14 weeks old , First day of week 15 😬 New white pistils .. and leaves yellowing Trichomes getting milky no amber as yet started a flush for a few days will assess again , somewhat fuller bud But def need a higher watt light and scrog to get the most out of the plant I think , main cola seems most tight as it’s been closer to light Good learning experience not bad for first grow Buds are sticky :)

Week 2 of the gorilla gas and I started feedling a light mixture of base nutrients. All 3 plants are growing nearly identical so it should be fun to see the differences each plant shows throughout the grow. I have the light set to a out 60% right now at 3 feet aboulve the canopy. Its been a little tough to keep the humidity up so I'm running a humidifier outside the tent and having the carbon filter pull the humidity through the bottom vent into the tent. I will post a timelapse video soon when it's done recording.

Start of week 5 (day 1) 8/20/25 Flushed with sledgehammer: 8/21/25 Watered : 8/23/25

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Just discovered this site. Wish I could have uploaded from the start 😢 Anyways 4 weeks into flowering, 2 weeks to go for harvest. Super exited as this is my first time growing a hybrid from a legit breeder! So far all trics are cloudy with a few ambers showing up. Any advise is much appreciated!

New week! Tips and help from last week, I had around 1500 ppm and I did flush my roots in water and change everything. Now is around 1000 ppm and dropping 150 ppm a day. Did read about water level in DWC and how to increase the grow with water. I had the water almost up to the root or the level of there the basket is. Now I have 1-2 inch (2-5 cm) below where the roots come out. This create air roots. I'm not sure if it's the air roots or the ppm but my flower is boosting. Can se buds grow!! Trimming so I can keep the same hight. Have any tips or rekomandation? Only have one question for next week and this is: it's looking a bit thigth between the buds and all of the leaf is cristal on it. Should I cut some more leaf? And what leaf should I trim? Is so thigth in there. Or will it grow fine?

The LSD25’s are doing pretty well! They’ve stayed short and stalky but their buds seem to be filling out nice and dense. Two of the lsd’s were suffering a slight nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency. I’m not too worried about it since it is somewhat natural for this to happen during this part of their life cycle. I gave them a nice dose of bloom nutrients and so far they seem to be really enjoying their food. A day after the feed they bulked up quite a bit and the trichromes became much more visible to the naked eye. Regardless of my initial issues with my medium and original ph pen, I am pleased with these girls so far. The scent and aroma coming off of the plants is nothing like I’ve smelt before. Almost every bud site releases a different terp/aromatic profile when touched. It’s an interesting smell the notes/terp profile I get from it is; musk (mycerene), lemon (limonene), peppery/herbal (caryophyllene) and slight lavender (linalool) type scent. I’m not used to smelling this many different profiles from one strain but I must say that the smell is almost addicting!

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. switched out my 600w mh for my 6oow hps on day 32 also had to place a stake in her because she grew to fast for her own good i really have just been here to feed her the genetics are great

Test run For Gelato OG and test review for Spider Farmer SF-2000 Day 1 Flower and so far I’m pretty happy with both phenotypes, they are growing very identical both in structure as in smell. Hi all not much going on this week just feed and kept comfortable hopefully done good enuf job 👍 Wedding cheese cake 2 weeks or so ahead of strawberry banana. Its me first grow though and really knew nothing when I started other than a bit of studying for few weeks never took into consideration about one strain finishing faster and no were to dry it so asked wife can use wardrobe,nearly ended living back with my mammy🤣🤣 I jst taught ill use that tent for everything haha how stupid was I to think different strians different plants all be ready together when I need them to not when they are haha so went out bought another tent small one so not to be tempted to fill that up is well then have to buy another one to dry before you know it I'll have ten tents and still no where to dry 🤣🤣🤣so small marshydro tent for drying and drying only haha then hopefully all be good anyone know the right temps and humidity for best results.I hear many different ones its very confusing.so started flushing wedding cheese cake going to try do at least ten days flush till tent comes with just ph 6.0 water still feeding strawberry banana fir another week or 2 maybe. After flushing, I let the pot dry out completely before harvest. The plant looks fully mature now, with excellent bud development and an extremely impressive yield. She finished covered in resin and exceeded my expectations in both quality and productivity.
