew here — never ideal to mix different kinds of resin... but man, this is some serious dedicated work, so I'm making myself happy with that 14g shiny temple ball in the end 😉 Here are a few details about my process for you guys (and don't forget — you can do it with fresh material! Fresh frozen is always tastier. Also, the drying process is much more efficient and faster with a freeze dryer, but... you need the budget for that. I don't, so I go with the air drying method — check it out below): 1. Get your dry trim, then cure it properly for at least a month (I did 3 months). Smell it — mmh, sweet, dried to perfection. ✅ 2. Freeze it, delicately wrapped in a freezer bag. 3. Let a large amount of tap water sit for at least 24h to remove chemicals like chlorine, then use it to make plenty of ice cubes — don't be shy, especially if you're not working in a cool environment. 4. Prep your washing machine: add trim between two layers of ice, fill up with clean water (as much as you can, large vortex is better than a smaller one), then make it seat for 30 min (45 min for thicker buds) the time that the dried green material gets wet again. 5. Prep your filtering tools: catch bag, different mesh bags, spoon, etc. 6. Wash as many times as you can before green contaminants appear, as these lower the quality of your hash — don't hesitate to go up to 8 to 12 washes if the resin still looks clean! Important: each wash has its own specific duration, and they get progressively longer as you advance through the process. Frenchy Cannoli (a true hash legend) provides a detailed timetable for this — from as little as 30 seconds to 1 minute for the first wash, all the way up to around 25 minutes by wash 8. Make sure to follow that schedule rather than using the same duration for every run or running it too long the first wash !! It could breaks to quickly your precious material before you collect all the trich's and the quality would be lower in the end. 7. Collect the wet resin in the mesh bags with a frozen metal spoon, make patties with the resin, and let them sit over some towels in order to drain as much water as possible (place a tissue made for hash collecting over the towel). 8. When the patties are a little dry to the touch, wrap them as they are in the tissue and place them in the freezer for 48h or more. 9. With an iron strainer, microplane your patties over the biggest flat surface you can get! It's important that your micro pieces of hash dry widely and don't get too compacted. Any failure in the air drying process will nucleate rot, ruining your hash in the end and making it a poor product — eventually something to throw away. Sad when you think about all the phases of the process to get to this point! 10. So, in order to air dry properly, you must — it's not optional — lower the RH of your dry room to 35% or slightly below, never above and let it dry as long as needed until the material feels like dry sand. For myself, I found 10 to 15 days is ideal. The room must be very lightly ventilated (not directly on your resin!) and in complete darkness — the goal is to preserve all those delicious terpenes! Ideally, temps around 60°F or 16°C 11. Now that it's dry, collect your resin with a large thin spatula! Make a little mound between two layers of PaperHash, boil some water, and fill up a wine bottle with it! ⚠️ From this point on, to avoid exposing your carefully dried resin to a more humid environment — which could ruin all your hard work — everything must happen in the same drying room. Keep working at 35% RH until your temple ball is tightly and airtight wrapped in PaperHash. (And don't forget to drink water — it's dry in there! 💧) 12. Start to slowly press your resin. Magical moment. Finally.... 13. Press 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes in order to really decarb your hash — because that's what it's all about! Between each press, try as best you can to shape a patty... until the final press, when you'll be able to form that magical shiny temple ball (it only shines with gloves on, guys 😄) 14. You are now allowed to try it — for quality control purposes only, of course! 15. Because you want to age your hash for the sweetest 5-star smoking experience: wrap your temple ball in a large piece of PaperHash — if you can get that brand it's ideal, or another kind (check https://thepressclub.co) as long as it's organic! 16. Place the wrapped temple ball in a glass jar and store it in a dark, cool place. 17. Wait a minimum of 3 months before opening it. 18. Open, smell, touch — you'll be amazed. Roll it up with some weed or tobacco or both (I do both) / Or get a Hooka... you are smoking some true primo aged hash made by yourself! Taste the difference and realize all the path from choosing the seeds online until this first amazing puff ... 🙏 I want to credit my inspiration for making this kind of hash to the great Frenchy Cannoli, who has shared all his knowledge through amazingly rich tutorial content that you can find online with a bit of searching. 😉 Peace Frenchy 🕊️☮️

Day 37 - Everything looks good.... they are drinking so much.... i built a bit more stable light setup, and i'll need to buy afew more plugs and stuff, to fill it out ...... i organised all the 2700k globes, ready to swap in..... still waiting on the exhaust fan, so i'll keep em in "grow" mode another week or 2 .... i'm vaping a leaf or 2, and drinking "green tea hot chocolates" .... it is so delicious in hot chocolate .... my health has picked up since starting the vape/drinks... the 21 thc/19 cbd is supa healthy ... Day 38 - Getting them ready for Flower, noticed they are lacking in nutrients, so i started em on the heavier dutch master gold flower nutrients. Day 40 - Added some pics. (they look droopy because they in night mode, just turned on lights for pic) - Started them on 12/12 flower, still working on getting all the lights, gear, and globes, for the right spectrum and amount of light.... atm got - 7x 2700k (click) , 2x 6400k (osram), + 60w light panel .... i'll go get some more gear today and hope to expand it to 10x 2700k , 2x 6400k ...... I put the exhaust filter fan on seperate power, so it doesn't go on/off with the timer, but stays on all the time.... it totally fixed up any odour problems, haha ....... Added some different pics for my light spectrum ... etc..... the outside winter temp is now at 40-60oF (5-15oC) so with the 12/12h, the temp inside the tent is dropping to 60-80oF (18-22oC), abit low, but flowering is supposed to be in winter, so idk, see how it goes..... I'm new to growing, so idk how this will work out....... just working it as i go.... i noticed afew spots on a leaf, so i upped the neuts abit more, they are still drinking like fish, huge amounts.... Day 40 late - new vids - Got the extra gear and installed it all... redesigned the initial setup, refined it with proper measurements, had to get my steel rule out, lol....... got the 12 leds in and running, 10x 2700k clicks, and 2x 6400k osrams, with the panel..... it's lookin beautiful and got the exhaust on 24 hrs now, all working perfect with 12/12 timer.... they are forming a few spots on leaves, so hammering the nute water into them now... they are drinkin 1-2 litre of nute water a day each.... (nute water = Dutch mater gold one grow/flower, 800-1000 ppm 6 PH) 😎 Some details about lights.... i did some maths on it, and included some handy pics..... because i'm using cheap leds, i'm keeping the distance at 25cm, they are leds so they won't burn, and it massively increases the lumens/lux/Par, and with my home built light setup, the leds are spread out enough to keep it lower.... worked out good..... something of note is that all the led globes are built/made in china... however different marketing/selling companies from around the world... and the german osrams are 1w leds ... by far the most superior, but anyone can design and send the requirements to china to build em, haha) it's not a contest, we all work together.... haha.... the person with the best led light globes gets my business, because i want the best for my babies.... :) (let me explain- 1w led vs 0.5 w led, the watt of the led projects the light, lumens, LX/PAR etc much further the higher the watt of the led....my 600w panel has 0.5w leds, the philips has 0.75, the osrams have 1w leds..... ) each globe philips (dutch)- 10.5w internal - 14 leds 0.75w 1055 lumens each globe osram (german)- 10.5w internal - 10 leds 1w 1080 lumens each globe click (cheap)- 9w internal - 16 leds 0.56w 800 lumens light panel - 70w - 600w 30 red - 8 red 12 blue - 8 white 7500k 1 ir - 1 uv = 20x blue 6400k - 38x red 2700k internal - 60 double leds - 120x0.5w 6000 lm

Week 6 Vegetation - "Ruby's" rate of growth continued to increase near the beginning of the week. As expected, this plant is overtaking the twin plant in terms of growth rate now that the bushy triplicate foundation is developed. Kinda reminds me of the "Tortoise & Hare" story about slow and steady winning the race XD With the nodes stretching and growing quickly, I've started to implement tucking of the larger fan leaves under new and smaller shoots. I find this "new growth priority" method paired with LST really maximizes and speeds up the growth in comparison to an untrained plant. Merely anecdotal though! You'll notice that in the 3rd shot, the nodes stretched out in about 2 days and just ballooned! now that's what I'm talking about! nearing the middle of the week and the rate of growth is fast enough that I can't remember to take enough pictures between the new nodes. At this point I'm tucking new leaves almost daily, making paths for the light to reach new growth tips. By the end of the week, I'll need to start tying the nodes to the side before they stretch too far up. If they stretch too far before tying them, they can be a PITA to tie down later with dense foliage and such. Tying them down before they get to this point also keeps the nutrients moving to the "new side-nodes" from these branches. Eventually these will be just as thick as the original main stalk. Luckily this plant seems to be bulking just as much as stretching - yay! UPDATE: As you can see with the last photos added, the branches are almost even with the original top of the plant that was tied down. I gave them a thorough fertigation the night before, and only slight folding of the leaves so I must have choked the roots a bit, but nothing long term.

Forgot to upload week 7. After res change, next day that polka dot pattern came on top leaf. Cut off with a bud (another location) that dried up prematurely. The 650 nutes got sucked up a lil bit compared to these sativas water intake. Every day 1-1.5 gallons. That in an 9 hr spand when im at work. Struggling with rh bc of blizzard than warm, then rain, then cold, then repeat. Put a dehumidifier that does my whole basement in the room to suck out the moisture so the new air intake can pump dryer air

Beautiful plant, the 3 phenos I have planted are the same, same citric and lemony aromas, sticky resin, and this pheno the number #4 is darker than her sisters as you can see but that's the only difference, the rest the 3 plants are almost the same like clones.

She is healthy in her 4th week and after her first defoliation. she grew an inch. i also topped her on the two different tops {as i said last week she topped herself bout the 2nd week) i am going to put a photo of this week you can clearly see the split. i also increased the light intensity a bit too between 600-700 ppfd or 44000 lux roughly wanna see what happens pushing the ppfd a bit.

Harvest was completed after a full flowering cycle, cutting the plant at peak maturity. Buds were dense, resinous, and already showing a strong terpene expression at chop. Drying was carried out slowly and in a controlled environment, prioritizing terpene preservation and overall quality over speed. Low temperatures and moderate relative humidity were used, starting with whole branches and then adapting the process based on bud size and density. Due to the density of the flowers, internal moisture migration required close monitoring during the first days. Drying conditions were adjusted when necessary to avoid overdrying the outer layers while allowing moisture to escape evenly from the core. By the end of the drying phase, buds felt dry on the outside while remaining slightly elastic inside. Resin production was very noticeable, with buds staying extremely sticky and aromas already opening up. No signs of mold or off-smells were detected, only clean and expressive genetics coming through. The buds have now entered the curing phase, where the final aroma and flavor profile will fully develop. A final update will follow after 2–3 weeks of curing.
